This was the first time we all were here. We came here because the kids got a free kids meal token with an adult entree purchase. The kids got a Mac n cheese with fries and chicken tenders with fries. Both barely made a dent in their meal bc they were so stuffed from the free bread and dollar lemonades. Their father got the road kill which tasted like hamburger meat with a strong mushroom taste but he liked it. I got a hugeee plate of pulled pork with a slider bun plus my two sides chili and steak fries. Yum! Our server was great! She was on top of everything and things came out quick. For being a chain restaurant they have some really great steaks to offer. My parents rave over how tender and well cooked they are. No waiting when you arrive at 4:45 on a weekday lol Immediately seated and server took our order. Had to ask for their famous rolls and butter, host forgot to grab some as we were seated. I prefer the bagged peanuts on the table, I miss throwing them on the floor but that had to be such a mess to always clean up. You can really fill up for the money! I wouldn't order high end steaks, but the food is all tasty and in a fun setting. We both had grilled chicken dishes, just with different toppings. If you're not filled up on the rolls, beer, and peanuts, the entrees with two sides certainly will meet that goal. House salads seem bagged, the best part being the chopped eggs and croutons, but quantity is huge. Best side is sweet potatoes since it's not commonplace. Stopped in for dinner on a Tuesday night after 6pm. We did not join the wait list and our party of four was seated right away. We were greeted with a smile and then lured us to our table with a basket of warm rolls and cinnamon butter in hand! The place seemed to be busy but everything was running smoothly. Our server was very attentive and also gave some suggestions on the menu. The dirty soda was yummy! Steaks were cooked to everyone's liking. My daughter enjoyed the mac and cheese. The cactus blossom was the go-to appetizer and it did not disappoint. We had several refills on the roll basket, just too good to eat only one! We had an excellent experience at Texas Roadhouse last night. The bread rolls and cinnamon butter are addictive! I had the 11oz hand cut sirloin with a side of baked potato and vegetables. My wife had the New York steak with baked potato and chili. The chili was quite good for a chili. The vegetables are basically a well steamed broccoli which was cooked to perfection. My hand cut sirloin was flavorful and cooked perfectly to medium rare. The value of this meal was excellent compared to some high end steak houses that I'm used to back in Texas. My wife's NY steak was a little chewy which was too bad. Overall, it was a great meal. We were completely stuffed and thought this restaurant offered good value for the money. First time in and what a terrible experience! Ordered the sirloin medium and was assured by our server it'd be pink. Came out well done after waiting a very long time. When our server finally appeared again, I had it sent back and said let's try medium rare. The food runner came out with it and asked me to cut into it. It was very rare. We were pretty disappointed as we usually get good food at Texas Roadhouse, but this time was different. I ordered a ribeye steak, medium rare with a Caesar salad and steamed broccoli for sides. They forgot the Caesar salad and the ribeye was very rare. It tasted OK, but I had to put it in the microwave at home to get it medium rare. My daughter ordered a New York strip steak medium. It was definitely well done temperature wise. She enjoyed her steak fries and steamed broccoli. My son ordered a half rack of ribs with steak fries, and macaroni and cheese. He said the ribs were OK, but pretty dry. The macaroni and cheese was inedible as it was dry and had hardly any cheese on it. He ate all of his steak fries . As always, the bread with cinnamon butter were delicious, but unfortunately, were the star of the show. I don't know if we'll be going back. Pretty disappointing for $91. read more

