This place is like no other as it reminds me a mini mall but for dentist specialties. I went for a cleaning and x-rays. My appointment was around 7:30am and I was down out in 50 minutes which is not too bad. I wish I knew about the mini-arcade that they have in there, but then again I would be occupied and not want to have my appointment nor head to work. The only downside is they do make you fill out a lot of paperwork and it is on your phone which sometimes it makes it hard to fill out. I wish they have an option to send it through email and fill it on the computer as doing it over the phone can be tricky. Xrays was not too bad, they have this machine that does a 360 xray which was fun, they do the other x-rays which where they stick the film in your mouth and take a snapshot. It is not too bad, but that takes around 20 minutes. Then, they did my teeth cleaning which took around 15 minutes. I spent the other 10 minutes waiting to get my teeth clean and then 5 minutes for the dentist to come in and check out the teeth. Overall, I do not mind coming here for my future visit. Staff was nice and friendly and patient.

I've been putting off my dental health for awhile but really needed the work done. The dental office staff was able to come up with an affordable payment plan and schedule me in immediately. Dr. House was amazing to work with. He made me feel comfortable, even when the procedure was pretty invasive. I spent 4 hours one visit and 5 hours another visit but the work was done, the crowns look beautiful and i have a much better idea of what encompasses a root canal. He also upgraded the original crown i chose, at no cost! Definitely a great experience and i will continue to bring my family to this office!!

I had an issue with it and returned it to them and they obviously fixed it but overall, I'm just wanna update my perspective about the facility. It's great on end of delivery of the services but I still think they are Customer Service lacks just a bit but overall, I'd say that I'm very happy with my experience and I'm it only was there to receive some work that another office was unable to provide, but my experience is great and I'm had a cleaning also while I was there they did a great job with that so smiles workshop is really a great facility to visit. I was contacted while at work and told I had missed an appointment, but my actual appointment was the following day. Weeks later, I was informed the day before another appointment that it had been cancelled and I was being referred to a specialist. Months later, I was notified that my treatment could resume, and an appointment was scheduled six days later, but again, the day before the appointment, I was told my referral had expired. Today, I went in for a dental evaluation, and the office refused to allow me to see my dentist. I was told that the office would inform my care team, who referred me to them, that I need a specialist. I stated that I wanted to continue seeing the doctor and that I had already requested my referral be renewed by my Primary Care Team. I was then told they would call them directly. When I asked them to also inform my team that my appointments had been repeatedly cancelled without notifying me, I was told that I was not welcome and not to return. As a result, I am currently without care and must restart the referral process. These repeated last-minute cancellations, conflicting information, and being denied care disrupted my treatment and caused significant delays.

I was charged for a treatment (laser procedure) that was never performed. Despite multiple attempts to contact the office--via phone and email--I have yet to receive a refund or even a proper response. Every time I called, I was either put on hold indefinitely or given the runaround with no resolution. My emails have gone completely unanswered. This lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable. It is unethical and completely wrong to charge patients for services that were not rendered and then ignore all follow-up communication. Patients deserve transparency, honesty, and respectful treatment--not to be taken advantage of. I found this place on Yelp and looked at the website and found their chat feature. I was able to sign up really quickly and then after you sign up, they make you fill out paper work which took around 10 to 15 minutes if I can recall. I did not realize this place was actually near my house like walking distance if I really wanted to and in that plaza where the Golden Chick, Aldi, Pie place off a really busy street. I did a teeth cleaning and x-rays which was covered by my insurance. I was impressed how friendly the staff was, the hygienist, Linda, Wendy the front desk, and the Dr. herself. My appointment started on time at 9am, I got x-rays done and were much different as their were hardly any biting and gagging and Linda was very patient and kind and had a smile behind the mask as you can tell she loved her job. She gave me a couple of great pointers of how to floss and how to brush which was great. The overall process took around 50 minutes which is normal for cleaning and x-rays. They recommended that I get a night guard with lowers retainers removed and get ortho treatment on my upper teeth. The quotes were not too bad as insurance covered some of it. I ended up getting a night guard and lower retainers removed and they ended up doing it right away. The ortho I felt could wait as I did not feel like spending that much for that day, but they did not pressure me into getting it which was nice. Maybe in the future I will consider. It took another hour to removed my retainer and do impressions on my teeth. Impressions are not fun to do, but they did their best to comfort me while I was in pain. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to go to.

While most dentist offices I contacted were either closed on Fridays (?!?!) or didn't have an opening, Mirror Lake Dentistry made it work. They made an appointment for my husband during a time that worked for HIS schedule, and gave plenty of time to work on ALL of his problem areas in one appointment. All costs were addressed up front, and my husband came home with a brand new mouth saying (and I quote) "5 stars. I know who I'm giving my dental record to now." They were kind, quick, didn't give him the run around, THEY HAVE NETFLIX, and my husband is no longer afraid of getting dental work. Thank you, MLD! Every time I would feel *everything* while he drilled into my teeth. I would cry and ask him to stop, and he would get irritated. He never gave injections properly. I potentially have nerve damage, as the entire right side of my face droops and I no longer smile straight. I went to a new dentist, and today they drilled into fillings that were previously done by Taylor. There was decay that was left there underneath the filling. Taylor did not remove the cavity completely. I now have to get a root canal on one tooth and three crowns. I had to go to Taylor several times for these same teeth, each time I still went home in pain. He never solved the problem by getting rid of the decay. I am only 22 and have to get a root canal because of this. He is evil for doing this to me. Avoid going here at all costs. There are several other dentists nearby that will work with you with costs and make sure you are comfortable the entire time. I didn't feel a thing with this new dentist.
