Well where do we start. It's all hype or maybe they're just too busy to cook fresh hot foods. It was crowd which I assume it would. Little to no attention at the bar. Drink flavors all mixed up and noone seems know where are ticket was since one of the bartender clocked out for the night. The food was like warm, steak was over cooked ( it had grill marks but looked microwaved), the ribs were so dry and overdone it was jerky on a bone. We live Texas Roadhouse. One of my all time favorites. I love the baby back ribs. Have so since this place went into business. Great place to escape the world and have fun' and enjoy a great steak, meal and drinks that keep coming. Love the western flair for sure. If I've ever had bad service I sure don't remember it. These restaurants don't tolerate rudeness to their customers. And I imagine the same applies to their employees. The atmosphere is fun and lots of yeh haws! read more

Every time I come, even though it's busy, there's never been too long of a wait to get a table. The service is excellent and friendly. The food is always delicious. The chili needs to be served a little hotter (temp). Although it was good, I think hotter would've been even better. The herb crusted chicken is by far one of my favorites. Steaks were on the thin side for my liking. Side dishes were good. Texas Roadhouse has the absolute BEST fresh bread rolls. Honestly they're one of the only reasons we go. This location does have tiny sized rolls compared to the locations I've been to in California and Texas, they're also not as toasty brown as I'm used to but they're good enough. My family has visited twice, both on Friday nights for dinner. Make sure to get there early before they get packed! Service has always been pretty good. Our first visit we had an AMAZING server in the bar area but I forgot her name. Only downside is the last time we went the service as far as food and drinks was a bit slow. We had to wait quite a while for bread rolls to come and my margarita took a long time to arrive. But overall it's a pretty decent experience. I usually get their bacon cheeseburger or pulled pork sandwich. At this specific location I've ordered the cheeseburger. Last night when I went the burger came out pretty dry and slightly burned. But I was hungry so I still ate it. May just have been an off day. I did like the blooming onion we got though! Seasoned very well and the dipping sauce it came with was perfect. Hopefully next time we visit the experience is a little better as far as quicker service and correctly cooked food. Not bad though! As our second time ever going here, we went in during Labor Day expecting it to be PACKED for lunch and it was; however, despite it being busy, they had us seated within 8 minutes of waiting which was amazing. Aaliyah, even though she wasn't our server, was especially nice to us and was really fun to be around. She gave us great recommendations and really helped us out. The food was good too and of course you can't go wrong with the rolls. The lunch prices were also pretty average and I think the food was worth the price. We often order the steak tip family meal from Texas Roadhouse for pick up. Pick up should be easy, in theory, but the designated pick up parking spaces are filled with patrons that are eating inside. I doubt this can be controlled but the point of pick up is ease of use and circling the building, dodging people parked on curbs or hanging out in groups in the parking lot, is not as easy as one would presume. This restaurant is a mad house 7 days a week. The parking lot is not big enough for the amount of diners they have or the lines of people standing outside in the parking lot, in front of the restaurant or grouped in the middle of the road. The last 2 times we ordered for pick up, we are missing items. Ordering online is easy - if you actually receive what you order. The steak tips come with sour cream but we have never received it. If you order a sweet potato and pay for cinnamon, you are given an empty, brown tinted container that has cinnamon essence in it. The family meal comes with a salad and you choose 2 dressings. It either comes with one or none. The house salad used to come loaded with croutons, hard boiled egg, grated cheese, cherry tomatoes and red onion. We are lucky if we get 1 or 2 toppings but the last visit was just lettuce. For $50.00, one would expect some sort of quality control. The upside: the steak tip meal feeds a family of 4. The steak is always perfectly cooked and comes with onions and mushrooms. All family meals come with their infamous rolls and cinnamon butter. I have listed my missing item complaints in the text survey we receive after pick up but nothing is done about it. It will be a while before we attempt to order take out again. read more

Lots of graduating seniors and families were here this night. So, we expected a wait, as we were with a senior as well. We ordered our food and the wait was long. Maybe 90 minutes to two hours. Our sides didn't come out with our dinner and the waitress had to go back and ask for sides and condiments. She was pleasant and really trying hard for a group of 25. Once everything did arrive, it was really good. She did a good job with the size of our crowd. I ordered the pork plate with mashed potatoes and green beans. It was all great. They did an excellent job on seasoning the food. Could have been a bit hotter. My husband ordered the sirloin with mac and cheese and another side. The woman bartender who had our side was too busy entertaining fellas on the opposite side. If it wasn't for the other bartender that technically wasn't our server/bartender we would have been waiting for the majority of our drinks, for the