Every time I come, even though it's busy, there's never been too long of a wait to get a table. The service is excellent and friendly. The food is always delicious. The chili needs to be served a little hotter (temp). Although it was good, I think hotter would've been even better. The herb crusted chicken is by far one of my favorites. And I have not had a side dish yet that I did not enjoy. Keep up the great work. They have a crew chill vibe with a relaxed ambience. There are also numerous TVs so you can peak get your game or favorite favorite sports to glimpse at the scores.

Came here for my wife's birthday. Got seated right away and the waiter came soon after to take our drink order. We ordered the Cactus Blossom as a starter and ribeyes as our main course. The Cactus Blossom was very good. We like it better than Outback's version. Both the steaks had good flavor but were cooked more towards the rare side versus the medium rare as requested. Steaks were on the thin side for my liking. Side dishes were good. I'm taking off a couple stars for the thin, undercooked steak and that our waiter was very busy and we had long periods where he wasn't in our section. The restaurant was clean and employees were friendly.

Texas Roadhouse has the absolute BEST fresh bread rolls. Honestly they're one of the only reasons we go. This location does have tiny sized rolls compared to the locations I've been to in California and Texas, they're also not as toasty brown as I'm used to but they're good enough. My family has visited twice, both on Friday nights for dinner. Make sure to get there early before they get packed! Service has always been pretty good. Our first visit we had an AMAZING server in the bar area but I forgot her name. Only downside is the last time we went the service as far as food and drinks was a bit slow. We had to wait quite a while for bread rolls to come and my margarita took a long time to arrive. But overall it's a pretty decent experience. I usually get their bacon cheeseburger or pulled pork sandwich. At this specific location I've ordered the cheeseburger. Last night when I went the burger came out pretty dry and slightly burned. But I was hungry so I still ate it. May just have been an off day. I did like the blooming onion we got though! Seasoned very well and the dipping sauce it came with was perfect. Hopefully next time we visit the experience is a little better as far as quicker service and correctly cooked food. Not bad though! It's the only Texas Roadhouse in the area so I don't have much of a choice anyways.

Great food, service, and ambiance! Casual and fun! I had grilled salmon, sweet potato and fresh vegetables...but the appetizer was my favorite! They also serve amazing rolls with sweet butter. Love Texas Roadhouse!

As our second time ever going here, we went in during Labor Day expecting it to be PACKED for lunch and it was; however, despite it being busy, they had us seated within 8 minutes of waiting which was amazing. Aaliyah, even though she wasn't our server, was especially nice to us and was really fun to be around. She gave us great recommendations and really helped us out. The food was good too and of course you can't go wrong with the rolls. The lunch prices were also pretty average and I think the food was worth the price. I will say, I wish I got the steak instead of the country fried steak but it was still a good meal. Will definitely be coming back again.

Steak should have been medium well.

Bread was burnt. Steaks tuff and not cooked right. Veggies were raw and not cooked properly. We told the manager and she didnt bother helping us. The waitress had an attitude. Terrible all around.

We often order the steak tip family meal from Texas Roadhouse for pick up. Pick up should be easy, in theory, but the designated pick up parking spaces are filled with patrons that are eating inside. I doubt this can be controlled but the point of pick up is ease of use and circling the building, dodging people parked on curbs or hanging out in groups in the parking lot, is not as easy as one would presume. This restaurant is a mad house 7 days a week. The parking lot is not big enough for the amount of diners they have or the lines of people standing outside in the parking lot, in front of the restaurant or grouped in the middle of the road. The last 2 times we ordered for pick up, we are missing items. Ordering online is easy - if you actually receive what you order. The steak tips come with sour cream but we have never received it. If you order a sweet potato and pay for cinnamon, you are given an empty, brown tinted container that has cinnamon essence in it. The family meal comes with a salad and you choose 2 dressings. It either comes with one or none. The house salad used to come loaded with croutons, hard boiled egg, grated cheese, cherry tomatoes and red onion. We are lucky if we get 1 or 2 toppings but the last visit was just lettuce. For $50.00, one would expect some sort of quality control. The upside: the steak tip meal feeds a family of 4. The steak is always perfectly cooked and comes with onions and mushrooms. All family meals come with their infamous rolls and cinnamon butter. I have listed my missing item complaints in the text survey we receive after pick up but nothing is done about it. It will be a while before we attempt to order take out again.

Took are kids here while visiting this Texas Roadhouse restaurant. I laughed when the rolls came out. Tiny little things. No worries they will bring you as many as you want. Steaks are still yummy.

