My wife and I both feel this is the most efficiently run restaurant we have ever gone to. I had a perfectly cooked med-rare 8oz filet, my wife had a 6oz med-rare and a half rack of ribs... also perfectly prepared. The appetizer came out super fast as did the beer and literally everything was perfectly prepared, and super fast... the server, Jasmine, saw to that! At one point, seven of the waitstaff line danced just feet from us, all smiling and laughing the whole time while doing a nice stab at the line dancing. The manager (McKenna we think) visited the table and was an absolute delight, helping us add an additional nature stop tomorrow. This has to be the best experience we've had in years of traveling the USA. Bravo! read more

I'd give it a 2.5 overall. The inside waiting area is not comfortable or convenient because of the "food pick-up" station thats beyond it - so you're constantly having to stay tight or get out if the way, or feel in the way of the nice young ladies constantly going to and fro. Our party of five had 3 out of 5 dinners in the below average range. One steak dinner, supposed to be med rare was near well and like soft leather. Dinner two, dont offer salmon if u dont know how to properly prepare it - over cooked. The side vegetable carrots were very rubber/plastic like and hard to eat. Dinner three, the salad dinner was pathetic and down right embarrassing from a restaurant serving perspective. The chicken on it wasn't bad, but the entire salad looked like yesterdays leftovers: wilted, browning and some near rotten. I cant believe they even served it. Lastly, the annoying yelling for birthdays etc is a total dinner buzz kill. If I want theatrics during dinner I'll go to a themed restaurant at a resort or tourist town. That alone will keep me from going to any other TRH, especially this one. I get that most of the clientele there aren't too picky when it comes to their consumption, truly, but man what a waste of time and money fir some. We stopped here almost right at opening at 3pm yesterday and usually if you do something like that it annoys the workers and their attitudes.. NOT HERE! Everyone was so kind and so sweet! Our waitress was awesome and checked on us multiple times. The gal who brought out our food kindly waited for us to cut into our steaks which I will add PHENOMENAL! Where to start? We placed a online curbside order. My steak looked like it was on the grill for a year when I asked for medium. It also came out cold as ice. I ordered a baked potato to go with it which I did not receive. Our salads had cheese on them when we asked for no cheese. They gave us no salad dressing even though we asked for extra. We ordered extra rolls and got none a bag of 4. My chicken bites had hair in them, which makes me sick to my stomach as you can see in the pictures. They have a good method established for checking you in outside to limit people inside their building. They carded me but no one else on my party which seemed to make no sense since I was the oldest in my party. I ordered my ribeye medium rare and it came out well done and I had to send it back. It still came back medium to medium well but at this point the rest of my party was completely done eating. The steaks at texas roadhouse are always too thin in my opinion... very very thin for a ribeye.. everything else was okay... appetizer came out after some of thr main food... wait staff was really slow to check and deliver food. My wife and I came here on a very busy Friday evening, they said about a 15-20 minute wait (ended up being 10) menus were already on the table , waiter was at the table within 45 seconds to a minute,took our drink order! My wife and I got the Sirloin Steak combo, she got Shrimp with salad & Fries and I got Ribs with corn & Fries. Everyone make sure that you are checking your receipts and accounts when you eat at Texas Roadhouse in Uniontown. We went to dinner on 9/23/21 and left a cash tip on the table. Come to find out that when they ran the transaction, they also put a $14.00 tip on the card. On the receipt that we left, it was clearly written, tip on table. We went up and spoke with the manager Brittany on 9/30 and she pulled the receipt showing the tip added. She advised that she will have this refunded. We didn't cause a scene this day even though this is THEFT!! We waited another week and still NO refund. So we again went back on 10/7/21 and again spoke with the manager Brittany. Trying not to cause a scene but she remembered us coming and stated a refund was sent to corporate. She stated to me that we were not the 1st people that have had to come back to get their refund. As a matter of fact, she stated that we weren't the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd that had to return. She tried to appease us with a voucher for 2 dinners, a $30.00 value that must be used at their location and within 90 days. Why would we go back to an establishment that is STEALING from us and others. If they done this to us, I am sure that they have done this to others. As of this day, October 21st, there is still not a refund. I don't care if it was $1 or $20, this is THEFT! I completely understand that there is a pandemic and that places are understaffed but that is still not a reason to STEAL! First, our waiter was fantastic. Five stars for him. Second, the food was good, a tad bit slow to arrive but not bad - 3 stars, okay overall. But the atmosphere was horrendous - negative 5 stars for that! The music was SO loud, plus everyone having to yell at each other right across the table to for basic conversation, plus all the clapping and line dancing... it was like a little kid's restaurant. There were a few families with kids there at 5pm, when you'd expect seniors. But indeed most were older folks. Patrons had to yell at the wait staff and each other over the music. WOW! What a great experience!!! I crave a lot for my job and I have not been to Texas Roadhouse in about 10 years. My server Marcy was fantastic!! When I said it had been about 10 years since I had been her she took the time to explain how all of the steaks are cut in house and showed me where everything on the menu was so impressed to learn that all of the side are homemade and so is the dressing for the salads. As I said I travel a lot for my job and I eat out all the time. My steak was cooked perfect and Marcy helped me to figure out which one to order. It was a good choice! The filet melted in my mouth and was delicious. My server made me feel at home in a way and was one of the best servers I have ever had anywhere. If all of your servers are as good as she is then this place is the place to go.I will be back if I am back in the area and will hope to get Marcy again!! read more

I've dined at Texas Roadhouse several times since they've opened and everytime the food quality has declined. The last time which was this past Sunday was horrible. We waited on our meal (patiently) which was a mistake, I believe it was done and not brought out ,when questioned because the rest of our party that sat at another table was already done eating and laughing at us because our table ordered first the waitstaff hurried back to check on our food. She returned and told us they were plating it now, Still okay with us. Then the food came they replated the sides , however the steaks had sat so the juices had already rested and they obviously threw the steaks back on the grill so the medium porterhouses were WELL done and like leather. They replaced one the other was taken home and fed to our dog,(he seemed to like it!) For $147.00 for a party of 4 I really expected more, I understand these are line cooks and not chefs but I'm done with Texas Roadhouse its a bad as Red Lobster. The waitstaff was nice but I worked food service and that food would NEVER of been served by me let alone left there.
