In case anyone is wondering the viral videos where they say that Texas roadhouse will grill your buns is not true. The place was packed and we were seated within five minutes anyway. The rolls come with the hostess so they're there as soon as you sit down. Service was decent. We ordered steak, ribs, medallions and chicken with various sides such as fries chili, baked potato, corn. The chili was the standout for the sides very slightly spicy good amount of meat and very hearty. The fillet was good for the price, tender and perfectly cooked. The ribs were fall off the bone and also very good. Overall a good experience and a decent value for the money. Dinner for four with two people sharing one combo was $140 with tip. We had food to bring back home as well.

Texas Road House are such a nice brand, they figured it out how to make you happy for lunch half price for a top Koch meal. The hot bread in the basket is their signature, I always have to stop myself at the 2nd basket . We have visited here twice while in the area, sirloin steaks are first class. Our waiter "Leo", was so friendly and professional with us, twice !! We felt so welcome, manager also checked on us, on top of it, they have a fireman decor in the walls, that is it! May prefer steak restaurant forever.

This location is always busy. The crowd and noise levels can get rather boisterous. The staff is able to still provide excellent service. The food was cooked to order and received in a timely fashion. The wait staff makes sure you're aware of the progress until your order arrives. The staff proactive refill drinks and provides items to support your dining experience.

Sadly, ordered the ribeye steak with Mac and cheese, and a Caesar salad. Most of the Caesar salad lettuce was wilted. The steak was tough with way too much fat! The Mac & cheese was good. The waiter was excellent. The last time I was a customer, everything was good. Not sure what happened, but this was one of the worst meals I've had in a very long time!

My favorite day off late lunch spot! I always sit at the bar to enjoy watching Football and having a conversation with the bartenders! Gabe was the extraordinary bartender today.. Nevin is off on Sundays! Gabe was wonderful! Attentive and hospitable!! I always feel like family! Today I ordered the "Roadkill " medium rare with extra cheese .. sides: salad and veggies! I am in awe of their cooks! They are so consistent from location to location! Medium rare to perfection!! Absolutely delicious! Juicy and tender! A great value! Huge portion and with 2 sides! Who does that anymore! The restaurant is always spotless! Always a warm welcome from the hostess! Family friendly and always welcoming for singles! I highly recommend!

We've had some good meals at other Texas Roadhouse restaurants, so we thought we'd come here for a late lunch/early dinner as we were nearby. We were disappointed. First off, it's absolutely freezing inside the restaurant. The air is just blasting and all the staff were wearing sweaters and jackets. This is just crazy. Secondly, the music is blaring. And they turn it up every so often so the staff can dance. It's one thing if there are a lot of folks in the place and you're trying to get everyone's attention, but they start loud and just go to ear drum bursting levels. The guys sitting next to us having a business lunch were having to yell their conversation, so we heard every bit of it. We sat at the bar, thinking we would get faster service. The one gal there was waiting on those of us seated at the bar, drinks for other servers, and kept disappearing to I don't know where. So service was a bit of a challenge after we'd ordered and had a slight problem. My husband ordered a steak salad. He said the steak was okay -- a bit too spicy even for him, but the vinaigrette dressing helped moot some of the pepper. My steak -- that I had ordered Pittsburgh style came out so peppery that it was inedible. I got up from my seat with my steak plate and tried to find the bartender/server. The gals at the hostess desk saw me and told me that I had to return to my seat to talk to my original server -- as they couldn't help me. After a bit, I was able to return my steak to be cooked as requested. I got my steak back and although it was rarer than desired, I ate the outside rather than wait again. I was schooled by the bartender/server that they call this method of cooking as Pittsburgh "charred" and that's the wording I needed to use in the future here. (There won't be a future here, however). We came, we ate. Now we know.

My wife and I have eaten at Roadhouse for lunch and dinner at various locations in our travels. This Roadhouse lunch experience could have been better. We sat at the bar and our server was friendly and quick to offer beverages as we looked over the menu. We placed our orders and the salads were delivered in a short amount of time. My wife's steak was delivered but not as she had ordered it, so back to the kitchen. The corrected steak order was delivered after I had finished my lunch. During our visit, several times our conversation was interrupted by the blaring LOUD music which was accompanied by a half dozen servers doing a kitschy Line Dance. (The dance seemed to be enjoyed by the servers more than the diners present). We will give Texas Roadhouse another shot, just don't know if it will be this particular one. Stick to customer service and correct food preparation. Leave the entertainment to a different venue.

Bread bread breaaaad! The Bread here is like heaven. It should always be spelled with a capital B. So, let me tell you this Texas Roadhouse was freaking packed at 5pm!!! I was shocked. I thought there was a special event or something. Nope! Just delicious, hot, fresh Bread! And cinnamon butter. My word I love that Bread. The other food items were super good as well. I wouldn't bet the churrasco shin but it was good. I'd just get a steak. I loved the rib basket appetizer. Their ribs are top notch for restaurant ribs. The heroes were nothing special. But that could definitely be a meal by itself. See photos for food descriptions. Ambiance was fun and vibrant and loooooud! Loved it cause I'm fun, vibrant and loud lol Service was great. And it was super packed. Brilliant job. Keep up the good work TR. Another review giving it to you straight no chaser! Enjoy!

Our server was good, and attentive. We enjoyed the staff's enthusiasm and especially the manager's attention to make sure that we were being served well. Being a chain restaurant it was well decorated as you would expect. We popped in on kids night which looked very fun for the kids. My wife had 8 oz sirloin and shrimp. She said steak was perfect. I had 20 oz ribeye it was a bit undercooked for medium rare, sides were perfect. We thought we were getting happy hour margaritas but were charged slightly more. Just wish it was clarified better. Still everything was a great value.

