The wait was not real long according to Roadhouse timing. The food was delicious and timely. Our waitress was great and friendly! The tow, because parking is next to non-existent, was exorbitant. I will not be back until parking is fixed and the drive through to the Shell station is closed. Didn't see the sign but I do now. I would rather pay for valet than a $200 towing fee. There was a bug in our rolls!! They took them away and gave us a new ones the manager didn't even say sorry until a little later on. The waiter only came to the table 2 times to ask us for drinks and food and then just dropped the food off and never asked us if we wanted anything else??!! And just handed us the check not caring!! Let me start this review by saying I personally haven't had issues at this location. With that said, I had to bump the stars down because of the bad experience my mom and step dad had here. My 70 year old step dad ordered a beer with his meal and the waitress wouldn't take his driver's license because it was issued in Sweden. Mind you, it has everything listed in English (including his DOB, name, photo etc) and it's perfectly valid for the purposes of law enforcement, government paperwork, etc in the US. But apparently the Texas Roadhouse does not accept an official ID that is not issued in the US. So at this point both the waitress and her manager demands to see my step dad's passport, even though he showed them his drivers license and he is OBVIOUSLY over 21. I understand the need to enforce the drinking age, but come on... there is not a single doubt in anyone's mind that my step dad is an older gentleman and not some kid trying to score some alcohol. (Picture an elderly bald gentleman with laugh lines and wrinkles). The waitress showed no compassion or empathy for the situation whatsoever and my mom and step dad ended up leaving the restaurant and swore never to return again. I guess losing a couple of guests over a glass of beer doesn't matter to this restaurant, but I don't appreciate the treatment my step dad received. The TN Department of Safety and Homeland Security states that a foreign drivers license is an acceptable form of identification for purchasing alcohol but apparently this Texas Roadhouse discriminates against foreign nationals and doesn't give them the same respect US customers receive. read more

walked in at 9:30 they then offered us bar seating only. we walk up to the bar and the bartender with blonde curly hair look at her watch a rolls her eyes. we then get menus thrown on the tables as well as her server book. she was pretty rude. we were trying to eat fast and be considerate but our food took 30 minutes. we felt obligated to take our food home as she was obviously very angry. however there was another man sitting at the bar that got much better service. she slammed us another ketchup as the one she gave us was empty. i did not once ask if we needed anything or how our food was. worst service ive ever gotten!!! read more

Had been here few years ago and few other locations of the chain and their steaks are always great. We went here on late weekend afternoon and the wait was 30min. We were seated and it took a lot of control to not eat the fresh hot buttered rolls they bring. I'm on low carb so it's a no no but know it was hard. Quite tempted, but I knew a steak would be coming so that helped. I like mine cooked medium but my wife wanted few bites so hot it medium well for her. The baked potato had some bad spots on the skin so that is the reason the meal was a 4 and not a 5. Steak is worth a 30 min wait, it was juicy and tender. Steaks were extremely grissley and very tough. Weren't offered plates for rolls. Steak was cooked rt but NO flavor. Bathrooms were filthy as well as floor in expo area and throughout the restaurant. Server greeted us promptly and did try to upsell. Kept my BF's drink full which is an obstacle to say the least. I went with my family on a Saturday noon, the weight was reasonable, and the service deserves a 5 star because of our server who did an amazing job from beginning to end. But I had to give a 3 star because of the food quality and the management. The shift manager was going from table to another introducing herself but she did not ask about anything else. There was nowhere to park and we circled the building three times and we finally left so two times we've tried to eat and got nowhere. Something must be done about the parking situation and the people standing to wait in the doorway situation. It's ridiculous to have to fight a crowd and waste your gas driving around the building in order to have a meal. The planning for the location of this business was not researched well enough. You're gonna have to expand, relocate, or build more locations to serve the crowds in this city! And in my opinion this city is large enough for at least 1, or 3 other locations especially since this town is multiplying its population very quickly!! Sadly I could not go lower. I have visited this location several times mostly Togo. Rarely is order all there. On my last, and I do mean last, me and my party were treated very rudely. The manager is not customer friendly. I could understand if it was busy and parties waiting, but we were only ones waiting because she refused to seat us until the last two of our party arrived who were delayed by an accident. At one point they tried to seat us at a table that would not accommodate the number in our party. When we told them it would not work, the employee stomped off. The manager became rude and another employee took a threatening posture as if he wished to fight. We took our business to the competition nearby where we were treated as if they wanted our business. If you feel like fighting with the employees to get something to eat, then this is your place. Otherwise I suggest Longhorn. read more

