The explanation about the feral cat program
    Kristina W.

This place is FABULOUS! The staff are amazing - friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, & super efficient! They provide a wide variety of veterinarian services at a fraction of the cost of most vets. The feral cat program is amazing, I spent only $45 for a feral spay, vaccination, & pain medication (the spay itself is free). You can stand online without appointment for the feral cat program, but if they have more than 12 of ferals in front of you, they can't take you. For testing like FelV, you can walk-in during their business hours & you will be seen in less than 20 minutes! They explain the procedures well & the recommended vaccines/medication. Love them!

Here for a yearly vaccinations at Texas coalition for animal protection.

PLEASE NOTE! The correct address for this TCAP. Is 2400 SE Green Oaks Blvd, Arlington, TX 76018 Texas coalition for animal protection provides services such as vaccinations, spaying, spading, and healthcare for pets. Doing a wonderful service for our community. There have several locations in the metroplex area. We go to the one on Southwest Green oaks in Arlington by Highway. They also perform spaying and neutering of pets and feral animals on certain days. We had our kittens spayed at the clinic and we were extremely pleased with the service. They can can also provide medications for your pets including heartworm medication with appointments.

My baby That this Clinic Killed For Neglect!

One Star to this place Texas Coalition for Animal Protection - Arlington (Green Oaks) This is the most heartbreaking experience my family has ever had. We brought our dogs here for routine annual vaccines and left with one of our dogs dead. Our dog was healthy before coming to this facility and tragically died from heat exhaustion while in their care. There were multiple people in the facility complaining that their animals were extremely hot, yet staff ignored the concerns completely. No urgency. No action. No compassion. When something went terribly wrong, no one took responsibility. The staff was rude, dismissive, and showed no concern for my family's emotional well-being. Not one person checked to see if we were okay after losing our beloved pet. If you work with animals, their safety and wellbeing should come first-this facility clearly does not operate that way. I would never recommend this place to anyone. What happened today was unacceptable, preventable, and handled with complete disregard. My family is devastated, and no one here seems to care.

The crickets are at the front near the register so there is no waiting for an employee to help you unlike Petsmart. Crickets are also 1c cheaper here and 5% off if you have a Petco membership. The employees at this Petco location are super chill and nice. They always give me more crickets than I ask for. They also accept Apple Pay which makes transactions a breeze. When there are sales, Petco also offers very competitive pricing especially for leopard geckos. I was able to snag one for $8.

Like you can't even remove them? Horribly priced. Order online if you can! If no time to order, you're better off going to Pet supplies plus, Sublett location. They also sell a lot of items that are dangerous to dragons. Like the wicker hammocks. These will rip nails and toes off! Reptile supplies aren't great, however I will say they have more Arcadia products in store compared to any local stores. As a fur mama(cat/dog/rabbit/guinea pig) the supplies are decent but overpriced unless a good sale. Customer service is mostly non existent. I've never been asked if I needed anything. However I don't typically want to be bothered anyway. There's a couple cashiers, a younger male and an older one who are nice at least. Please work on your feeder issue. With your prices you should be presenting a much healthier supply! I'm in there a lot, it never changes.

The cat selection at this Hollywood feed is EXTREMELY limited. It's turning into a dog store with a small penance of cat items. Dog toys, dog treats, and dog food abound on multiple shelves throughout the entire store, tho the cat items are limited to an end cap. Very disappointing. The cat area that they had was also very empty, with half the area empty and missing items. That being said, the staff was super friendly and helpful, as helpful as they can be finding an item that doesn't exist in the store. They were happy to oblige my wife's many questions, of course the staff was elated to see a rare Scottish Kilt/Persian kitten in the store. They took pictures and such, it was actually a pleasant interaction.

I explained to the employee (Ricky) that's the name on the receipt my current situation about what was happening with my mom's dog Carter. I was thinking it could have been allergies. He told me what products he would use and suggested what he has used on his animals in the past. He listened to my concerns and gave me options right away. Even the lady at the counter gave her suggestions on what could have caused the coughing. I genuinely loved how they were concerned as if it was their animal as well.
