I used my rewards to order one free bean & rice . Their chicken batter is very tasty and I love how flutter the shrimps are . There are many different kinds of dipping sauce to add as well . I placed my order on phone app and it was ready in a very short time . But at the drive through pick up line a big truck was ahead of me . He placed his big order there and it took 15 minutes to prepare his order . Even mine was ready but I was stuck in the drive through line behind him . Next time I place a phone order, I should park and walk in to pick up . That would have saved me a lot of time . Probably because of the long wait . They gave me a extra bean & rice . I used to be a telephone operator and was told that you could hear the smile and positivity in my voice. That is exactly what I hear over the speaker from Madison. Then when I pulled up to the window, Jonathan handed me my food with a smile! It is the little things that count and bring us back. If I was having a bad day, that would make it a little better! I was not happy so, I called Jersey Mike's and complained to the assistant manager who stated I only had to get on their website and fill out their form and I would get a coupon emailed to me for a remake probably within 24 hours. The Jersey Mike's corporate office in New Jersey emailed me 2 days later making a point to say each Jersey Mike's is individually owned so, they really can't do anything other than send the info to the owner. Corporate asked me for the ticket # which of course I no longer had because the assistant manager did not tell me it was needed which I explained when I responded. I then received another email asking for the date of the order, method of purchase, last 4 digits of my credit card and the total amount of the purchase which I then gave them. Today I received another email thanking me for the info and they would forward it to the owner. Geez, Jersey Mikes......is this how it goes for your customers when your employee screws up an order? As well as being given misinformation from the assistant manager on the remake coupon process? A total of 5 emails and still no coupon and it's now a week later. I think we will order from Togos from now on to avoid the hassle. Their sandwiches are better anyway.
