But not Bob Mills, so I informed them to cancel the order and we would never shop at Bob Mills, nor recommend it to anyone. Would buy furniture from Wal-Mart over these incompetent buffoons.

The salesman said if I put a deposit down, the price would be good. This was acceptable by me. Returning from my trip, I paid the balance, was informed the mattress would be delivered to the store, I would be contacted, and at that we could set a delivery date and time. Date and time were established. Mattress, etc., were delivered, ON TIME, by two friendly and polite young men, they quickly agreed the existing frame would work very well. I also had purchased a mattress pad and sheets that I no longer needed since we didn't have the split top mattress so for those items I exchanged through the phone and again they sent the wrong comforter and still haven't recieved the sheets! This company is a joke do not trust their return policy and their customer care!! Don Johnson, our sales rep, has made our furniture buying experience very successful and enjoyable. We were so undecided on two different living room groups. He worked with us and told us we had 72 hours once it was delivered to make sure that we liked it. If not, we could return and order the other one. Kish did a follow up call to see how things were going. Ultimately we ended up returning part of our order and they didn't hesitate in allowing us to do so. I went into the Soncy store and I talked to a sales lady about my couch. She said customer support would be reaching out in two to three days to talk to me. Customer service is so rude and sarcastic when he called me to talk to me about my complaint with the quality of my couch. I didn't buy a five year warranty and my couch is three years and eleven months old. The customer service rep said it was eleven months past the three year warranty and they won't fix it. I thought I was buying a quality made couch which I'm seeing it's not. My mom has always sat in the middle seat as it's a three seater and her weight is what I think caused this to ruin springs or the casing. The customer service rep said it may be the springs need to be replaced or the couch cushion casing is damaged with wear and tear. I am so disappointed with Havertys because they never told me there was a weight limit on the couch cushions. I am not asking for a couch replacement but I would like Havertys to fix my couch because it didn't have any support in the middle seat underneath to support someone sitting in the middle. If they don't fix my couch I won't ever buy from there company again and I won't recommend them to anyone either. I am writing in a complaint to the Better Business Bureau to let them know so maybe Havertys will fix my couch and make it right. If you buy anything from this company, but the highest year warranty they have because this company doesn't make or sell long lasting furniture, and you will be fixing quality repairs that shouldn't have broken. Buyers beware. I won't ever spend my money at this company. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
