This is my second time here and it far surpassed my first experience. Of course the decor is amazing, but for me, it's the food. This time around, amazing. Everything came out perfectly. I don't mind paying for good, high-quality, food and this, didn't disappoint. The servers share a lot of duties which can be a little confusing, but they do a good job communicating with each other.

What a disappointment. My friend had been waiting months to try Pink Steak, and we finally decided to go for her birthday. Unfortunately, we were let down from the start. Our server approached the table without introducing himself and immediately asked what we wanted to drink. After bringing the drinks, he returned with a plate of raw steak, explained the cuts and prices, and we asked if there was a way to combine all four into a chef's platter. He said he didn't know and repeated that everything was à la carte, which didn't answer the question. We moved forward and ordered the large seafood tower, the Chef Steak Experience, and the branzino. I will say--the food was excellent. No complaints at all about the quality or flavor. However, the service did not match the standard of the food or the prices being charged. Our server dropped off the steaks along with several sauces but was unable to explain what any of the sauces were. Another server had to step in, explain them properly, and even replaced two sauces because they "weren't made right." Overall, the food was great, but the service needs significant improvement, especially considering the price point. A restaurant with such high expectations should deliver an elevated level of service from the moment guests sit down.

I love the soft pink throughout and romantic lighting.

We had an exceptional dining experience at Pink Steakhouse. Celebrating my son's birthday, he thoroughly enjoyed himself and raved about the culinary delights. I highly endorse this establishment. Our server, Christian V, demonstrated exceptional attentiveness, offering superb meal recommendations that I would certainly order again. The staff ensured our satisfaction by checking in on us throughout the meal. The banana tiramisu was outstanding, providing a delightful experience to our meal. Pink staff thank you for making my son's birthday experience a memorable one! I will see you soon.

Loved the decore and vibe of this place! The music made it a little hard to hear a larger group but otherwise great spot for a fun dinner with friends. The food was also super tasty and we enjoyed everything that we ordered. Service was good but could've been a little quicker/more attentive as it took a while to put our orders in and then we weren't asked if we wanted another drink when we finished our first drinks.

The place is beautiful. They have complimentary valet which is nice. The service was ok. I was there for a company event so maybe because it was a large party. I just felt like the server wasn't present in the moment. The food was ok. My steak was pretty bland.

Khalid our waiter was amazing! So friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and checked in with us throughout the meal. He really took care of us -- it's been awhile since I've had such great service. We started with the Caesar salad and rock shrimp which were two safe bets for appetizers. I wish the salad had more dressing and cheese but that's personal preference. I had the gin elderflower cocktail which was good - lasted me throughout the meal. I opted to do the charbroiled oysters and coconut lobster bisque as my meal. Very filling and light. The flavors on the oysters were different than the usual charbroiled I get (crumbs, lemon, garlic) so I appreciated the different approach it was wel seasoned. The soup was huge with a good amount of lobster chunks. I was nervous about the artichoke but it blended in well- not a heavy coconut flavor which I was happy about My fellow diners enjoyed the salmon and seafood risotto. They also had leftovers.

Came here on a Sunday evening around 5ish before dropping a friend off at the airport. Ambiance: very palm beach. lol has a giant flamingo in the middle of the room. Cute date night or girls brunch or night out is ok as well. Definitely not a dress down place. Service: we sat next to the bar as they didn't open the dining area yet. We had 6pm dinner reservations for the bogo entree deal. We got there early and sat at bar and decided when dinner time came that we just wanted to stay because we loved the service at the bar. Food: the filet mignon was ok. Nothing to write home about. We did order a few drinks off the menu which tasted great. I would come back for the drink.

The ambiance and decor upon walking in was absolutely BREATHTAKING! Came here for Thanksgiving dinner. The abundance of flamingos on the walls as well as the elaborate decor was something I couldn't take my eyes off of. Unfortunately, pink steak fell short with their service. It took us around 20 minutes in order to have a server come greet us at our table after having been seated. It was busy, but we seemed forgotten about. My friend ordered an alcoholic beverage that ended up being on the house because of how long the order took (another 20 minutes to receive the drink). I went with my friend and we ordered from the 3 course pre fixed Thanksgiving menu. I ordered the Caesar salad and she ordered the beet and burrata. For our main course we both got the filet mignon cooked medium. For dessert, she ordered banana tiramisu and I ordered the chocolate fondant. The taste of all of the food was fantastic. The salad was super fresh from the pieces of lettuce to the shredded cheese. I truly loved their larger than life pepper graters that the servers brought to our table. Made for a nice touch. The meat was perfectly pink, tender and moist. The dessert was the perfect blend between cold and hot with the vanilla ice cream. Really great experience overall!

