DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALS HERE!!!!!! My family took our family dog here and it was extremely hot inside. THEY DID NOT CARE AT ALL. imfact they were so rude when anyone would try asking to bring the heat down they couldn't give two shits. my family is devastated now because we took our dog here for vaccinations and he DIED from heart failure due to heat exhaustion. this facility not only didnt take any responsibility even tho we brought up the heat several times they had no remorse for our loss. to work in a field like this one you think they wouldve had the heart to hear their patients out and care that this happened because of them. i shame everyone who works here and allowed this to happen because our family is grieving the loss of a family member because of ignorance. This place is FABULOUS! The staff are amazing - friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, & super efficient! They provide a wide variety of veterinarian services at a fraction of the cost of most vets. The feral cat program is amazing, I spent only $45 for a feral spay, vaccination, & pain medication (the spay itself is free). You can stand online without appointment for the feral cat program, but if they have more than 12 of ferals in front of you, they can't take you. For testing like FelV, you can walk-in during their business hours & you will be seen in less than 20 minutes! They explain the procedures well & the recommended vaccines/medication. One Star to this place Texas Coalition for Animal Protection - Arlington (Green Oaks) This is the most heartbreaking experience my family has ever had. We brought our dogs here for routine annual vaccines and left with one of our dogs dead. Our dog was healthy before coming to this facility and tragically died from heat exhaustion while in their care. There were multiple people in the facility complaining that their animals were extremely hot, yet staff ignored the concerns completely. No urgency. No action. No compassion. When something went terribly wrong, no one took responsibility. The staff was rude, dismissive, and showed no concern for my family's emotional well-being. Not one person checked to see if we were okay after losing our beloved pet. If you work with animals, their safety and wellbeing should come first-this facility clearly does not operate that way. I would never recommend this place to anyone. What happened today was unacceptable, preventable, and handled with complete disregard. Good service. Very cheap. The only thing I will complain about is the flea protection medicine I purchased it didn't work. Also I paid extra for the cone after my cat was neutered and it was a very cheap cone that should not have costed that much. Other than that I would go back to get a cat neutered or spayed. read more

Long post but I swear it's worth it. I feel super compelled to tell you about something that is INCREDIBLE that I discovered by accident. I promise you this is truly the best pet parent tip you'll probably ever get. When we were considering adopting this former stray, I was concerned because we had always adopted older dogs and never had a puppy. I wanted to make a plan for his every need. I called our vet just to get a ballpark on what the expense would be to get him all 3 rounds of shots and get him neutered. I was shocked when they told me that his first round of shots would be $400. JUST the first set. Then, to have him neutered would be an additional $500-$600 and even more if I wanted him to get pain meds! (Like who would put a dog through surgery and not make sure they were comfortable afterwards?!) I didn't know any better and almost bit the bullet and went with our usual vet. SO HAPPY I DIDN'T! I just happened to check to see if the cost would be the same at other vets in town and was BLOWN AWAY when I came across Texas Coalition For Animal Protection. (They have locations all over.) For ALL 3 rounds of shots, microchipping, and neutering with pain management after, THEY ONLY CHARGED $150. $150 TOTAL FOR EVERYTHING!! And they have great reviews. We have had 4 vet visits with them and I'm over the moon happy with every single person that we've met and the care they provided my Banner baby every single visit. They also offer ridiculously low rates for your dogs & cats to get their annual vaccinations, dental cleanings, and heartworm testing/preventative. (I mean, less than $75!) Look them up. I sincerely cannot say enough good things about them! Most affordable and the most wonderful service for the State of Texas. Donate if you can! They're remarkable!! read more

I was texted to specifically "wait outside by the door" because it was almost my turn. I waited outside for an hour until eventually the lady told me the line was inside. They lost my paper work and I had to go up and tell them something in order to check out. Everyone who was behind me and that just got there checked out first. I was there for 3 hours!!! no apologies nothing!! And the lady who wears the hairpiece that checks out people still proceeded to check out somebody else after I was next. Terrible checkout process. I took my cat to get spayed here. They were friendly during check in and explained the entire process and so I felt good leaving him there. When I picked him up they let me know he was a bit aggressive after the anesthesia so they didn't change the newspaper in his kennel for their safety, totally understand. When we got home I realized the little blue tattoo line they left in his to signal he's fixed was just like they dug a needle into his skin very deeply, and the blue mark didn't even end up staying. There was also a NEEDLE left inside of his kennel. This is a huge safety issue. I appreciate the low cost for everything but it was just not professional enough for me to ever trust them with another animal of mine. Maybe other locations are better. read more

This is a first class operation and a big asset to the community! It is very well organized and very efficient and all the employees were very nice, friendly and obviously love animals. You do have to wait - but no longer than you'd expect to @ a Vet's office and they have it figured out so that you can wait in your car till it's your turn. I was VERY happy to pay $30 each for my 2 pets micro chips -MUCH Cheaper than the Vet's rate!! THANKS FOR A GREAT SERVICE!! read more