They did NOT disappoint!! I am officially hooked! From the moment we walked in, I could see and feel the sheer energy coming from the crowd and the ambiance: it already felt like great food and great people. It was packed to the brim for Wine Wednesday! They had one table available for two! Our server, Sarah, was outstanding!! She was sweeter than pie and extremely attentive! She always made sure we had exactly what we wanted when we wanted it. She advised sharing a bottle of wine since we wanted the same one, and since it was half price most wines. The young manager on duty delivered and uncorked the bottle, and she was just as sweet as Sarah! Her name escapes me, but I will find out the next time I go. The Spanish Tempranillo we tried was divine! It was perfectly balanced without being too dry or too tannic or too sweet. It was so smooth and thoroughly enjoyable to drink! For food, we started with the goat cheese bruschetta. It was perfection - rich in flavor and well balanced in the distribution of each component! From there, we tried the special of Steak Tips Au Pauvre - with a peppercorn wine sauce. We chose brussels sprouts as our side, and it also came with a side salad. We weren't too hungry, so we split it. Sarah even had the kitchen split both the salad and the main dish in half for us! The salad was so fresh (with ripe grape tomatoes!!) and the ranch dressing was classic and delightful. The wine sauce was everything I wanted it to be: rich, complex, thick, and buttery. It reminded me of the beautiful sauces you find on a steak or chicken dish at a sidewalk cafe in Paris. The dessert menu looked amazing, but we didn't have any room left. All I can say is you MUST try this place!!! If you can find Sarah, even better!

Comfortable w a low noise level. We started with noise salads which were very small. The dressings were very good. My wife and I both had the beef tips special (mine medium rare, hers medium well) - the meat was tough and chewy on both. She had the garlic mashed potatoes and they were excellent! I had the broccoli and it was perfectly cooked and served still hot! All in all a great first experience - made that way because of Eli our server! Thanks for a good meal and great service!

A Cut Above the Monday Blues…read more The Chop House has quickly become a go-to family favorite since my folks moved to Murfreesboro, whether I'm in town visiting or they're dining on their own. The food and service consistently hit the mark, and our latest visit was no exception. I was surprised by how bustling it was for a Monday night--the place was absolutely packed! There was a party of 30 near us, plus a group of 12 right next to our table celebrating a 2-year-old's birthday. It was great seeing everyone having such a special celebration, and despite how busy the team was, we were seated and served in a very reasonable timeframe. My mother made a reservation in advance, and the team graciously accommodated her request for a booth to help with her back issues. They are always wonderfully welcoming to her 5-pound service dog, who sits quietly right beside her. Everyone--from the staff to the fellow diners--was warm and friendly, which makes the whole atmosphere even better. I usually go for the prime rib sandwich, but this time I opted for the full prime rib dinner with soup and a baked potato. It certainly did not disappoint, though it was so generous I couldn't even finish it all. As one of the nicer spots in Murfreesboro, it's a wonderful choice if you're looking to celebrate a special occasion--or just enjoy a top-tier meal.

The food was perfect and really not even that expensive compared to my home town. I started with a nice Cabernet. I had two in fact. I did not know that Tennessee has an extra tax (LBD - 15%) on alcohol sold by the glass! I thought Republicans were all about low taxes. I also enjoyed an absolutely delicious shrimp bisque. It was really good (and only $6 for a bowl). It was smooth and flavorful. In my neighborhood that would cost $15. My entree was a daily special, yellowfin tuna. It was nicely seared on the outside and sushi grade on the inside. I could really taste the healthy Omega 3's. The fish was served on a nicely flavored bed of long grain rice. A wonderful mango salsa topped the fish. The accompanying broccoli was perfectly steamed. This was only $26. I shall return again to this great place.

The restaurant looked really nice. I loved the decor and the layout. We got in, and got seated right away. You can pretty much see the open kitchen environment even from our table. We ordered a bottle of wine (delicious), and noticed some guests bringing their own, though I'm not sure about corkage fees. We started with the smoked pork croquettes, which were outstanding and ended up being the highlight of the meal. For entrées, we tried the lamb, braised beef, halibut, duck tacos, and mushroom ravioli. Everything was served promptly, and overall the food was very good, though there's room for small improvements. The braised beef came highly recommended but didn't stand out in flavor or texture. The lamb, cooked medium rare, was excellent. The ravioli was rich and tasty, though the cream sauce slightly overpowered the dish. The halibut was well prepared, but the potato leek cream truly stole the show. As we were leaving, the staff surprised us with a serving of strawberry ice cream for the birthday guest; a sweet and memorable gesture that capped off the evening nicely. Overall, a great experience with attentive service and a few standout dishes.

I visited with my parents during their last trip to town since the restaurant happened to be nearby. Upon walking in, the decor felt a little confusing. The menu clearly presents the restaurant as a grill, but the interior still seemed heavily influenced by what may have previously been an Asian restaurant space. The renovation didn't feel entirely cohesive, which made the atmosphere a bit disjointed. That said, the staff was very friendly, and we were seated quickly. Throughout the meal, however, there seemed to be an underlying sense of stress among the staff that was noticeable despite their efforts to remain professional and attentive. It created a slightly uncomfortable atmosphere at times. For dinner, we ordered the filet with broccoli and French fries, while another guest ordered a salad. Unfortunately, the salad had to be sent back because it arrived with blue cheese despite a requested omission due to an allergy. Thankfully, the issue was corrected. The filet itself was cooked to the requested temperature, and overall the food was fine, but nothing particularly stood out as memorable. Everything was acceptable, though not especially remarkable. Overall, Firebird Grill may work well for larger groups or families looking for a convenient, casual meal, but with so many standout restaurants in Nashville, it's probably not a place I'd personally revisit.
