Ok I understand busy, I understand game time in Logan, but when you say call ahead to reduce your wait, well that's on you Texas Roadhouse! We called in and you told us to come in in an hour, then we waited literally another hour in the lobby waiting for a table! NOT OK! Amazing service, amazing food, the rolls are to DIE for, but good GOD the music D: I know that some people enjoy it and the dancing but I know the girls are embarrassed and it's so loud! Great food, great prices, great service!!! Obviously this isn't the most high end steakhouse, but it has very good value considering how good the steaks were and how low their prices were. Their service however was phenomenal! I wouldn't normally write a review for this kind of place, but the service was what got me writing. My family and I always love going to Texas Roadhouse! It is the perfect place to go get good filling food and a decent price. The service is always great, the employees always have a smile on their face and do whatever they need can to make your meal enjoyable. There is always an endless supply of fluffy absolutely delicious rolls on your table served with fantastic creamy honey cinnamon butter. And If you have yet to try their steaks you definitely need to immediately. I have yet to taste a steak here that isn't super tasty. They are always cooked to perfection, and have a perfect mouth watering taste. Texas Roadhouse also has the best selection of sides than any restaurant that I have ever been to. The sweet potatoes served with the brown sugar and marshmallows is an absolute must when you go to Texas Roadhouse! They are always cooked perfectly, not super mushy but never to hard. The best boneless Ribeye steaks I've ever had. The cinnamon whipped butter for the rolls is terrific. I've had the BBQ chicken, catfish and Tater Skins, too. It's really worth it to sign up for their rewards program!!! I get coupons at least every other month for a free appetizer. read more

It is a Texas Roadhouse. The restaurant is loud, there are nuts on the floor, often busy, but the food is excellent and the drinks are great. The staff is friendly and propt, so there really isn't anything to complain about. If you don't like that type of environment, don't write a bad review just go to a quieter restaurant and fits what you want. read more

Our experiences here have steadily gotten worse. The first time we ate here was great. My steak was under cooked, but I sent it back to the kitchen and got it back right. Everything was hot, well seasoned, and delicious. The second time we ate here, our food came out cold like it had been sitting in the kitchen for 20 minutes. Extremely disappointing to eat. Also, the portions were tiny. I don't know how that works if they do their steaks by weight, but I know I got less than I asked for. Maybe they figured it was close enough. The third time we ate here was fine. I only got a bowl of chili and a salad. Their chili was delicious like always. The last time we ate here, I got the half chicken. That was a pretty anorexic chicken. The seasoning blend it was rubbed with was not very tasty. One downside was that my cup of chili side dish came with a hair in it. The waitress was very apologetic and brought me a new one. The other downside of our dining experience was that we both had a hard time finding clean silverware. Both the steak knives at our table looked like they had been used to saw through a package of wet paper towels as they had weird fibers pasted onto them. These MFS SUCK they totally wrecked my order. I ordered online n payed with my card. When I arrived to pick up my food at the designated time (9:45) it was not ready. I sat and waited for about 5-10 mins and it still wasn't ready. I decided to order a drink. I was then informed I could not purchase an alcoholic beverage unless I ordered either a side, a dessert or an appetizer. Even though i just spent $40 frikkin dollars on a meal that I'm eating alone WTF!? So I ordered a brownie so I could get my Margarita... Like $14 more dollars BTW. I finished my drink n continued to wait on my food. By the time my food arrived ot was lik 10 mins aftwr 10 n I was super hungry so I got it n left n went to my 18 wheeler to eat. Keep in mind they close at 10 so when I realized my steak was basically rare and I had bacon bits in my green beans after I informed them I did not eat pork OMG! WTF!? I could not take it bk because they were closed WTF A HUGE WASTE OF MONEY Texas Roadhouse used to b my favorite steak house.. Idk now.... Took my bf out for his birthday dinner last night. I have always loved Texas Roadhouse and it was his choosing for his dinner. We were not pleased. Not only did we have to wait for an hour and a half for a table for only 2 people, but we also had to wait another hour for our food and it was not cooked properly. If you are going to pay basically $20 for a steak, you expect it to be cooked properly! The waiter was not friendly and didn't come to check on us enough to even refill drinks. The best steak house I have been to short of Flemmings. The steaks are always cooked perfectly IF you order them properly! Their rare is raw in the middle, medium rare is pink in the middle but warm throughout and so on. If they screw up ( which happens, no one is perfect) they try to accomedate and go over and beyond to fix their error(s). Some people you just can't please. I grew up in Los Angeles, CA and was in and out of the "best" and "nicest" restaurants. This Texas Road House easily matches some of those high end restaurant's. Wasn't that great coming here. It was pretty empty but we waited forever to be seated and when I saw the dining room wasn't even full I was surprised that we even waited at all. Our waitress was fine but I got chicken fried steak! I've gotten this a couple times but never at this location. The chicken fried steak was fine but the gravy was so over salted it was almost not editable. Makes me nervous to ever come back to this location because of the gravy. read more

Without a doubt the best sirloin steak in Cache Valley. FANTASTIC service, and best waitress' and waiters around. Engaging, and willing to interact. We have been going to Texas Roadhouse for years and NEVER had a bad meal. Was there tonight and experienced two of the best waitresses .... Lindsay and Rylee, both spent time with us, not rushing anything, explained the specials, came back often to make sure the food was acceptable or if we needed anything - not to mention they were both adorable. You'll pay a premium, but get food worth the stay. If you don't mind loud crowded places to eat and celebrate and party with your friends and family, then this place is for you. The highlight of showing up for me is getting my rolls with the honey-butter with cinnamon sugar on it. That is some of the best appetizers ever. We are from California and came here while visiting and taking our kids to Freshman orientation. We can here for dinner and had the best service and the friendliest wait staff. We ordered salads and steaks which were really good. We were greeted at the front door and seated with hot bread!! Our server Baillee was so nice and she talked to us and answered questions we had about the town and the college. She really put these worried moms at ease. Rocky was also very friendly and also talked to us about our kids moving here. We felt so at home and like we knew these people and are here very week. We eat at Texas Roadhouse fairly regularly and usually enjoy them thoroughly. This review is solely for the Logan Utah location. We went on Valentine's Day, and was very frustrated that they wouldn't let us make a reservation or do the call ahead seating more that an hour ahead when the wait time was well over an hour. So if the wait time is 90 minutes, the longest amount of time I can call ahead is 60 minutes so I have to wait for 30 minutes?? Makes no sense. Then we sit down and something seems different. My wife noticed the bar is gone! They took it out because of Utah's ridiculous law called the Zion curtain. Look it up, non-mormon Utah residents put up with a lot. So now, you can't have a drink at the bar and watch the game because the managers decided they could maximize profits by adding seating for non-drinking folks. We asked the waitress about it, and she said lots of regular bar sitting customers have never been back since. Also, the margaritas tasted virgin, and neither one of us were happy with them. My wife and I whom are in our late 60's, whom have a great grand child (who wasn't with us), visited this establishment. So we ordered a bottle of wine and the waitress asked for our ID's, (refer to the first sentence) I had mine however my wife hadn't brought hers, I gave them mine and was told that they register or store my info in their system, wait, they are keeping my personnel info because we are ordering wine? So they would only give us one glass, remember my wife of 69 years didn't have hers. So we shared the single glass of wine. Well apparently this is a no no. The manager told us we had to leave because we shared the wine. My problem is how can an establishment store my personnel information where how knows who would have access. Besides the fact my wife is a well over the legal drinking age across America little own Utah. Think about it, they now have my personnel information and I don't know what they will do with it or whom they will sell it to. read more