I came here for my cousins birthday with some friends about 3.5 weeks ago.. At first I was skeptical because I'm used to nicely decorated restaurants with a fun aesthetic, being over priced and the food is nothing special, but Pink Steak exceeded those expectations and proved me wrong. To start, there was plenty of parking and it was free; which is always a plus. Once we arrived the host checked us into our reservation and there was a few minute wait time while we waited for the last 2 guests to arrive; we were a party of 8. Once everyone arrived, we were led through the restaurant to our table and we saw the beautiful pink decor and the giant flamingo in the center of the room. We were seated in a nice corner of the restaurant where it felt a bit more intimate because we were not in the main area, but it was still close enough to where we could see a majority of the restaurant. Our server came by and took everyone's drink order and explained the menu to us as it was everyone's first time visiting this restaurant. I ordered the Spiced Passion Fruit Margarita which was delicious and I shared the Tuna Cones and the Crispy Rock Shrimp appetizers with my cousin and one of her friends. The appetizers were great, but the Crispy Rock Shrimp was definitely my favorite of the two. Four of us decided for our main course that we would share the Chef's Steak Experience as it came with many cuts of steak and a flight of the premium sauces of the restaurant. For sides, we opted for the Creamed Spinach, Truffle Fries & Smokey Broccolini. There was honestly not one dish we ordered that did not meet or exceed my expectations. The steaks were all tender, perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection! The premium sauce flight was a lovely touch because it allowed for us to try them all and decide which ones we preferred with each different cut of steak. The fries were nice and crispy, the broccolini was excellent and didn't even need the toppings, and the creamed spinach had a yummy cheese topping that some didn't enjoy but I loved. Since we were celebrating a birthday we did not have dessert from the restaurant as someone brought a cake for the birthday girl. When it came time to split the bill, the staff was nice enough to offer us to separate the checks, but I had a funny conversation with the server who even brought over his manager when I told him about the Plates by Splitwise app that does the math for you when splitting a check with multiple guests. Overall this restaurant was a wonderful experience, the food and drinks were delicious, although it was a bit loud, it was to be expected for this kind of restaurant. The decor added to the nice ambiance, the staff and service was great and I highly recommend this restaurant for a nice dinner, a date, special occasion or if you want good food and happen to be in this area. 10/10 experience! Can't wait to come back!

From the moment you arrive, you're entering a space that's less "quiet steakhouse dinner" and more "night-out glam". The interior stuns -- think plush avocado-green booths, pink-hued lighting, flamingo accents and a disco-style bar where a live DJ sets the tone. There's that sense of Palm Beach luxe with a Miami party edge. It's playful, sophisticated, slightly over the top -- in a good way. Chef-driven and stylish, the menu features high-end cuts, raw bar elements and dishes that feel as much about presentation as they are about flavor. My steak was cooked to perfection and don't forget to get dessert, it is so good it is not to be missed! Service is generally highly rated -- attentive, professional and part of the experience of being "in the moment." The Practical Note * Dress code: Lean upscale-chic. Given the atmosphere, it feels like a place to make a bit of an effort. * Price point: It's not cheap. Expect going high-end on both menu and experience. * Reservation recommended: Especially if you want a prime table in the main dining room rather than the terrace. * Best for: Celebrations, date nights, when you want your dinner to feel like an event rather than just a meal. * Heads up: If you're after a quiet, low-key steak dinner, this might feel a bit loud or flashy. My Take - Go to Pink Steak if you want your steakhouse experience elevated: give yourself over to the glam décor, the upbeat soundtrack, the vibrant energy -- and then savour really well-crafted food and drinks. It's less about whisper-quiet intimacy, and more about dinner that feels special. If that's your style, you'll leave wanting your next excuse to come back