The pre-mix menu made ordering super easy, as we started with a shrimp cocktail and, for the main, a lobster linguini. The menu also included a delicious dessert (raspberry sorbet) for $68. This did not include drinks. For drinks, I enjoyed a Pink Flamingo and a spicy margarita. And for the music, the DJ was very lively and encouraged diners to get out of their seats and dance around the restaurant in a line. Kelly S and the entire team did an amazing job hosting us. I've been here on a multitude of occasions…read more I'm not sure exactly how long they've been open but when I first became aware of the place, which was about a year ago, someone took me for my birthday and I had a great time. The service was excellent, and the food was actually quite good. But it's really the atmosphere that's just so interesting. From an aesthetic standpoint, it's really a very pleasing environment. Sadly, all subsequent visits since the first have gone downhill. So perhaps I just got more than lucky on that first occasion. The sushi in particular has been "fishy". So I stopped ordering it, but on the last try, they actually argued with me before taking it back. No apology mind you. While they were fighting with me, I asked, "why don't you taste it?". Which resulted in a lecture series on how the chef is the owner and how he prepares everything himself. So I logically asked to speak to him because you could smell it from at least a few inches away and it wasn't fresh or at least wasn't good. And of course they let me know that he's not working. So what was that exercise about exactly lol? On my last and final visit, I got stuck in some crazy Florida storm prior to walking in the door. The streets were literally getting flooded. Anyone on the road at that moment knows what I'm talking about. The restaurant had just opened and there was not a person inside nor do I think anyone would enter the restaurant because to get to it, they would have had to walk through the parking lot and by the time they made it to the door, they would be soaking wet (as I was). Meanwhile, I did not want to drive in that flood and so just decided to order food / drinks and wait it out. So without a single person in a restaurant, other than staff, and with sympathetic glances from the hostess and the bartender that I had survived the storm to get into the restaurant relatively dry-ish, and just grateful to be anywhere and not outside, the manager decided to come over and throw me out because I had a graphic on my T-shirt. Ironically, it was my own design, having worked in fashion for years. Of course, he could've made an exception since there was a massive storm outside, and no customers inside, but no, he made me go back out into the rain and now by the time I hit my car, I was completely soaking wet drenched, which also drenched my car. So let me just say a giant FU to that Manager whoever the hell you are dude yeah and you won't be getting my business ever again. I predict this place goes the way of the dodo and not the flamingo. It will take time, but it will happen.

I'm not here to diminish anyone else's experience, but rather to share my own honestly and constructively. Situations like this should serve as a learning opportunity for upper-level management, especially when the level of service and leadership falls below even basic expectations. We ordered a filet mignon that lacked the tenderness I would expect from a restaurant claiming this caliber of dining. We also ordered the salmon, which unfortunately had that unmistakable metallic, pungent flavor that immediately signals the fish is not fresh and should not be consumed further. We brought the issue to the attention of the manager, who acknowledged it initially but never returned to follow up. To their credit, the salmon was removed from the bill and an alternative dish was offered. However, the overall experience still fell far short of what should be expected at this price point and reputation level. What disappointed me most was not simply the food itself, but the complete lack of genuine hospitality and ownership from management. Strong restaurants understand that service recovery matters just as much as the meal. There's a reason establishments like The Capital Grille or Flagler Steakhouse have earned reputations for professionalism and customer care. Sometimes I genuinely think managers at places like this should spend time training in environments where hospitality is treated as an art form rather than an inconvenience. The following day, I was still disappointed enough to write this review. At a certain point, guests should not have to spend over $200 while simultaneously educating a restaurant on how to deliver proper service and quality control. With an abundance of superior restaurants nearby, this is not a place I would return to, even if offered a complimentary meal. Don't chance it.

I decided to give this place a second chance on April 18, 2026, with an 8:30 PM reservation, and unfortunately, it was just as bad--if not worse--than my first visit. The service was exceptionally poor. Our waiter, Michael, set the tone early, and not in a good way. It took over an hour just to receive our appetizers, and drink refills required tracking down other staff members. What stood out most was the complete lack of attentiveness--Michael never once checked in on our table throughout the evening. The delay was so excessive that I was able to leave the restaurant, walk across the street, purchase a new set of clothes for my daughter, return, and have her change--all before our main course even arrived. To be clear, this wasn't out of convenience--it was out of necessity. The restaurant was so excessively hot that she was visibly uncomfortable and overheating. To make matters worse, water was served at room temperature in what felt like a furnace of a dining room. We actually had to ask multiple times--and essentially beg--just to get ice brought to the table. That alone speaks volumes about the level of awareness and care. Dining out is supposed to be a relaxing, enjoyable experience--especially after an evening out--but this was anything but. The food itself was underwhelming at best: mediocre, forgettable, and certainly not worth the wait. What was most disappointing, however, was the apparent inconsistency in service. From my observation, certain tables--specifically white families--received noticeably more attention and care, while others, including Hispanic, Asian, and African-American patrons, were largely overlooked. As part of an interracial family, this was both disheartening and unacceptable to witness. I've had great experiences at other locations of this restaurant, which makes this visit even more frustrating. This location, however, falls far below standard. To the management and staff: you're in a high-traffic area where guests come to unwind and enjoy their time. This experience did the exact opposite. One star--and that's only because it was possible to secure a reservation. Now I understand why availability wasn't an issue. TL;DR: Excessive heat, inattentive service, long wait times, mediocre food, and a deeply disappointing overall experience. I will not be returning.
