Disappointing early Valentine's dinner. We expected them to be busy, so we did the waitlist, and got a message at 7:36 pm that said to expect a 45-55 minute wait time. 8:40 rolls around, so we just went in and asked about the reservation, and the front desk gal (Tiara) only said that she would put us back on the list, as we arrived after the reservation time. I told her (and even showed her) my phone messages which NEVER indicated a text saying that they were ready for us. So she put us back on the list, and we got the text 3 minutes later. This part was extremely frustrating for us because we planned ahead, and whoever handles reservations did not do their job properly. Again, we were understanding that it would be busy today. But our seating area was not optimal..we were sat in a 2 person booth right next to the entrance for the kitchen, so it was constant movement from workers in and out, which overall felt invasive. My fiancé ordered a medium rare, and they brought a medium well steak. They did remake the steak, but it was a. under seasoned, and b. came out late, as I was already done with my meal, and my fiancé had finished the rest of his. Our server (Harley) was nice, but it always felt like he was only checking on us because he was walking to and from the kitchen. Like I said, definitely a disappointing dinner tonight, which is unfortunate, as we love Texas Roadhouse.

I came here for my friend's birthday dinner and service was great. We were seated right away and all of the staff there were very friendly. There was already bread and cinnamon butter on the table as we were getting seated. The bread was cold so it was just okay. But when we got a second round of bread, it came out hot and it tasted so much better overall since it seemed like it was fresh out the oven. I got the 8oz NY strip with green beans and fries. The steak was so juicy, so perfectly cooked to medium, and had a good amount of salt and pepper. It was so flavorful that I didn't even need any type of steak sauce. The fries were also very good and salty. Unfortunately, the green beans were bad. They tasted very preserved and like they came straight out of a can. Overall, the environment was great, the staff came out and danced on the floor every so often, and they let you sit on a saddle if it's your birthday! I would recommend this place if you want a reasonable priced steak!

Here is the nastiest burnt burger I had ever seen. Too bad a steakhouse can't even make a decent hamburger.

I would recommend the blooming onion and the sauce that they bring out with it.

March 2027 Sioux City, Iowa…read more Very nice interior. Large bar in the front center that seemed to be popular with guests. A few tables wrapped around the bar. We took a table in the back of the restaurant. Simple table with black cloth napkins. No candle , no flower, just a small salt and pepper set with a few menus. The menu offers a variety from expensive seafood and steaks to sandwiches. I chose the seafood Mac and cheese. My husband had the pork chop with sweet potatoes and a side of grilled cauliflower. The other couple ordered Mediterranean pasta with shrimp instead of chicken which came with a slice of focaccia bread. His wife had the chicken margherita sandwich which came with sweet potato waffle fries. My husband said the pork chop was dry and overcooked. My seafood pasta was served warm. It looked like it sat under the heat lamp while other food was prepared. Oddly enough, my meal did not come with any bread. But the other pasta dish had focaccia bread and even the kids meal that had mac & cheese had a big chunk of bread as well. Was it an oversight? Also missing from my dish was the Panko crumbs that were to top the dish. None to be found! My pasta had really great flavor. A complaint is that every third bite I was pulling a shell out of my mouth. It's good to know that the seafood is fresh, but I should not have to bite around the shell of the seafood. Also, because it was served warm, it made it less than enjoyable. The Mediterranean pasta I was told was delicious and it looked so. A lot of sauce as well. The chicken sandwich was quite large. Although it was tough and not tasty. It came with a side of sweet potato fries, which came out after we started our meal. It was forgotten the first time around. Overall, I would give the ambience an eight. Service was good and it deserves a seven. The food however, which I think is very important when you go to dinner, would get a solid five. I think the flavor was good, but again, because the food was served cold, and the pork chop was overcooked. I would most definitely take points off.

You could click on each individual item and see the ingredients and a picture. It would also show you more than just food and drinks, but also their history, vendors, and information about their spa, rooftop bar, and bowling alley. I think that was above and beyond for a menu. The elderflower peachy prosecco was very tasty. The bartender had a fun sense of humor and was very prompt while serving.

When I brought this up to the waitress she confirmed that I was indeed given the 16 ounce steak. Other people at the table ordered the same thing and were given steaks that were double in thickness. $91 buys you cheap cooked from frozen french fries, good polenta, and a grisly new york strip. I have eaten at fine steakhouses before such as Peter Lugers, MarkJoseph's, Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, and more. I have paid more for my meal and never felt as ripped off and disappointed as I have here. The restaurant website purposefully does not post menu prices. The only upside is that I think the waitress seemed to be doing her best. The ambience of the restaurant is OK i guess? I think you can get better ambience from other steakhouses in the area.