Drove over an hour from Miami, along with friends who came nearly an hour as well to meet in a central location for brunch. Unsuspectingly, pink steak was located in a strip mall but once you walked through the doors, you would never know. They offer complimentary valet parking although there were plenty of free open spots in parking lot. The restaurant was vibrant with decor, transforming you to what felt like a Miami spot. Per usual, beautiful aesthetics and two restroom stalls and a line which took quite some time. We were quickly greeted once seated and placed an order for drinks. They had regular menu and lobster brunch menu. We ordered our food and no lie- it was at our table in 5 minutes if not less. The lobster Linguini was savory with all the right ingredients. The food appeared fresh despite arriving so quickly a prices were reasonable. We finished our dishes, were brought hot towels and the dessert menu, with our table being cleared. We did not order dessert and without asking, we were brought our check another 5 minutes later. No inquiry for further drinks or customer service, just flipping tables. Our reservation was at 12:45pm and we were done at 1:30pm, sitting there, trying to find another establishment as we all didn't drive over an hour to be rushed out the building. They also had the conga line with servers with flashlight, shift in music, and napkins twirling in the air with guests joining but it left more to be desired for what it's marketed as. Overall, definitely worth checking out for the aesthetics and vibes and we were happy with the food but the customer service for the patrons they're looking for is significantly lacking. One and done for me.

Wow this place did not disappoint. I've heard of this restaurant before and I've been waiting to try it out but just haven't had the time to have a date night with a baby. Anyways my best friend pick this spot to host her pre wedding dinner and I'm so glad she did. Our server was Paul and he did an excellent job providing great service! He shared some specials and options that were very popular on the menu. I believe almost everyone got different entrees and everyone was very happy with their decision!! I got a Caesar salad. Can never go wrong with that lol. As my entree I got pretty in pink roll and that soooo soo delicious! Everyone raved about how amazing the Mac and cheese was so definitely will try that next time! Overall the experience was perfect and I definitely will be coming here with my husband for a date night!

The food was very tasty. The coconut lobster bisque was delicious. It taste pretty much like a Thai coconut soup. The escargot was good with the crackers on top. Sushi was OK but I would skip it next time. I don't remember the most the one with the truffle oil . The seafood dish was priced at $65 . The banana tiramisu with delicious.

I'm not here to diminish anyone else's experience, but rather to share my own honestly and constructively. Situations like this should serve as a learning opportunity for upper-level management, especially when the level of service and leadership falls below even basic expectations. We ordered a filet mignon that lacked the tenderness I would expect from a restaurant claiming this caliber of dining. We also ordered the salmon, which unfortunately had that unmistakable metallic, pungent flavor that immediately signals the fish is not fresh and should not be consumed further. We brought the issue to the attention of the manager, who acknowledged it initially but never returned to follow up. To their credit, the salmon was removed from the bill and an alternative dish was offered. However, the overall experience still fell far short of what should be expected at this price point and reputation level. What disappointed me most was not simply the food itself, but the complete lack of genuine hospitality and ownership from management. Strong restaurants understand that service recovery matters just as much as the meal. There's a reason establishments like The Capital Grille or Flagler Steakhouse have earned reputations for professionalism and customer care. Sometimes I genuinely think managers at places like this should spend time training in environments where hospitality is treated as an art form rather than an inconvenience. The following day, I was still disappointed enough to write this review. At a certain point, guests should not have to spend over $200 while simultaneously educating a restaurant on how to deliver proper service and quality control. With an abundance of superior restaurants nearby, this is not a place I would return to, even if offered a complimentary meal. Don't chance it.

