Four stars because my first visit was with Dr. Gupta. I was the first appointment of the day and I arrived early for my appointment time. I waited over 30 minutes past my appointment time and finally requested to be rescheduled. The front staff was very nice and went to the back to inform Dr. Gupta of my request. I was then placed in a room. When Dr. Gupta came in to see me I felt she was rushing through the exam. After the exam she asked multiple times about applying for their financing options. My agenda for the appointment was to have a cleaning and to compare Dr. Gupta's recommended treatment plan to a treatment plan that I had received from another dentist. After multiple "no" responses to Dr. Gupta, I was told that I needed to schedule to come back for a cleaning. The appointment scheduled for that day was for an exam and cleaning. After background conversations, Dr. O volunteered to do my cleaning himself. The cleaning was the best I have had in years! I was very happy with Dr. O and I scheduled to have my treatment plan completed by him. I highly recommend Dr. O at Lancaster Family Smiles!

This place is like no other as it reminds me a mini mall but for dentist specialties. I went for a cleaning and x-rays. My appointment was around 7:30am and I was down out in 50 minutes which is not too bad. I wish I knew about the mini-arcade that they have in there, but then again I would be occupied and not want to have my appointment nor head to work. The only downside is they do make you fill out a lot of paperwork and it is on your phone which sometimes it makes it hard to fill out. I wish they have an option to send it through email and fill it on the computer as doing it over the phone can be tricky. Xrays was not too bad, they have this machine that does a 360 xray which was fun, they do the other x-rays which where they stick the film in your mouth and take a snapshot. It is not too bad, but that takes around 20 minutes. Then, they did my teeth cleaning which took around 15 minutes. I spent the other 10 minutes waiting to get my teeth clean and then 5 minutes for the dentist to come in and check out the teeth. Overall, I do not mind coming here for my future visit. Staff was nice and friendly and patient.

I will say that the place is always nice and organized and the staff are always so friendly. But there are some issues. I feel like I've never seen the dentist also be the one to do the cleaning until coming here. I found that off but whatever. The first 2 times I've had my "cleaning" it NEVER felt like it was clean. He usually never talks to me and feels more intimidating. Today I went and I'm sooo glad that they finally had a hygienist in there. She was super lovely. I really wish I had met her before because she did an amazing job and she made me feel like my mouth was clean. She did say she was new there but honestly that's probably the best decision the dentist could have done. They told me I could just get a regular cleaning that a needed a "special" cleaning and $1,000 for filings and a bunch of un necessary stuff. I had a friend that is a hygienist look at my bill and they wanted me to get the most expensive of everything. She also told me most of it was unnecessary. My husband had 2 teeth extracted. We told them he wanted gas for the extractions and they ignored us and only numbed his mouth. He was getting a too and bottom tooth extracted. My husband had to tell the doctor he was supposed to extract the bottom one too. The doctor obviously didn't look at my husband's file because he sent him a prescription for Penicillin. My husband is extremely allergic to Penicillin. Thank goodness he decided to check before popping them in his mouth. They also charged him over $700 for fillings that haven't even been done. When I called and spoke to Vanessa to get my money back she hung up on me. We later found out that Bailey was telling other employees that my husband was an ahole. The people are so rude and unethical. I called their headquarters in Dallas and left a message for the HR executive director Chad, and reported them to the Better business Bureau. Do not go here. It is a hot mess and they are just going to try to get as much money out of you as possible.
