Only I didn't do any business with PerTex, it was the previous owner! I called them and the representative basically told me I was SOL even though they knew I didn't owe them anything. I should also mention that this review has had several up votes which testified to its accuracy. The company's attempt to deny all responsibility shows the exact opposite of what they claim to be. I could tell from the first meeting I had with them that they were friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, and their quote was thousands of dollars less than the other company I had talked to! We live hours away from their headquarters, but they had no problem traveling to us. If I had not known someone who had already used them, I might have been worried that it was too good to be true, but they delivered in every aspect. They were meticulous in their work, and their attention to detail was exceptional. We were so impressed with the siding, soffits, and fascia, that we decided to have them give us a quote for gutters as well, and we added that to the project. I have since found out that in addition to windows and siding, they have crews who can do any kind of construction work, and we plan to have them back to help us with the other projects on our house, including new windows, in the future.
