As an adult, I keep track of my appointments and dont want to be infantilized. If you don't confirm an appointment by the time they want, they will cancel your slot and make you an 'anytime appointment'. I understand needing a schedule, but I really dont like threats. Additionally, they just didn't show up for an appointment they pestered me about and when i contacted them at 6pm, i got an 'oopsie' reply from a third party person who said i'd be contacted by the office. This morning, without notice or explanation, my appointment was moved to October 15--over a week later. When I called, the representative couldn't even see my original appointment for today. I've voiced multiple times that I'm not satisfied with the service and I feel like I was rushed into a plan I didn't ask for. I wanted a one-time treatment, not a recurring plan, and now I understand why they push people so fast. The website advertises a satisfaction guarantee, but so far that has not been honored. I was able to schedule an inspection right away, and the gentleman who came explained different options to humanely remove the raccoon and prevent any other critters (including field mice and roof rats) from getting to the house. Based on the services I selected, they came back several times to repair the eaves, seal up possible points of entry on the roof and around the foundation, set rodent traps in the attic and garage, and sanitize the attic.