I made an early reservation and was seated immediately upon entering. Since we've been here many times,we knew what to expect. I ordered the NY strip, which was perfect, my wife ordered a simple burger...uh oh..... It came out pretty rare, almost raw. She ordered medium, which is pretty standard for restaurant burgers. She couldn't eat this, so we called the waitress, who was a doll, very apologetic but generally warm and professional. Well the burger came back disguised as a hockey puck. Again the waitress came right over and again apologized, my wife was fed up and didn't want another burger and really didn't want anything at this point. Although we didn't ask for a manager, she showed up with out being asked for. She immediately apologized and pleaded with my wife to order something, so my wife ordered a salad, which probtly came. Next, 2 desserts and coffee. Finally the manager comes over, hands my wife her business card an tells us, please give us another try and have dinner on me! Lastly, I ask for the check and was told, it was all comped! Not expected as my meal was great and I also had two cocktails. None the less, I tipped approximately based on the cost of our meals. Last week we stopped in as we were driving home from Port St Lucie and found to spots at the bar. My wife ordered a filet mignon, which she declared was one of the best she's had, I had the double cut pork chop. Both meals came out together, hot and nicely plated. We only asked for the manager our meal and only to thank her. We also complimented her staff and raved about the meal. Again, my drinks were comped which I don't know why but, hey someone buys you a drink, don't complain. Anyway a generous tip and two happy campers. I decided to give this place a second chance on April 18, 2026, with an 8:30 PM reservation, and unfortunately, it was just as bad--if not worse--than my first visit. The service was exceptionally poor. Our waiter, Michael, set the tone early, and not in a good way. It took over an hour just to receive our appetizers, and drink refills required tracking down other staff members. What stood out most was the complete lack of attentiveness--Michael never once checked in on our table throughout the evening. The delay was so excessive that I was able to leave the restaurant, walk across the street, purchase a new set of clothes for my daughter, return, and have her change--all before our main course even arrived. To be clear, this wasn't out of convenience--it was out of necessity. The restaurant was so excessively hot that she was visibly uncomfortable and overheating. To make matters worse, water was served at room temperature in what felt like a furnace of a dining room. We actually had to ask multiple times--and essentially beg--just to get ice brought to the table. That alone speaks volumes about the level of awareness and care. Dining out is supposed to be a relaxing, enjoyable experience--especially after an evening out--but this was anything but. The food itself was underwhelming at best: mediocre, forgettable, and certainly not worth the wait. What was most disappointing, however, was the apparent inconsistency in service. From my observation, certain tables--specifically white families--received noticeably more attention and care, while others, including Hispanic, Asian, and African-American patrons, were largely overlooked. As part of an interracial family, this was both disheartening and unacceptable to witness. I've had great experiences at other locations of this restaurant, which makes this visit even more frustrating. This location, however, falls far below standard. To the management and staff: you're in a high-traffic area where guests come to unwind and enjoy their time. This experience did the exact opposite. One star--and that's only because it was possible to secure a reservation. Now I understand why availability wasn't an issue. TL;DR: Excessive heat, inattentive service, long wait times, mediocre food, and a deeply disappointing overall experience. I will not be returning.

This exclusive location has its own stand alone beauty from its parent the breakers. You cannot go wrong with this location for any special dinner you have planned. The service starts disappointing from the moment you check in. The young women at the front desk are elegantly, dressed in the same color scheme, however, they are extremely standoffish and unpleasant. This is a classic problem in southern Florida. Usually, this is standard service in Miami, but the tendency is not for this kind of service in the West Palm Beach area, specially on Palm Beach Island. We were seated, and our waitress was very pleasant in explaining the menu and offering to get us drinks. We ordered a series of appetizers and several steaks with sides to split amongst four people. We had already investigated the wine list and knew the two wines that we were going to order. Neither of them cheap options, but at least they were on the menu. An extraordinary Pinot Noir and an American Granache blend. As the appetizers came out, we doubled up on one of them and asked for another order. They said that they would bring it right away. This in fact did not happen as the appetizer arrived at the same time as the main course meats. The problem here was that as we went through the appetizer, our meat on the table already pre-cut was getting cold. In addition to this, the steak sauces that were ordered and the vegetables that were also ordered to accompany the meats, did not come at the same time. As a matter of fact, the side vegetable never came. We were in a little bit of a hurry at the end of the meal because we had a train to catch. They were very efficient and offering us a assortment of desserts to make up for the lack of bringing the vegetables. The issue here is, if you are on a protein, vegetable diet, compensating you with a plate full of sweets is not appropriate. If you're like me, I came to this restaurant to eat meat, not to be filled up at the end of the meal with ice cream and cake cakes. I understand that this is a courtesy to show concern on the part of the restaurant management , however, it's disappointing. All of this being said, we must say that the quality of the meat was extraordinary. It's a shame it got cold, and the desired side dishes did not work out. In summary, I would still recommend this restaurant. There are small details that you have to be aware of so you can be on top of the service staff to make sure it doesn't happen to you. Be clear to them at the beginning that you don't want your meal to come out in stages. Bring us our appetizers all at the same time. If you cannot bring them out at the same time, do not bring them with the main courses. Make sure you are clear with them about what you want as your main courses. Take the plunge, try it. On your terms.

