My wife, son and I stopped in to have dinner. They were busy, but that's pretty normal. We placed our order, the salad came and it appeared to be little discolored. We all ordered steak my son had fries and my wife and I had baked potatoes. My son and I ordered our filets med rare, the stake was rare/raw and cold. My potato had black spots threw out but it was hot. My wife ordered her stake a ribeye medium, it too was rare. They returned her steak and attempted to cook it to medium, at best it came back as med rare. I very rarely complain, (excuse the pun) but this was a terrible experience. I guess if the bill would have been $45 I wouldn't say much but at $100 it was very disapointing to say the least. This place is crashing faster than a Joe Biden economic plan. Our server Jenny spent more time talking to friends than remotely doing her job. 2hrs to get food in a chain restaurant is really sad! I need to have a brunch as my stomach was crying for food. I decided to come here on a cold but bright day. There was waiting time to have a table, I decided to have a seat at the bar area . The service was fast. Sampler platter was all fried and tasty. Boneless wings , fried jalapeños was great. I like the chili with diced onions , jalapeños and melted cheese on the top. The steak was delicious. I wish they have some kind of toppings to make it more presentable and moist. They have lot of parking around the restaurant. The environment was noisy. Probably one of the worse experiences at a Texas Roadhouses. Let's start with the entry is just disgustingly dirty. The floor and concrete all the way outside is dirty like it is grease coated. Please invest in a floor scrubbing machine and bleach. We arrived at 4:45. Store was not busy and had many tables available in the bar and restaurant. Asked for one of the 6 open tables at the bar area to watch the game and they kindly asked if we could wait 5 minutes. 20 minutes later after watching all the kids and staff hang out at the Host station, we left. I travel all around the states for work and I always choose Texas Roadhouse. This location was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in the many of years I have been going to Texas Roadhouse. The hostess was a moody teenager that gave me attitude. I finally get sat and the section I was in was freezing, I asked to move and they said I would have to go to the bottom of the waitlist after already waiting 15min for a table for 2. There were 14 open and cleaned booths that were open. I ordered the BBQ chicken and It was as hard as the table I was sitting at, and not edible. I asked for a new one and the manager comes out 20min later with attitude and blatantly asks what was wrong with the first one and just said okay and walked away. I will say the server was good but everything else about that place is absolutely trash. At the end of the day I just paid $60 for the worst experience of my life and to be disrespected by a bratty teenage hostess at Texas Roadhouse after driving all the way from NY. read more

Tonight I had something that's never happened before at Texas Roadhouse, my order had an error. Usually, that's an issue. However, the staff and the management went well ABOVE AND BEYOND to make things right! Even the best people make mistakes every once in a while, but to go as far above and beyond what they did blew me away. Got a seat at the bar for dinner while in town working. The bar staff were great! Very attentive and hard working. The restaurant was clean and just starting to get busy. My buddy and I dined in the Texas Roadhouse on 06/23/2025 and our server was Anna (from Utah). Anna was on it! Once we were seated, she was there introducing herself and that she was our waitress. She asked for our drink order and was quick to return with them. We knew what we wanted and placed our order. While we waited for the food, our drinks had already been refilled. The atmosphere was great and once the music got a little louder, the staff was line dancing, creating a great atmosphere. Our salads arrived and were prepared as ordered. Fresh ingredients and they hit the spot. Our entrees arrived at the table. My buddy ordered prime rib and it was cooked as he requested and the loaded sweet potato too. He said his food was great. I ordered a well-done steak and loaded baked potato. The food was prepared/cooked as requested and it was delicious! The manager did walk around and talk with us to see how our meal was and we gave her our awesome feedback. This is our first time at this Texas Roadhouse, since we are from Ohio. Don't waste your time or money. Husband and I went a couple of weeks ago, and after we ordered it had been quite awhile we still hadn't received our salads. He mentioned something, the waiter went to go check on them, and as he left our actual food was coming out. I said, forget about the salads. The lady said "oh you didn't get your salads, do you want another side?" No, I don't, if I did I would've ordered it. The waiter comes back and said the kid that was making salads was literally gone, and he'd go back and make our salads. No thanks, we'll pass on the salad. Then, our bill comes out, charged full price not apology, no offer of a free dessert, or anything. I don't expect something for nothing, but come on, you screwed up our orders.