First time here. Good service, mostly good food. I thought it was odd that they had a sign for Hamburg Brewing (a local brewery) and then didn't have any of their beer (in fact, nothing local). We each had a Sam Adams seasonal on draft. We loved the rolls, but I feel like that's a given. My fiancee really enjoyed her prime rib, loaded baked potato, and Caesar salad (a lot of dressing, but she didn't mind). I had the 8 oz NY strip steak with onions and mushrooms and added ribs for $9.99. My sides were the veggies (broccoli and carrots) and a loaded baked potato. Unfortunately, my medium steak came out totally black on the bottom and the first couple bites tasted burnt, so I sent it back. This was after the server brought our food and I got rice instead of the veggies. I told my fiancee to keep eating while hers was hot, but then it took a while to the veggies, and when I did, the carrots were undercooked. I would prefer that to soggy, but that was quite a bit of crunch. When my steak came out again, it seemed the chef had been worried it would burn so instead they made it rare. I didn't want to send it back a second time, but it was still really pink inside. By the time my steak came out, my fiancee was done with her meal so I asked for a box and only took a few bites before putting it in a to-go container. The ribs were really good, nothing bad about the baked potato, and the bonus rice had good flavor. We were a little surprised that they didn't take the steak off the bill, but I did get two extra sides (the rice and they brought me another baked potato) so I guess there's that. We also had no idea where to get peanuts, which meant we missed out on that. We ordered filet mignon with 2 sides and NY strip steak with 2 sides. Both steaks were ordered medium too. Took about another 20 mins for the entrees to come, so almost 2 hours to get steaks! We are thinking to ourselves, this place has to be really good right?! The filet mignon was rare/raw, the mac and cheese was bland and the loaded mashed potatoes were barely loaded.... My NY strip on the other hand was cooked perfectly, the Caesar salad was good and the sweet potato was also very good. My first time at a Texas Roadhouse. Exactly what you would expect at a chain place like this. Can't go wrong with bread (warm rolls, delicious cinnamon butter). I tried steak medallions over rice with chili and mashed potatoes as my sides as well as cheesy fries covered in bacon. The portion of fries was large and greasy, just like we expected and ordered (you aren't here for healthy food). My steak medallions came out medium-well (ordered medium rare), but I didn't expect better either. The steak did have some gristle and was somewhat chewy. Chili was decent and mashed potatoes were just alright. Rice was very mushy and salty. I paid for a friend and myself. With the addition of two drinks to the above order, bill was $80 for two, which is kind of surprising considering this isn't the best quality. read more

My favorite meal is the chicken critter platter with fries and their amazing seasoned rice. The waiters are friendly and the restaurant itself is bustling, but not too noisy that I can't hear the people at my table. I'm giving this restaurant top marks for both outstanding service and food value. Always courteous people, and THE BEST DARN RIBS, without going to an actual BBQ joint. Basically, the full slab with all the sides is way more than one person should eat, in on sitting. Falling off the bone tender, perfectly charred and sauced with a baked potato and side. We always order to slabs, take at least one home, slice off the meat and use it for chili. Over the top. Get there and get some ribs. read more

Solid Texas Roadhouse restaurant. Stopped here on Black Friday while visiting family for the holiday. We called ahead because we were not sure about long lines. When we got there, we waited about 5 minutes and were promptly seated. The rolls for the table was hot and fresh. My mother in law had never been to Texas Roadhouse and is now obsessed with the rolls. She can't wait to come back and try them again. I got the rack of ribs since I just had the bone in rib eye when I was at a location closer to home. The ribs were good, nice and tender. I also had one of their large margaritas... but, I must admit their drinks were weak even with the kicker. Food: Advertised as fresh cut steaks. The ones by the door in the display case look great. When served my New York Strip steak it was flavorless and I could tell it was previously frozen. When they say fresh cut they must mean at their headquarters where they are cut and then frozen. Loaded baked potato was dry and but you could tell it was a microwave re-heat . Did a curbside pickup here a couple of days ago and it was super easy! You park at one of their designated spots and they bring you out the food. They were a little busy so they were a bit behind, but we didn't mind the wait. My go-to order is always the Lil'dillo steak bites off the kid's menu. This was my first time visiting a Texas Roadhouse (mainly because I like to support local and don't go to chain restaurants often). We sat at the bar and the staff was prompt and friendly. We got served our drinks as soon as we sat down. We ordered a Caesar salad to start and the kitchen was so fast, our food was coming out 10 minutes later! My boyfriend got the prime rib and said it was one of the best he's had. I wish I could have eaten more of my meal but those dang dinner rolls and cinnamon butter are dangerous! My very experience over here in Rochester New York, because I reasonly moved here from Arizona, and I took my wife and son for her birthday dinner,and it turn out to be a very good choice for us, because we ordered 2 steak dinner and a hot dog kids meal for my son, and the steak came out very perfectly cook,and it is juicy and tenders, and the bone just fall off the pork ribs. But the only thing that I didn't like was their garlic butter green beans, because it was overcooked, and it taste like canned foods green beans, and it is not fresh made. Usually I have a great experience when I'm at this location(Henrietta). However, on 01/28/2024 I attended with my family of 3 and was sat in the bar area. The hostess came and literally dropped our plates and silverware on our table and walked away after seating us. 10 minutes later we still had not received water, bread, a comment of they are running behing ( although it was not very packed). The waitress went to the table behind us and as she passed by never looked in our direction. There were papers taped to the tables and I believe our waitress should have been Candi/Candace but I am not sure as to I have yet to see her.
