This is a hidden gem! I can't believe this restaurant doesn't have hundreds of reviews. It's small, I don't think you could seat more than 30 people if every table was packed. The food is uthentic, with high quality food ingredients. I loved that the Asian basil, for example, was absolutely perfect and crisp. Food was served quickly after the order. The lady doing service was very friendly and helpful. We will be back. Many times. We've ordered Traditional Cold-cut Banh Mi, Lemongrass Chicken Banh Mi, Beef/Flank/Tripe Pho many times, Bun Tom Thit Cha Gio (Vermicelli shrimp, pork, Eggrolls), and Com Suron Bi Trung Cha (pork chop, egg, shredded pork, meatloaf & rice dish). The food here is delicious! I had a vermicelli, pork and egg roll bowl with fresh carrots, cucumbers and mint. My spouse had an egg noodle and wonton soup, warm, flavorful broth and filled with all expected ingredients. Coming from out of town, the restaurant was easy to find. This is a storefront, not a fancy place. But it's clean and comfortable. It used to be Four Seasons Chinese Restaurant which had some bad reviews for its food. Either this is a new place or they just changed the name. Who knows? Service was good. When the server saw one of our party had a walker, she offered extra assistance, which was sweet! Speaking of sweet, we shared one mango smoothie and all agreed it was It was cold, sweet, plentiful and delicious!! As for the Vietnamese Food: The pork in my Vietnamese noodle dish was a little below average in texture and taste, the noodles were a little above average. Fish sauce, very good. Overall, the food was above average! It could have used a little kick but I was afraid to try any of the spicy sauces at the table. Overall, 4 out of 5 stars. The best and only true Vietnamese restaurant in Sioux City !! The pho is very umami , broth = amazing. I also had the Bun Bo Hue = spicy noodles , perfect amount of spice and flavor/ not too spicy for you weaklings just perfect ! This is was the old four seasons, however the chef now owns it and modified everything on the menu to his liking and wow ; am I impressed. Even remodeled inside out. Pho Dinh city restaurant is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant. Their Bun Bo Huo and lemongrass pork chop are my must-order dishes. I drive more than an hour to eat there at least twice a month. read more
