All-American Cheeseburger* with extra beef patty, broccoli
    Vicky P.

12/31/25: First time at this Texas Roadhouse. We were greeted when we entered and seated not a minute later by our pleasant hosts at our Comfortable booth within the bar area. We noticed the nice Christmas decorations everywhere. Our server, Trent, was nice and got our food order correct, but it seemed he mixed our table number up with our neighbor's as our meals were brought to them first, taken back to the kitchen, then brought out to us after a kitchen staff came to ask what we had ordered. Then my husband's tea was brought to them and the same thing happened with that. When we got our check originally, it had the neighbor's $12 drink on it. Granted it was a busy night, but I shudder to think how many people were around our prepared food before it finally got to its correct destination. My 6oz sirloin was ordered medium, but it arrived medium well. But I accepted it as it didn't look too bad. It, in fact, was delicious- though a little tough on the edge. My sweet potato, grilled shrimp and green beans were yummy. My husband's double cheeseburger was humongous. No way someone can eat that regularly. He had ordered it cooked "no pink" but it arrived "burnt to a crisp". He mashed it up and mixed tons of ketchup in but could still only taste burnt meat. Way too overcooked. His broccoli was overcooked (mushy.) The complimentary rolls in the beginning of our visit were delicious. The music was on way too loud. We couldn't have a conversation without constantly saying "what?!" and having to repeat ourselves. We eventually just gave up and did stuff on our individual cellphones until our meals arrived. The bathrooms needed attending to (the women's smelled of cigarette smoke as well.) This was a disappointing trip. We're hoping if we come back (maybe not during the holidays) it will be better.

Got to my hotel faster than we thought and looked like a good time for some day drinking . So came here for a margaritas. And got to say they ain't bad . Bartender was great . Decor is cool and ambiance is a bit loud but still cool joint to hang a bit . Sure the steaks are good seems alot of them a flying past me. . Stop in for a drink if ya just don't feel like eating.

In the mood for a steak but don't want to pay steakhouse prices? Scout out Texas Roadhouse - Bill S For a chain restaurant, Texas Roadhouse has the steak process down to a T (see what I did there?) The Texas Roadhouse where I live is always slammed. It was a pleasure to see from my hotel a Texas Roadhouse. I walk in and I'm seated right away? Sooo nice. The young man who greets me at the door asked me to pick out my steak? I wasn't in the mood for a big hunk of meat so I chose a medium size cut. He then takes a ticket and lays it on the steak. I call dibs on that steak! Once seated, I need a drink. Texas Roadhouse is serious about their margaritas. For an up charge, you can also get an extra shot?? Shoot me son! My steak comes with two sides, I chose a side salad and a baked sweet potato. I'm asked top the sweet potato with marshmallows? Oh yeah.. The steak comes out and it is cooked "perfectly". And the best part? There are two steak sauces on the table. Listen, if your the type to look down on steak sauce and say a good steak doesn't need sauce, then you do you. Me? I like A1 and I feel like I'm at home eating this meal. Texas Roadhouse? It was a pleasure to dine at your restaurant. Please contact the Selden restaurant and tell them I need my own table and you'll see me every week.

Food excellent, service ok. Between hostess, escort, server, food runner, nearby server, & manager it is less about 'service' and more about turning tables. Place was busy, VERY NOISY. Did not feel rushed, but conversation definitely discouraged.

    12 ounce strip steak, medium!

Not from the area but stopped in while passing through. Our waiter, Levi, was great. Attentive and friendly. Most of the staff seemed to be friendly and that creates a good atmosphere for dining. The steaks were cooked perfect to our preferences and the sides were prepared equally well.

Ribeye steak, med-well with loaded mashed potatoes.

That was the tastiest steak and tender steak I have had in a long while. I was not expecting this. 20 oz ribeye. The mashed potatoes were whipped nicely too! I'm sorry I slept on these guys! Decently priced too!

Service was great. Salad was great. Herb crusted chicken was not the greatest. A lot of music.

The meatloaf was fair, but I'm not a big fan of chopped meat in any form due to the grease and all the negatives of meat in general, especially chopped meat and chicken. The server was a young woman who initially indicated her displeasure at my asking questions about the slight difference between the online and in restaurant menu (no senior citizen choices in the online version for example and a couple of other differences) she told me they don't like to advertise the senior menu (wow!). I guess that says something about senior citizen business but I'm unsure if it's good or negative. Another surprise came when I asked what the difference was in the number of ribs or weight between 1/4 rack and half rack choices. She to me 1/4 was 2 or 3 ribs and half rack was 2 or 3 as well. I tried to clarify in my head if it was literally by the bone or by weight. She became defensive and I could tell she wasn't happy with my question, drilling for a precise answer not a guess. But again rather than make her more perplexed or more unappreciative of my question I just chalked it up to today's generation and lower schooling on precision than my generation. That changed the relationship for the better and all was fine after. She was attentive to my requests and did a great job bringing everything correctly and the other things like wash n dry type towelettes for the rib eating. The place is located in a busy area. Has a nice, comfortable inside and is clean with plenty of room between tables/booths. It's a comfortable climate with the local country music station playing overhead the tables and booths. After realizing my server and I were from vastly different generations, things went better. I'll be back and I received recommend this establishment.

The restaurant is in a little strip mall with 4-5 other restaurants, and I bet any of the other restaurants would have been a better choice. Inka Kitchen looked the fanciest on the outside with its seating area and fresh hanging flower baskets outside. I ordered a water with lemon. Sorry, no lemon, is lime okay? I also ordered an Inka cola. Sorry, we only have 2 liters, no individual servings. Then I ordered a 1/2 chicken with fried plantains & black beans. Sorry, no Peruvian chicken and the plantains are not sweet. The Peruvian restaurant did not have Peruvian chicken or fried plantains. So, I settled for a burrito bowl. I could not have been more disappointed. The chicken was tasteless but salty and tough/dry. There was a tablespoon of black beans, some diced tomatoes, definitely NOT pico de gallo, four slices of avocado, no guacamole, no sour cream. The other person had a quesadilla which they said was okay. So, how the restaurant has a 4.7 review is BEYOND me.
