Ordered a decaf with oat milk and a few pumps of hazelnut. It was perfect! No after caffeine side effects noted. I also get a glimpse of the kitchen in between the 2 rooms, where all the goodies are made. There are two small indoor rooms with various seating arrangements and seating outdoors. We grabbed a small table for two inside. I thoroughly enjoyed my strudel and coffee. Note: they make and sell their own ground coffee with a special of buy 3 bags and get 1 free. Again, we thought this was isolated but on all those several instances we visited this location, we have exactly the same sub par customer service experience. This afternoon visit at Tealicious on Potranco, I asked the young lady if the owners are the same on both locations, she verified it not the same. The staff at the Bandera location needs to learn from these excellent staff members at Potranco. No matter what time of day, or day of the week and no matter who's tending the store, the customer service at Tealicious Potranco is consistently stellar.
