Only drawback is that the warranty, monthly inspection you need to have the paper or some type of identifying number on you, because their system only saves things for so long...which sort of defeats 10 to 30 year warranties. However, I still recommend it if you are getting those big diamonds. If you're not like me, as I'm not a diamond girl, you're probably okay skipping it, unless you want the insurance to be able to resize your ring in the future. I stopped by 3 other days and the store was also closed. I called and texted the owner and never received any correspondence back. When I finally stopped by and the store was open, I picked up my bracelet. This was about 25 days after first dropping it off. The quality was fine. The safety chain was a little tight because we never measured my hand but it was done and I finally had my bracelet. Then I asked if I would get a discount because he held my bracelet hostage for so long. He became very angry with me and told me to get out of his store and never come back. So I did but not before I promised him I would let as many people as possible know what terrible customer service he had. Do not go to this store. The quality was fine but don't questions work ethic, or lack there of, or you might hurt his feelings and he will tell you not to step foot in his store again. And that's is fine by me!!
