Dublin Pot Pie - only partially filled
    Megan M.

I ordered the Dublin pot pie....the flavor was 10/10 delicious, but it was less than half filled, and the bowl was small. As someone who normally always takes home leftovers, I was left hungry after this meal. It felt like a trick to cover the pot pie in a puff pastry yet barely have any protein contents inside. I was so bummed! And the Irish crème cheesecake barely tasted like Irish crème - it tasted like a subpar cheesecake. Maybe it was just an off night, but it felt like a letdown. Be aware that some nights include live music upstairs, so it can get a bit rowdy and loud even downstairs.

I'm shocked I haven't reviewed McCreary's yet--it's easily one of my top spots in Columbia! The food, drinks, and service are consistently outstanding. Their sandwiches, burgers, and fries never disappoint; the fries are always perfectly cooked. Just yesterday, I enjoyed the Paddy Melt paired with two "Red & Gold" beer blends. Every menu item I've tried has been absolutely delicious. Plus, they frequently host live music and trivia nights, adding to the vibe. McCreary's is definitely in my top five go-to restaurants in Columbia!

Service and Enviroment was good. It was trivia night - very pleasant and friendly. Guineas Draft two other drafts were good. Appetizer of Crisps w/ beer cheese and Corned beef - great idea idea received bacon instead. I would have preferred to have it replaced with beef instead of it being taken care of. But the main course had arrived. Cabbage and corned beef and Reuben sandwich - I am a big fan of corned beef in all sorts of dishes - neither one of these met my liking - the portion was thick and rectangular 1/4-1/2 inch thick like a spam slice. In cabbage prefer it moist and shredded and in Reuben thin sliced so you can enjoy the kraut and sauce. The patty melt was good and tasty. 1st experience was better than this one. We also tried different food dishes.

The atmosphere was really fun. Tuesday night was trivia when we went and the whole crowd got involved which was very fun. Good Irish fare. The loaded beer cheese chips were a highlight. The star of the show for me was the grilled soda bread. I would go back just to munch on that for hours in the nice pub atmosphere. Also we won trivia night.

2 ounces of beer cheese. ?? Maybe..

There are many strong reviews here on Yelp, but one thing not highlighted is their outstanding gluten-free individual pizza. We order ours light on cheese, with black olives and fresh jalapeños. It has become a staple in our diet, especially paired with a cold beer.

This is a true Irish pub that pours a proper pint of Guinness and a smooth Smithwick's, along with a solid lineup of other beers. If you know, you know and they know how to pour it right. For an appetizer, I kicked things off with 10 "Almost Famous" Wings. Let me just say this clearly: the Nash-Hot wings are the BEST in Franklin. Crispy, flavorful, and bringing just enough heat to remind you that you're alive without requiring a fire extinguisher. For lunch, I went with a classic Irish go-to, the Fish & Chips. The fish had a light, crispy batter and was cooked just right. Flaky, tender, and not greasy. Exactly what you want. My wife ordered the Quinn's Classic Reuben, and it was stacked, melty, and equally impressive. The service is always top notch. Jeffrey, the owner, strolls around the dining room making everyone feel welcome and appreciated -- and that personal touch makes a difference. You can tell this isn't just a restaurant; it's a place people come to gather. And today, February 17th, 2026, congratulations to Jeffrey and Quinn's on celebrating 10 years! That's a big milestone and well deserved. Y'all are awesome. Here's to the next decade!

Came here on a sweltering day for lunch with a coworker & client, who we'll call Dennis because…read morethat was his name. Culamar is drenched in natural light and decorated simply - nothing too loud or busy about the place, thus perfect for a working lunch. The menu was odd and we all struggled to understand the categories it was broken up into. Each item read as a series of arbitrarily listed ingredients. Our (half asleep, disinterested) waitress informed us the dishes were, in majority, "tapas style", a term I find exhaustingly passé. I began to dream of restaurants down the road we could have selected, but we were here and we must stay the course! I had to keep it together for Dennis. We ordered 6 dishes for the three of us to share, and you know what? They were all excellent. Really such outstanding bites. I was stunned by how much I enjoyed the beef carpaccio, the calamari was the best I've ever had (amazing tempura fry!), the Gnuddi (basically a massive gnocchi) in browned butter and crisp sage was a pillowy delight. In spite of my initial concerns -- the hiccups of a confusing menu and our less-than-energetic waitress -- we all left with pleased palates.

The…read morerestaurant wasn't necessarily that busy, but because the space is really tight, it definitely felt busy and a little cramped. Service was also a bit slow. The food itself was absolutely delicious. The bread was AMAZING and honestly one of the highlights. We also ordered the oysters, beef carpaccio, and duck, and everything tasted incredible. My biggest complaint is the price for the portion sizes. I really don't mind spending money on a nice dinner, but every dish we ordered was gone in what felt like less than a minute. Everything tasted amazing, but for the amount of food you actually get, I just couldn't justify the prices. We actually left and ended up going to another restaurant afterward because we were still hungry, which was pretty disappointing considering how much we had just spent. Overall, the food was delicious, but between the extremely small portions, high prices, tight space, and slower service, it just wasn't worth it for us. I'm glad we tried it, but I wouldn't go back.
