Great service by Christina! She was great! She's always working hard to get the orders out even when slammed and makes sure the customers are treated with care. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Update: Came in on another night and the place was packed. Even though Kendra was by herself she was cheerful and very helpful. I wanted to give this place a good review. Instead all 6 of us stood at the counter for a good 10 minutes and nobody was there. There was a guy in the back and all he had to do was acknowledge that he saw us, or wave, or anything at all. Nothing. Instead we went somewhere else. We went back a couple of days later. At first we thought it was going to be a repeat because there was nobody at the counter, and someone working in the kitchen. The cook finished building an order for the only customer that was there before we walked in. Then he came over and started taking ours. While he was doing that another guy came out from the back and started taking other folks orders. Here's the unvarnished truth. The burger was Just so so, the fries were about average for frozen crinkle cuts. Someone said the Buffalo wings were good and the sauce that came with them was also good. If I were to compare this burger to any other well known burger it would be Wataburger in Texas. Mostly because of the mustard and mayo based sauce and the shredded lettuce. Both of which I liked. If you want a real satisfying burger you might want to buy a double. If I go there again that's what I'm going to do. read more

We have been to this restaurant many times but today it was a hot mess! The chicken sandwich was cold, burned and hard and didn't receive the onion rings we ordered. We brought the food back and the lady and new cook apologized over and over and the new cook made me a new one that was absolutely perfect and said if it wasn't right to bring it back again! Absolutely disappointed........So our neighbors n my family have ordered numerous times from Texas Burger and tho yes there food is good, but the service simply stinks. We've had several mistakes made and by the time we get our food they are closed. The owner this evening had very poor manners and customer service when he asked if I was going to be picking up the order and had to be there in 10 min. The corn dog was very salty and not cooked all the way and the onion rings we requested to be extra crispy were not cooked all the way and Instead of xtra ketchup I had xtra mayonnaise!!!! We also had a drink missing. This is like the 6th time something has gone wrong neither them. But we keep coming back n trying them. First time here and it was amazing! We ordered #18 the avocado burger which was very delicious and flavorful. The fries were my favorite they were salty and crinkle cut. We also tried the pineapple fruit freeze and it was really good! As far as customer service, the young lady at the register was great!
