We always order to go, my family loves Texas Roadhouse today we ordered Chiken critter meals and the portion sizes were awful one of my tenders was smaller than my pinky another was the size of my pinky and the rest looked like little circle nuggets. Also I barely received any salad. Called the manager she offered me a free appetizer or $10 of my next meal, how about I just get what I paid for the first time. Good but not great I've been to this location many times over the years and I can't say it's bad by any means! The service is great, the atmosphere is lively and energetic and the food is pretty great! (Most of the time) My one complaint is that the last time I ordered a steak, I believe I said medium and it came out basically well done. I should've sent it back but I didn't really want to wait. On 2/21/2026 we had a party of 8. we were told an hour wait. we waited nearly an hour and a half. I approached the guest host podium twice to see when we would be seated. Twice we were told you are next to be seated. After the second visit to the podium, I spoke to the manager who was full of excuses and at one point suggested she suggested this our fault, our entire party was not present which was not true. She wasn't rude but dismissive. I did notice she was never out on the floor and spent all or most of her time in the kitchen, which suggested to me food wasn't getting out soon enough. (Depends on day and time obviously) As far as the ambiance goes, it's very lively and fun while also being a comfortable to sit and eat! We do prefer the Bar area as it's not quite as loud & is cozy. I'm fine with that but you need to install a greater capacity room for people to sit and hang out as they're waiting to be called. People are packed like sardines waiting to be called! When people are leaving the restaurant, you have to squeeze even tighter to let them go by since there is a lack of space. That would be 3 stars, but what makes it a one star is the taste of the food for the wait. I can't argue that the food is awesome. Is it perfect? No but it's some good food. But Something is usually too salty, buttery, or even lack something in flavor. Last time I was here, the food took an hour to come out. Ate here with my boyfriend right before heading back to GA. We got the combo appetizer that included boneless buffalo wings, loaded potato skins and rattlesnake bites. All were really good, fresh and hot. Our collective fave was the rattle snake bites and I always appreciate a good buffalo wing. Their wing sauce was mild and flavorful. Wings were sauced proportionally. My boyfriend ordered the ribs and I ordered a ribeye steak. The ribs fell off the bone and were lightly sauced with bbq sauce. My boy friend enjoyed and expressed this was his favorite menu item from here. I had a ribeye cooked medium topped with sautéd with onions and mushrooms. The onions and mushrooms were plentiful. A bit too much for my liking but all of the food was seasoned well and cooked to my liking. The server was absolutely amazing. She regularly checked on us and made our visit pleasant. Who doesn't love Texas Roadhouse rolls? They are the absolute best! What's more? They'll keep bringing you more if you ask. The reason for the lower rating is simply the cramped space. The place is great for casual dining or special occasions, but it is super packed in that place. It was really nice when they first opened, but the high demand for this place prompted management to pack as many tables as possible in the restaurant. Spacious hallways turned into a row of two-tops with one-way aisles for servers to go in/out of the kitchen and customers to walk to/from the restroom. It is quite annoying. Other than that, the food was good. The house salad is smaller than it used to be, the rattlesnake bites were super, and the grilled pork chops dinner was enough for my hubby and I to split. Tonight is New Year's Eve and we decided to get our dinner from Texas Roadhouse as take out. Big mistake. I ordered prime rib with au jus,a baked potato, and salad. What a huge disappointment! The salad was tiny. It didn't even fill half the container. There was almost no sour cream in the sour cream, cheese, and bacon mix. The prone rib which I ordered rate, was medium rare, leaning towards medium. They're was no au jus at all. The meat, because it was overcooked, was dry. Iceberg salad lettuce, all the fried items taste like flour (including onion and country fried items), and the rolls are over-hyped. They are just normal rolls with some weird cinnamon margarine on the side. Some of the servers didn't feel like they fit the venue. I went here on a Saturday night. I had the so called grilled salmon and broccoli. This dish was not good and neither was the service. The waitress only checked on our table one time after she took our order. The salmon tasted like it was heated up out of a box with no flavor and over cooked. Not good at all. The portions were very small and quality of food was bad for the amount that they were charging. My cousin ordered the same dish and didn't like it either. Greeting was great. Was seated in a timely manner. Bartender was nice. Server was nice. Fruit flies were a HUGE problem. We spent the whole meal swatting at them. It was really bad. My steak had so much fat on it that I couldn't chew it. I ended up spitting 3/4 of it into my napkin. I didn't complain as I was with elderly people and didn't want to have to wait for the kitchen to make another. The broccoli was half dead. All in all in was just plain bad. Especially the flies. A solid 3.5-4 star steakhouse..in the affordable category.... and by this I mean its a get what you pay establishment kind of like what Red Lobster is to fish.. we were satified and may well go back someday. I had a tropical drink which was good. Then the house rolls were very good, lightly sweet. Caesar salad, pretty good though too much dressing. Finally my meal which was a combo plate of ribeye steak and ribs, baked potato. The ribs were quite good and tender. The ribeye didnt have very good grill marks and was alittle pale..and a bit thin..but was quite tender and good flavor. My companions had similar meals and similar impressions of the restaurant. Service was good both at bar and table. One big complaint we have is the noise level...just obnoxious. And they play the music so loud that is causes the diners to talk even louder...seriously bothered us. read more

The bacon cheese burger was overcooked and the bacon was so burnt its was not chewable. This restaurant makes me wish robots were cooking my food.
