After getting my cancellation notice I called to see if I could remain in back order because of the awesome price but they told me they are not going to order any more and just cancel my order, in my eyes it was the wrong thing to do. I came into the Grapevine TGE and was immediately impressed how nice, organized and well-stocked it was. I had already decided on what I wanted, and though they didn't have the exact version I was looking for, the person who helped me said they could have it there in 3-4 days. He was knowledgeable and courteous, and he showed me one that was nearly identical to what I wanted. He answered all the questions I had and because of his effort, I was even more confident in my choice. I ordered the gun, and 2 days later I got a call saying it had arrived early and was ready for me to pick up. A different person initially started the paperwork and while that was processing, we had a great conversation during which I could tell he was highly knowledgeable and cared about my experience. During that time, my original salesperson walked by and said hello and congratulations, etc. Having been in sales for 4 decades, I was impressed how they handled the entire process. Facilities are great, clean and organized. Just next time someone ran out of time, don't call the BOUNCER and kick people out of the range so rude. Today I had a great outing with my fiancé and best friends. Overall the experience was quite affordable and the range instructors for fantastic and showing us firearm safety. There was not one point in time that I felt unsafe or did I question the safety of the environment. Not to sound rude but what is VIP is it nice room only or is it service ?? Most people who buy this are used to both ... my husband and Bought into this and it's Not cheap we work had for our $$$ and lifestyle If you guys are going to use this room as a party room also and the VIP members will be told it's closed 2 weekends in a row row , and Told we have to wait for a bay to clear b4 we can use what we pay to be available it's not at all what I think most of the VIP guest expected when they signed up , if your going to do rental party's in the VIP room and events why isn't it done on slow days not on a Saturday night and not after hours VIP guest pay for this covenants and the room to be exclusive and available to them . Was everyone in that room VIP ? If so ... Then we have no issue but if it's just building revenue at our expense absolutely do feel like we were mislead on how this membership VIP platinum membership would be ? I think b4 people sign on the dotted line they need to know It's not exclusive it will be closed with no notice and you may be waiting in just a pretty room .... read more

Amazing experience! I attended a class here and was immediately welcomed into the facility by a very welcoming helpful employee. She looked up what classroom the class was in and walked me to it. This facility looks brand new. Beautiful layout and the classroom furnishings are quality and comfortable for classroom learning. My wife and I are thinking about buying a gun. We don't have a lot of experience shooting guns and no experience shooting a handgun. We were feeling a little intimidated walking through the front door, but were immediately greeted by very friendly and helpful people. They suggested we take the new shooter lesson. We first had to watch a brief video, sign a waiver, and then it was off to the indoor range. Our RSO (Range Safety Officer) was Hannah. She was so nice and very patient with us. She explained things very clearly and then asked us if we had any questions. She took us to the range where she explained how to stand and reminded us of everything she told us earlier about how to handle the gun and load ammunition. She was very encouraging and stayed with us the entire time, which put us at ease. We left feeling really good about our first experience firing a hand gun. This is a decent range that just opened recently. Lots of lanes , 25 and 50 yards indoor range. It would be a great place to zero a rifle. It seems well ventilated and has range officers in the bays to keep things safe. I can not stand budget ranges that refuse to have range officers in the bays. It saves the cheap owners money but makes it dangerous for the customers This place is not your tiny little range in an office park or shopping center with a few lanes and a couple of guns to rent or sell. This place is huge. It is like a big box store with some high end toys. They even have machine gun rentals. They have a huge selection of firearms and supplies . Worth a stop. It is near the airport so I am sure they cater to out of towners looking to shoot guns for the first time. Since they have range officers watching you in the shooting area. It is safe. read more
