The service here was horrible, from beginning to end. The waiter showed up after 10 minutes, we asked him 3 times to bring the bread rolls and butter but he never brought it, the steaks were all wrong temps, and he didn't bring anything we asked for. And when asked the manager to fix it, he took one of the steaks so he can cook it more and they never brought it back. One of us also waited on sauce but they never brought it. The manager did not want to do anything about it, just kept arguing that we ate most of the burger and the other steak. We really didn't care about the money but their customer service was beyond horrendous. I will never step in here again and waste my hard-earned money on the worst service I have ever experienced. I was just here yesterday to order food while my dog was getting groomed. So I am going to say this.. I would probably NEVER sit in and eat here, probably because of the area it is in. Finally after being ignored I sooner to the manager who made no attempt to right the situation. He just didn't charge meet for the steak. My hubby brought me to dinner at Texas Roadhouse for my birthday knowing I enjoy a good steak. We were met at the door by the hottest and immediately taken back to a quite little booth despite the restaurant being pretty busy. Our server came in greeted us quickly and we ordered drinks from the bar and our meals pretty quickly. Hubby got a 22oz beer and I got a mixed drink. It was delicious but tiny. I wouldn't get it again because it was small. We both got the filet, a Caesar salad and baked potato. They brought these delicious little rolls with amazing cinnamon butter. Seriously the butter. I could bathe in, so so very good. Salad dressing was sub par at best but what do you really expect from steak place. And the baked potato was nothing spectacular. It was kind of cold and was left untouched. The filets were a perfect medium and juicy and delicious. To me Texas Roadhouse steak sauce was way to sweet but the steak was good enough to eat without. EXCELLENT service by Chelsea on yesterday. It was packed in there but she managed to continuously check on our table. The food was really good, we had the Roadkill and 20 oz Ribeye. The Green Beans were seasoned perfectly. If you have ever been to TRH, then you know the rolls are DELICIOUS! With that flavored butter, it is hard to resist. My husband laughs at me because I say they have the best steak around... even better than a lot of the expensive/fancy steak restaurants we have been to (BLT Steak & Bourbon Steak in D.C.). The meat may not be as high of quality as those places, but if the taste is better I'll go with Texas Roadhouse any day! The dinner hour can get pretty busy. Expect a long wait if you have a larger party or if you go around 6-7 p.m. There is ample waiting room, both inside and outside, and you can munch on peanuts while you wait. The jukebox is always blasting some honky tonk country music, so that seems to pass the time, too! The food and drinks are what keep me coming back. The "Legendary Margaritas" are pretty legit. You can add a kicker of Patron for $2... yes, please! The Peach Tea Vodka is also refreshing. The 6 oz. sirloin is the perfect size steak for me, but they have larger cuts of meat. You can also add on a side of shrimp for $5.99 or smother your steak with mushrooms and onions. My husband really likes the Country Fried Chicken. The portion size is huge (it usually comes out on it's own plate) and is covered with cream gravy. And how can I forget the hot, fresh bakes rolls with cinnamon butter? We visited this location while visiting our daughter on 4/27/24. We were charged for 2 appetizers that we did not order and did not receive. My husband paid for our meals, and I did not see the charges until he gave me the receipts for our trip upon returning home and that is when I noticed the charges. I called the restaurant it was closed so I sent a complaint from their website. I received a call within minutes of my form submission. I was assured the money would be returned to my husband's card for the items we did not receive. Jack and Casey were our servers, and I can't say enough about the great service they gave us. They never skipped a beat, made sure no one ever had an empty soda glass. My wife and I had a bad experience at the Pasadena Roadhouse. I ordered the Prime Rib medium. It came out very cold, no heat at all, like out of the refrigerator cold. I call over the bar tender she sent the steak back. Not sure if they were reheating or making it over. My wife went through her meal and drinks, we still waited and waited for the prime rib, I would say about 25 minutes went by. I asked for the check and for the steak to be removed. It took another 10 minutes for the manager to come over. The bar tender explained to the manager in front of us what happen how long we have been waiting and we would just like the steak removed. He went to the register and the bar maid walked away, he typed in a few things and walked away. This is what bothers me more then anything, the manager didn't say a word to us, no I'm sorry, no I'll take this off the bill, nothing he didn't even say anything to the bartender. We kept being told 1 min for new ones which is fine.. but after our dinner came they finally came and were still burnt. After a number of enjoyable trips to this restaurant over the past 10 years. I took my wife to Texas Roadhouse tonight hoping for a good steak. Well it was anything but a good steak. Both her and I were not satisfied, I ordered the 16 oz ribeye and she ordered the 12 oz ribeye. The steaks were burnt and the strangest looking cuts I have ever seen. I'm certain there are lighter offerings but if you're ordering more of a "dinner", be prepared for heavy food. I thought I would freshen it up with mushrooms and a side salad but the mushrooms were heavilyyyy seasoned and I think sautéed. The side Caesar salad would have been a nice way to freshen up my plate but the dressing was mediocre. BBQ chicken grilled I think and then covered in bbq sauce. Flavors good but definitely a heavy meal. The establishment was clean (but dark) and our server, Kayla, was incredible. Her section was full and she was hustling our entire visit. Drinks refilled quickly, checked on our meals, made recommendations, and personalized the experience. COVID signage in place and all employees were abiding. Also called ahead and the hostess was very helpful and friendly. Easy check in process and short wait during peak on a Saturday. We waited over 10 minutes then I went to ask for the manager. I shared my frustration as I customers sitting behind me came in and was immediately attended too. Finally got a waitress, ordered my food and this order didnt come in entirety. Had to go ask waitress for the rest of my food and had now completely lost my appetite and asked for to go containers. Again the manager, Tyler, came over and asked about service, we dialogue and he apologized and did everything a great manager should to correct the issue and satisfy the customer. This was by far the worst culinary experience to date. I asked for 16 oz prime rib medium rare it came rare and I sent it back because it was still raw as in uncooked. They brought it back to me after pouring aujus on it a flipping it over. I asked for creamy horseradish from three people including the manager on duty before I received it. I'm not sure what the issue is but this is unacceptable by any standards. Customer service should never waiver under any circumstances. I still tip the waitress not what I would normally (20%) but 5 dollars because she didn't care enough to question our distaste for the experience. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone until they fix their service, wait staff, manager and food prepation. read more

We've been here plenty times in the last 2 years. Mainly come on Mondays for family night. The kids get a free meal with an adults meal. They also have activities for the kids before dinner arrives. Tonight, I ordered the roadkill. It came well done when I asked for it medium. I also asked for the pepper jack cheese on the side, but there were remnants of cheese on my roadkill anyway. Pat was the BEST server! Granted we did not interact with any other server, I will be returning for Pat. It was my friend and my first time ever at a TR and our experience here went so well. The manager gave us a few samples of corn, mashed potatoes, etc. to try. Food came out soooo quick. Appetizers within 5 minutes and everything else 5-10 minutes apart. I have been going to this restaurant for years and always left happy. This could have just been an off night, but I don't intend to return, especially with Two Rivers right down the road. Positives - we were seated right away. Our server was excellent; he was very attentive and had a great attitude. The rolls were their usual delightfully delicious selves. Negatives - both my steak and my husband's were rare. I ordered medium and he ordered medium rare. We ate them, but let our server know they were undercooked. We didn't mind that so much but they were a little too charred on the outside. Burnt, even. My husband's mashed potatoes must have been microwaved, as there were very hot spots and cool spots throughout. My Caesar salad was browning, very cold and too wet. It seemed as if it had been made a good amount of time earlier and stuck in the refrigerator. Overall poor enough experience to not return. read more