Came here for dinner last weekend. The Flagler steakhouse really impressed me from start to finish!…read more First off, the valet parking was complimentary which I thought was a nice touch. They accepted tips via Zelle. The area downstairs was so beautifully decorated for Christmas with a large tree upon entry. Once we got to the entry point for the steakhouse after getting out of the elevator, there were wreaths, nutcrackers, lights and gorgeous holiday decor! It was extremely festive, warm and inviting. I sat indoors and ordered a few items for dinner. I ordered the Paloma beverage, the wedge salad, the burrata, the mushroom cream steak and macaroni and cheese as a side. Warm bread with butter was brought to the table prior to us placing our order. All items came in a timely fashion. Madison was our server and was EXCELLENT! She was informative, kind and always had a smile on. The steak was cooked medium and tasted incredible. It melted in my mouth! The wedge salad was so fresh. The Mac and cheese was also phenomenal. The burrata was also fantastic. I was shocked at the bill too! I live in Miami so I'm used to overpriced restaurants. It was extremely affordable for the amount of food that was ordered. 10/10! A must if you're in the palm beach area.

Buccan absolutely lived up to the hype. While in Palm Beach…read morefor a work meeting, my wife and I made it a point to dine at Buccan after seeing it consistently recommended on Yelp and by locals. After one meal here, it was easy to understand why it's considered one of the most sought-after restaurants in the area. The atmosphere is energetic and vibrant without feeling overly loud, and the service was polished, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the evening. The menu encourages sharing, which allowed us to sample a variety of dishes. We started with the lobster aquachile, which was incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. The lobster was tender, and the bright citrus flavors paired perfectly with the avocado and vegetables. It was a refreshing and memorable way to begin the meal. Next came the beef empanada and pork taco. The empanada was rich and flavorful with perfectly cooked beef and a crisp exterior, while the pork taco packed an impressive amount of flavor into a single bite. Both were excellent examples of why Buccan has developed such a strong reputation for its small plates. One of the highlights of the evening was the squid ink orecchiette. The pasta was perfectly cooked and coated in a rich, savory sauce that brought everything together. It was one of those dishes that makes you immediately start planning your next visit. For a larger plate, I ordered the prime beef burger, which was outstanding. The beef was juicy and flavorful, the toppings were balanced, and the fries were perfectly crisp. It may seem unusual to order a burger at one of Palm Beach's most acclaimed restaurants, but this one absolutely deserves the attention it receives. What impressed me most about Buccan was the consistency across every dish. Nothing felt like an afterthought. From the creative seafood dishes to the comfort-food favorites, every plate was executed with care and attention to detail. Palm Beach has no shortage of excellent dining options, but Buccan stands out as a restaurant that successfully combines creativity, quality ingredients, and flawless execution. If you're visiting the area, this is a reservation worth making well in advance. Recommended: Lobster Aquachile, Beef Empanada, Pork Taco, Squid Ink Orecchiette, Prime Beef Burger, and don't skip the fries. One of the best meals we had during our trip.

I've visited every Chef Conley venue, including Stoke Barn. As of this writing,we are not…read moreconsidered stalkers, just normal people who love exceptional dining and service. I talk about the "curb-to-table" experience frequently. In my former role as a Delta Air Line Captain, I recognized the curb-to-plane challenges our customers encountered. Chef Conley has created a friendly and welcoming experience from curb-to-table. It starts with the complimentary valet. Finally. Finally. I learned about our regular valet: MANNY! Manny, thank you for the kindness and safe service you have given us. You are usually the first person who takes care of the Buccan Family. You create the smile before we walk in the doors of Buccan or Imoto. Thank you. Solang' (my spelling is probably wrong and I apologize): You are such a beautiful soul. Thank you for your kind words to Laura as we left. Kindness makes a difference. While kindness is free, sincerity is priceless. Wow, I haven't even chatted about the food. We tried something new this time. After our small plates, we tried the pork chop. The mild onion and sweet rhubarb---simply stunning. Even shared, we boxed some for home. I don't care if you are watching what you eat. Close your eyes! The chocolate cookies (warmed) are a must. Period. Selfishly, I hope Chef Clay never gets a tv show. A book deal is allowed. We want this local treasure and his team to remain anchored here. Clay and his team are own foodie treasure in our back yard. But wait, there's more: Honored to watch Chef Clay modestly expand the Miami environs. He will be opening his Buccan-Imoto-Buccan Sandwich Shop experience in Coral Gables sometime in June/July. OMG, we cannot wait for this to open. Though retired from the airlines (I miss my MIA overnights), we will make the trip to celebrate these new venues. However, we will do it very quietly. We do not wish to be labeled as stalkers. Probably one of my longest reviews. I love seeing hard working people succeed. What this team does for the community is simply breathtaking. This is a true success story. Thank you Buccan-Imoto-Grato-Sandwich Shop-Stokes Barn Team!!!!
