NOT CELIAC (GLUTEN FREE) FRIENDLY! Had gone for a friend's birthday dinner, small group. Notified the server that I was celiac and could not have gluten and he acknowledged it. Ordered a ceaser salad, baked potato, and steak. Server ensured that it "should be" gluten free and said "I'm assuming so". The first salad had crouton crumbs on it, as well as the second one. Ended up getting broccoli instead which were just hard and not flavorful. Server then admitted he had no idea what celiac is or what contains gluten. read more

Had an amazing dinner experience here tonight! Only downfall was the wait but that was expected due to it being Saturday! However they gave us peanuts while we waited outside. Our server Brianna and Ana I believe her name was, was exceptional! They made sure our needs were met as a large party of 11. We did not have to wait long for drinks! The rolls kept coming out as they saw the empty baskets! My son loved them! I had the shrimp with rice as my meal and the rice was surprisingly really good. We was also celebrating my twin niece and nephew 5th bday and they made sure to make them feel special at the end of dinner with a nice dessert and a happy birthday shout out. We are extremely disappointed with the takeout service we received. Our order included a family burger meal with plain mashed potatoes and toppings on the side, but the order was incorrect -- the buns were missing, and we were given loaded potatoes instead. When I called the restaurant, I was told it would not be a problem to return to the takeout window to receive the correct items. However, upon arrival, a staff member working the takeout area insisted that I wait on the full takeout line behind customers still placing orders. Angelica at the takeout window was very rude and also directed me to wait in line. After finally reaching the window, she abruptly shut it in my face so she could "look for the correct items." By the time we returned home, our entire meal was cold. Having worked in the restaurant industry myself, I can honestly say I have never treated customers with such disrespect or lack of professionalism. To make matters worse, when I called after returning home, the employee who answered stated that the manager was too busy to speak with me, took my phone number, and assured me I would receive a callback -- which never happened. I sincerely believe that a good enough reason to go to a Texas Roadhouse is just to have those fantastic rolls, the fact that I can also have a steak dinner for a reasonable price and get a good portion it's just a bonus. Add on top of that the fact that you get free peanuts, a good atmosphere, and friendly staff, and you have yourself a recipe for a nice evening. My go to Texas Roadhouse was actually the one on 192, but since it's new location is opened up we have been converted. From our experience it is not as busy, a little bit smaller but also a lot more attentive staff. We always find the steaks to be well seasoned, although my only negative is that sometimes one of me or my party have to send back a steak or settle for one that is not cooked exactly as specified on the menu. I believe with all steaks there is wiggle room, and as long as it is within a certain range of what I'm looking for I often do not send it back or make a big deal of it. We will happily return to this location time and time again, but I struggle to put it as a five when at least a couple of times we have had steaks that have needed more or less cooking to meet the desired temperature. read more

My killer ribs were good but were a little burnt and consequently dry, but taste wise ok. Steak fries were good. My husbands steak was good. The side salads for both were also good. They have $5 drinks but I wasn't impressed, I tried Jamaican cowboy and margarita and nothing extraordinary. Service was fantastic tho lady was fast, attentive- great! I am not a fan of their butter thou- bread is good just that sweet butter is off for me. Ambiance was good super packed but the place was dirty floors and sticky. This is a new location could be maintained better. I had tried this place about a month ago in my previous city and I know the place was about 5 years old and not close to dirty appearance this one give with the floors. Texas Roadhouse was good! I liked my Sirloin Steak! I felt that it was tender and tasteful. My wife had the killer ribs! She said that she felt that they were a little on the dry side, so she requested a little more bbq sauce. The house salad with ranch was good. I applaud their service, as we came during prime time dinner time and were seated within 20 minutes. Our server was very nice and attentive. The ambiance reminds me of an outdoor Texas restaurant. I've been to the one in Kendall (Miami, Florida) and I felt it was a cleaner on the floors. That is the only reason I gave them one less star. First time at this new location in Davenport Florida. The service was very good and Texas Roadhouse still gives you peanuts but in a brand new bag for the table. Guess it's been awhile since we last visited one. The bucket is there for your shells. We arrived shortly after they opened at 3:00pm for a late lunch. The restaurant was as expected empty and quiet. It filled up as we were dining. Started with cactus blossom onions. They were really good. Worth getting to start your meal. Here was plenty and the two of us ate them all. I ordered the 12oz Fort Worth Ribeye with a baked potato and side salad. Wifey had the 6oz Dallas Filet. Both steaks medium rare with mashed potatoes and side salad. We finished off the onions then the steak and potatoes arrived, followed by the forgotten salads. We took the salads home to eat later. My ribeye came out just right and I enjoyed it. My wife's filet was a little more on the rare side. The server apologized that the salads came late and later so did the manager. Based on the steaks and potatoes I give a rating of 5 but my wife gives it a 3. So it comes out as a 4 today. But really, get the onions. They were delicious. read more

