The dogs did well but this type of training did not addresses some of the behavior issues. Amber came n and observed the dogs and all the family members so we could address the issues with all the dogs and family members. We were able to come up with a plan. Her leg was sore, and I could tell she was in pain. Because her vet doesn't have an after-hours clinic, I started to call emergency vets in my area. The ones in my area are money-driven and were unable to give me estimates on the potential costs. I called VEG and told them about my girl, and money wasn't a priority; my little girl was. She was given medication to help with the pain, and a day or two later, she was back to herself. I'm grateful to VEG. If an ER vet is needed in the future, they will be my choice.

The end of program training with me and my kids was impressive but I was not sure they would continue behaving at home. Jake was our trainer and he was very good at explaining to me how to use their system and how to continue things at home. The first few days I was worried as my dogs did seem stressed from the entire experience. However, after being home a few days they bounced back and I felt brave enough to work on the things Jake taught us by using the collar. I have to say, I am very very happy with the results. My older dog RUbie had many issues with being aggressive towards other dogs and making walks miserable. Jake completely fixed that and she is now very tolerant of other dogs. They both have stopped jumping, barking all the time in the house, and counter surfing. My home is so much more peaceful. I am continuing to work with the dogs and am realizing that I must continue to use the collars and work with the dogs daily to continue to see results. I am very very happy with Jake and All Dogs Unleashed.

Their initial one-on-one assessment is a great way for the trainers to get to know your dog (and you) and to figure out where to begin. The Zoom Room has a wide variety of classes to choose from. My family typically opts for the Agility classes because they are so much fun! But the other classes they offer are great too. Zoom Room keeps their class sizes small, so that they can ensure that their students and their paw-rents are getting the attention that they need. The trainers are thorough while keeping learning fun. I love that their classes can fit almost every schedule. I have a non-conventional work schedule where I would not be able to commit to something like "every Monday at 6pm." Being able to pick and choose when to bring my dogs is so appreciated. Zoom Room also has a variety of class packages/payment plans. They make it as convenient as possible for each of their pet families. Our younger pup Piper has gained a lot of confidence and social skills from her classes at Zoom Room. When it was time to renew our initial plan, we changed to one where we could share between both our dogs so that our 5 year old dog could participate in the fun as well! The Zoom Room - Trophy Club is always clean, and the staff is always warm and engaging. We recently boarded our two dogs at Pet Resort in the Gardens, including one who is diabetic…read more Before booking, we specifically confirmed by phone that they were able to properly care for a diabetic dog and felt comfortable trusting them. We provided verbal instructions twice and written instructions stating that our dog needed to be fed at 7 AM and 7 PM so that his insulin could be administered on a consistent schedule. Unfortunately, we learned at pick up that he had been fed at approximately 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM each day instead. Consistency is extremely important for diabetic dogs, and this type of deviation can be dangerous. When we questioned the feeding times, we were told that special schedules are only followed when instructions are provided. After we pointed out that instructions had been given multiple times, they were eventually located in his chart. What's most disappointing is the apparent lack of concern regarding the seriousness of the error. Mistakes can happen, but attention to detail and an appropriate response are critical, especially when caring for animals with medical conditions. Based on our experience, we were left concerned about the level of communication and oversight provided. We'd never bring our dogs back.

I'm not a professional dog trainer but I know consistency is key when learning something new so it is a complete DIS-service to NOT know what to continue to train my puppy on! Also, during pick up and drop off she had just gotten home from doing one on one trainings else where so how is my puppy getting trained when she's not there?? I feel like I got gypped into the training part of the service. The pluses to this review/business is that Victoria's home is very well equipped for a dog or puppy with a double gated outside play area, plenty of toys, and just all around great environment to also get well aquatinted with other pups. Before she entered our lives, our sweet pup (Oakley) was essentially a tiny, furry sprinkler of pee and a landmine factory of poop. Every day was a new guessing game of "What's that smell?" and "Oh no... I just stepped in it, didn't I?" Enter Victoria, the dog whisperer / saint / wizard / actual angel disguised as a trainer. We sent our puppy to her for board and train, and I swear she sent back a completely different dog--one that pees OUTSIDE. I repeat: OUTSIDE. I don't know what kind of Hogwarts-level sorcery she pulled, but it worked. And that's just the beginning! My dog now knows how to sit like a proper lady, "leave it" like it's hot, and stay "quiet"like a ninja. The jumping to greet everyone like they owe her money? Way down. The nipping with those razor-sharp baby teeth? She taught her that humans are friends, not chew toys. That's all just bonus material at this point--my bar was literally "Please just don't treat the living room like a toilet." Victoria is amazing at what she does, truly. I was told Laura would be contacting me with progress reports, but I never heard from her. When I finally called to check in, I was told she had "just left." I decided to stop by in person to find out what was going on, only to learn that Laura had actually been out sick and hadn't been there at all during the first week. She asked me to give her another chance and keep Luca for the second week, which I agreed to -- and that's on me. Unfortunately, the second week was just as bad. Again, there was zero communication, no follow-up, and overall, completely unprofessional service. I'm extremely disappointed. This experience was frustrating and far below the standard I expected for my dog's care and training. One thing I was say the lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and nice and help a lot in this terrible situation
