Amazing food and service. The place was a packed with 2 dozen waiting outside. We had a party of 10, the waitress had our appetizers out in 5 minutes. I had the portobello mushroom over chicken breasts. OMG. Went to take my family out to eat here on Friday 4/5/2024 around 1700 We enjoyed the meals the service was 50/50 our waitresses was scattered and not so great at being on top of everything and then proceeded to blame the kitchen for the problems she is having at being a waitress.. then at the end we asked about the military discount to which all other restaurants will take a percentage off the check for our military discount the waitress wanted to see all military ID's and wrote down dates off of them.. which was odd and a first... then wanted to argue weather we were eligible for the military discount....( active or veteran should make a difference in my opinion it's still time served ) then she proceeded to have her female manager come obnoxiously yell out at our table the plates they would honor the discount for... which we at this point would have rather not asked.... It was too much of a shit show to honor a simple discount... ALSO not once through this unnecessarily excessively time-consuming transaction not once did any of the staff we dealt with have any kindness or professional people skills nor did anyone say "thank you for your service"... This is a chain restaurant, there are certain things you know they will have and provide and others they will not. Texas Roadhouse has these staple foods that you either do or don't, and if you don't want chain restaurant steak at a decent price, go somewhere else. Restaurant was very clean and had a nice "texas" atmosphere. For a Texas Roadhouse this location was great, the service was very friendly and they all seemed happy to be there. We ordered off the Early dine menu which is a great deal for large dinner meals at a cheaper rate. Smothered steak was a great choice, the meat by itself was thin and a little over cooked but the mushrooms and onion sauce was a delicious addition. The green beans were served with bacon and onions and were a great side, the french fries were lightly seasoned and good for steak fries. We also ordered a chicken critter salad which was very large and came with plenty of toppings. The crispy chicken on top was delicious and a whole meal in itself. Last we got a kids meal of grilled chicken and mashed potatoes. The grilled chicken had great season and was enjoyed by our toddler, and mashed potatoes were a little dry but had great flavor. Drink menu does not show prices for alcoholic beverages which we did not like, we ordered a beer and price for a tall Sam Adams was $9.50. Overall great experience and worth checking out. read more

Typically not a chain restaurant fan, but when they get it right, I have to give them props. Newly opened in the area you'd expect some kinks in the armor. I will say my first visit for lunch here was flawless. Food was fast and no complaints. In fact some of the better fried chicken I've had, and plenty of it. Food was to salty but the real issue was the meat. I ordered a Porterhouse "Tbone". When it arrived I cut into it and the tenderloin side was overdone. Waitress didn't care she just said "enjoy your meal". The meat was hard and inedible. I did request to see a manager and a young lady came over and listened. She had heard all of these issues before. She said she would check with her manager. Nicco came over and insisted that all the food was "recipe right". He said I was wrong about the steak being hard. He did not offer to make it right. We paid and left. It was a disappointing meal. Perhaps they could improve if they spent more time on the recipes and less on dancing. read more

The food is excellent- rolls - SAME!! The staff is fully stocked and do an amazing job of taking care of their guests. Added bonus you can pay at your table. Had dinner at the bar on a Wednesday night. Bar staff was attentive and friendly. I ordered a 12 oz prime rib and took half home. It was some of the best I've had in a while. The horseradish cream was great actually had horseradish in it. I will be returning. My only complaint is put prices on your drink menu. I would have ordered a bottle of wine but no prices. read more

The food, cooks, and our server was great, The management and General Manager SUCKS! Absolutely rude and arrogant, doesn't show any sign of food and beverage experience. It's so sad watching how they treat the staff and some of the servers. The GM walks around looking mad and shows favoritism way too much... so bottom line CHANGE MANAGEMENT (at this location) AND LEARN TO APPRECIATE YOUR STAFF! You are nothing without them. Nice addition of a reasonably priced steakhouse. We seniors, and there were many there when we were, have real problems paying $40-$60 for a small steak. Waiters were well trained and attentive. There was also enough of them to allow for the good service. We'll be back and hope we get Cassidy for a waitress. read more

The management needs some serious training in operating a functioning establishment... very much a low level operation in customer service. I do not recommend texas roadhouse in spring hill tennessee. The only positive would be the wood beams and woodwork theme... but even the construction of the beautiful wood beams is shoty. Place just opened and wanted to give it a try. First off, when they come and get you to seat you, they have a basket of rolls. These are amazing! I told my wife that we could just split a side salad and fill up on those things! Food came out quick which was surprising because the place was packed. I had beef tips and mashed potato's (and more rolls) and my wife got a sweet potato and some chicken tenders off the Ranger Meals. She said the sweet potato was cooked to perfection and the tenders were so moist and flavorful and the breading was delicious. Mine was great as well. Thought the pricing was pretty good too! Steak was cooked perfectly. The rolls are perfect, of course. Great service from Ava and the ambience was just quiet enough to enjoy conversation but loud enough to signal people were enjoying their meals. We arrived about 10 min after 3pm opening, so was not crowded at all for a Texas Roadhouse. Was very disaapointed with the food this time. There were 4 of us in our party, two in our party ordered BBQ Chicken, one ordered Pulled Pork, but was told a few min later they were out of pulled pork, so switched his order to a bacon cheese burger. I also ordered a regular hamburger. The ordered arrived, thr two Chicken dinners were perfect, my burger had to be returned as i ask for well done, but was just a step above rare. The other burger was red about Medium and almost raw in the center. Requested a manager to our table, someone that we believe was not the manager, but someone that was maybe a floor walker came over, Yes'ed us to pieces and apologize and hope we come back again soon....did not comp our inconvenience for two meals not being done correctly and one that was the same burger I returned, only over cooked. I'm really just done with these chain restaurants. Decided to give this place another try. We came not long after they opened, our food and drink orders were messed up, food just ok. I figured some of the hysteria had died down and the bugs were worked out. We got seated right away, got our drinks and food fast. Again, food was just average, nothing special, except the peppercorn sauce was super salty. However, the thing that bothered me the most was that it was very clear that we were being rushed through dinner. I know it wasn't the waitress's fault, she was very attentive and sweet and I'm sure they're trained to do this. It's always the thing that ruins my dining experience. I still had food on my plate and my husband was obviously still eating when she swept by and barely asked if I was through before grabbing my plate, then came right back and asked how we were paying. Not "Care for dessert/anything else?". I know this is not going to change. They need to get people in and out quickly. One reason I moved to Tennessee was to have a slower pace of life, relax a little more. So for this reason I'm Done Done Done. read more