I'm pretty familiar with Texas Roadhouse. We have one back home. It's not always perfect service because it's usually super busy but I'm generally always satisfied and on the rare occasion that a manager comes by when things have gone wrong they immediately take the meal off the bill without even asking or complaining. Because of this I though Texas Roadhouse was very customer service forward but apparently not here. I asked for onions on my salad and it didn't come. Whatever ok. My meal came 10 mins after everyone else's. Ok now I'm starting to get irritated. I asked for blue cheese on my steak like I ALWAYS do at Texas Roadhouse and generally any steakhouse with blue cheese. My steak came out dry with a cup of blue cheese on the side. Seriously who eats steak like that! I sent it back to be melted on and it came back half assed. Now normally they would remake it. I mean what would they have done if I complained of my steak over cooked? Manager comes by and asks how everything was and I told her I was disappointed and she said well I can take off the blue cheese charge. Seriously? Remove $1 charge for an upset customer. I love Texas Roadhouse and have been to many locations throughout Oklahoma, Texas, California, and Tennessee. All of which have been very good. Recently we had a Texas Roadhouse open up in Murfreesboro. I was so excited. The closest one to us was located in Hendersonville, TN about an hour away and they were only open in the evenings, which made it hard to visit with my family. We have been to the Murfreesboro location now a few times and love it. Most recently yesterday for my mom's 70th birthday. Mom ordered a bone in ribeye Pittsburg style and I ordered my favorite dish on the menu - the portobello Chicken with a loaded sweet potato. Both meals were fabulous and the service was wonderful Glad that Texas Roadhouse is now in our town. We will be back regularly. read more

We ordered around 8:43p.m. We picked up our order and drove 15 minutes home and realized the herb chicken did not have the caramelized onions that are our FAVORITE and the only reason we order the chicken. I've currently tried calling Texas Roadhouse at least 15 times since arriving home at 9:25p.m realizing we didn't have what we needed. Was disconnected multiple times and have been trying to get ahold of someone for almost 30 minutes. Absolutely crazy since we have spent so much money here because it's one of our favorites! Should not be this difficult to get in touch with someone after 30+ minutes and continuing to get disconnected. Absolutely insane and inconvenient. Still on hold getting the SAME annoying message and getting transferred to no one even after selecting every option available to get in touch with someone. Horrible and frustrating! My phone number ends on 0999 so y'all can check how many times I've called for the last now almost 35 minutes about an order that was INCORRECT. Thanks so much! Disappointed! Placed my curbside pick-up order and was quoted a time of 6:22p. After waiting 30 minutes, I grab one of the staff members to check the status of my order, only for her to come back out and tell me the cooks missed my ticket due to being so slammed. I then ask to speak to a manager and he assured me that he would send me a $25 voucher to use at my next visit (takes my information) and says I'll receive an email with the voucher. Keep in mind I wasn't rude even though this was their screw up. I never received the voucher. I waited an additional 25 minutes for my food. The food was cold, including the rolls, didn't receive any butter or lemon butter sauce for salmon, or plastic utensils. The experience was a complete fail. First time here ever and I must say....OH MY WORD!! The food here is EXCELLENT! The ribs are fall off the bone tender, and the rolls that are served pre-meal are so buttery and fluffy. Service is slightly slow during rush hours but they certainly make you feel welcome and valued. The service is excellent, every server is ready to help you even if you're not their personal customer. This is the place to see and be seen in the Boro. Recently opened, I made one unsuccessful visit before getting in today. The key: Call ahead and get your name on the waiting list. They will give you a code to check-in and you are already moved up the list. Be aware, the parking lot is not big enough for the crowds that are showing up and you may have to park on the dirt lot next to the paved lot (like we did). The service was very attentive. We were checked on several times while waiting for our orders. The warm buns and cinnamon-honey infused spread was a good starter. Our steaks were cooked just right, medium-rare as ordered and the sides were in good proportion to the meat. This is definitely not a place for a quiet, secluded romantic meal for two. It is loud, boisterous and exciting. I saw the servers line-dancing just like they do throughout the chain. Glad to see this addition to the local dining scene! read more