He thanked us for asking as he learned something new...we could buy it here!!! Our meal was delicious as always! I also have to give a shout out to Anthony! 8-22-25. Another satisfying meal at Texas Roadhouse. Went with a large group while vacationing in the area. Very pleased with the food, service and the price. On a Friday night at 7:30, we only waited about 15 minutes for a table. Every location I've visited, they're always pretty crowded. They definitely know how to take care of the folks who seem to pile in every evening. I'd like to single out our waitress, Lina, and our waitress in training, Stashia who were both awesome. They really worked their butts off and couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent (as usual, no matter the location). Tonight I ordered the beef tips in a mushroom and onion sauce, which came over a bed of rice and some corn. I thought it was great. Some of the kids ordered the 6 oz. filets and they loved them. Another ordered bbq chicken with a loaded baked potato which they also enjoyed.......and damn... those hot rolls and cinnamon butter.....mmm, mmm, mmmm. In my opinion, you can't go wrong with Texas Roadhouse when it comes to chain restaurants. No, it certainly doesn't come close to the big dogs like Peter Lugers or Old Homestead.......but for a really good meal for a really good price, you'd be hard pressed to top Texas Roadhouse. 4.5 stars. read more

The manager Jim is absolutely horrible he lacks customer service skills and the ability to accommodate guests. After calling in advance for a party of 9 we were sat at two split tables with 8 seats where my mom was expected to eat on her lap with no table space!!! Our server was very sweet and did the best she could to accommodate us. Jim wanted to argue with me about our seating accommodations stating we could not block the middle aisle when I asked him how my mom should eat her meal he recommended she BLOCK THE ASILE. These rolls and butter were by far some of the best ones a chain restaurant could offer, and they just kept coming out. I wasn't super hungry, so I only had a loaded baked potato which was savory, delicious, and a huge portion for a side order. The waitstaff help each other out, so we were always being checked on. What can I say about Texas Roadhouse? I love it. It isn't easy to find a good steak at a solid price and TR provides this in spades. They open up with those super yummy and fresh rolls and the server is always right there to help you. I also love that I can choose my steak which does make a difference for those of us that know meat! We went to the TR with friends and family from Brazil and they loved it. A nice experience in the Willie Nelson booth! We had a group of 6 of us and was first put into a booth that was not going to be comfortable. A nice waitress came over and opened a leaf on the Willie Nelson table and we all sat comfortably. Our waiter was very attentive, and everything came out great! As we walked in we could tell it was new. The hostess created us with a warm smile and cheery attitude. We were sat right away and within a couple minutes our server came and took our drink and appetizer order. Both came out quickly and she was there to take our orders and answer any questions. We all ordered different steaks. My wife and I spilt the 14oz Ribeye and the shrimp add on (6). Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly. Unfortunately, we ordered two steaks one ribeye one sirloin with shrimp and the sirloin was supposed to be cooked, medium rare and came out well done the vegetables were not cooked fully so everything had to be returned back to the kitchen And re-cooked and then brought back.