plates to be removed and for the bill. I don't know how the reviews for this place aren't better! It's soooooo good! I would consider myself a "food snob" and I did not want to come here at all in the 4 years I've lived in Tennessee. But my son really wanted to come, and a friend told us the steak here was amazing! So we came and Whoa! The filet here was better than most 5star restaurants I've been to. Verry sad , the food is good and the staff friendly but the noise level is way too loud. We would like to be able to come to eat here more often but the noise level makes it uncomfortable. We cant hear the server very clearly and can't converse with others at our table. I dont do sign language and writing things down to communitate takes too long. Also shouting to be heard is annoying. We decided to celebrate my moms 60th birthday at this location. Our food was great, staff was friendly - we had zero complaints until the very end. I know first hand how important tipping wait staff is. I was a waitress all throughout high school and college, and during that time I even taught my friends and family outside of the industry how important it is to ALWAYS tip. Noah (our waiter) passed out our checks at the end the night. My brother and his girlfriend were the FIRST to pay their check. Mind you - again this is a birthday dinner so we were in no hurry to pay and leave. Noah came to me and showed me my brothers check and said " really? You guys aren't tipping me? " and scuffed off. I said "excuse me?" To be completely honest, it took everything in me not to give him an earful. He's saying this to me as my brother is getting cash out of his wallet and placing it on the table. Again he was the first to pay so to come to me and say " you guys aren't tipping me" when he had NO idea what he was talking about was completely disrespectful and rude. He then says " I'm sorry big parties don't tip me " well Noah that's not us. Did you talk to your other parties like that? Did you wait until your other parties left or do you assume for all your parties? Completely inexcusable and ruined our night. I don't care how many I'm sorry's he gave me - you don't assume. It's pretty sad a steakhouse doesn't know the cuts of steaks. asked for it to be recooked and then I would take it to go. This place was a total zoo on a Saturday night. I would have left if I were not meeting people who had their heart set on eating there. First off, there is no parking. We had to park at Sam's Club across a 5-lane street. Then we waited 1.25 hours on the waitlist that said it would be a 50-60 minute wait. Once you get called for the waitlist, you get put into another holding area where they are supposed to come and seat you. We waited in this area another .25 hours before we finally got a manager and let them know we were waiting to be seated. After getting seated, we ordered cheese fries as an appetizer. They never came, but were put on the bill. I ordered chili, which came out without a spoon on another diner's plate. It was a good wait to get the spoon as well. Before we left, we ordered a Caesar salad to go. We thought we were going to get a full-sized salad, but they brought a side salad. The only bright note is when we realized we'd been charged for the missing cheese fries and accidentally paid for them, the manager agreed to replace the cheese fry cost with a full-sized Caesar salad instead. I'm sure this place knows how to do better or they would not have been as popular as they were. It's a hard pass for me on account of not liking to be in the middle of a Charlie Foxtrot. So I get that but after waiting 45 mins on our food it was prepared wrong and I didn't get silver ware with my steak. I had to ask for silverware 5 times and waited 30 mins. By the time I got to cut into my 16 oz sirloin it was cold and disappointing. I understand it's busy but I spent 84.42 just for a cold steak. Texas Roadhouse isn't too bad. They have quite possibly the best cin among butter that goes on a roll I've ever had. We got 4 rounds of bread, and it was so good. Our waitress was fantastic and catered to all of our bread fantasies! The country fried chicken was pretty good, and the ribs were fall off the bone also. Spacious inside with plenty of seating. I have been here plenty of times throughout the years. The food and service have always been great. I went here tonight, because I wanted to eat the roadkill entrée. I sat down got my drink, ate a roll. I place my order, and the server tells me, that they may be out. She comes back and tells me they are out of that and burgers. I had a specific amount of money I was gonna spend to eat, and to tip my server $5-$6. You really need to be more open if you're gonna be out of an entrée. That's the one thing on your menu That is in a decent price range and is filling. I was already not in a great mood because of a bad experience of not even being greeted at another restaurant. Texas Roadhouse has no control over this of course. All I wanted was a chop steak dinner though and hit another roadblock. The server was super nice and friendly but it still ruined my whole dinner. I decided to leave, because it's just ridiculous that customers are not informed if you're out of a product. That's the main reason I went to Texas roadhouse, was to .the eat that. The host needs to tell the customer, or the server needs to tell the customer right off the bat that you are out of a particular item. Management needs to make it clearer to servers, that they should inform the customer that you're out of a particular item. I don't put any of the blame on the server when this happens, I think it's just management not relaying the information, or telling servers to tell the customers.
