Texas Roadhouse was amazing tonight. We had a group of 7 and even though it was busy, our food came out super fast and everything was perfect. My Chicken Critters were cooked perfectly, and my buddies all loved their steaks and burger too. Huge shoutout to our server Matt Vicars he was awesome the whole night. I had a lovely dinner with my daughter last night, and I have to say, we received the BEST service ever from any server. Our server's name was Chelsey (I hope that's correct), and she was so attentive, friendly, nice, and funny. She made our dining experience the best. Besides the fantastic service that we received, the food was delicious. I usually get the filet when I get steak but switched to a Ribeye last night. It was mouthwatering!! The only negative thing I noticed was that TX Roadhouse has cut down on the amount of toppings they put on the baked sweet potato but it was still delicious. read more

When we got there at 2 on a Sunday, we waited a bit for a table even though it was fairly empty. Things went up from there! Our server was attentive and speedy. The drinks came quickly and so did the appetizers we ordered. We had the blooming onion and the appetizer sampler. Both were huge and we didn't finish them. My party was seated at 530pm on a Friday. At 645pm we had to flag our server down to ask if there was an issue and why are food was still not done. No answers given. We asked for a manager. At 705pm our food was brought out while the manager stood a few tables away (she refused to come to our table even tho we asked for her). All of the steaks ordered were cold to the touch. None of the food was even warm. When the manager finally came over, there was no explanation or even an apology. She walked away and never returned. One guest asked for his $35 steak to be redone (new steak was offered). When he got his meal back, it was the same steak he had returned... This place doesn't deserve your money. I gave a review sometime ago, 5 stars. Sadly when we visited last week it was such a difference. We brought guests with us who had never been there, we bragged about the food and service. It was busy but not as busy as Valentines Day but waited over 20 minutes to get out for. I Ordered a filet, medium rare. They brought the 5 of us out meals and I knew right away it was over cooked, cut into it and it was well done. Waitress took it back, it was 15 minutes before she brought it back, it was rare, cool on the center. She took it and it was almost 20 minutes. , brought it back and the only difference was where it had been sliced was cooked. We had been there for 2 hours, everyone was finished so I got a box and left, no compensation, even though our waitress went to the female manager after the second time and she looked over, she never came to our table. Needless to say we left $200.00 out of our bank account and will never return. By the way, I finished cooking my steak at home, five minutes and it was a perfect medium rare. read more

I went to Texas road house this weekend and the hole experience was not the best first it took like an hour to seat us and when they finally sat us down the I had the country fried steak it was chewy and though and if it doesn't take an hour to seated be prepared to wating for the food read more

We had a party of 6, arrived about 6pm and got in right away. We had to wait about 10 minutes for bread, but it was nice and fresh when we got it. Their honey cinnamon butter is awesome. My husband and I shared the rib eye & ribs plate. We got Caesar salad and loaded baked potato as our sides. Caesar salad was cold and crisp, but a little too much dressing on it. Flavor was good. Rib eye was cooked perfectly (ordered medium rare). It was good, but needed salt. Baked potato was ok, I normally like to eat the skin, but it was too hard. read more

Not sure where to rank this one. Wasn't really looking to eat at a chain but all the decent steak options were closed on a Sunday or the wait was too long. So here we were. Service was slow. Not enough staff to handle the volume. But it was friendly. Salads came out correct. Then meals. One was an 11oz sirloin and the other was a 6oz filet. Sirloin was cooked medium as ordered. Filet was all over the place as it turned out. It was checked on one side and the middle. Not medium as ordered. More like the middle of medium rare. Hungry so she ate it. When she cut into the other half it was on the upper end of rare. At this point we were finished with the meal. Server came by to check (she was fantastic). Pointed out the almost rare meat left and she shook her head. Says it is an ongoing issue there. Said cook had an attitude. So the staff was good. My sirloin was good. The filet, not so good. And stop with the birthday yee haws. Four of them in the hour or so we were there. Quite annoying. Cannot talk when that crap goes on. read more

I've heard people say this place is great, but I don't think so. The last time I went they never gave us rolls and I had no chance to tell anyone. Today I ordered online , and the time said 6:45 but didn't get it until 7:15. The wait time after expected is terrible. We actually got our rolls this time, but no butter. I didn't get my side of ranch, and my boyfriend didn't get his gravy that was supposed to come with his chicken. The place looks nice I guess but they really need to do better. read more

First and foremost the service was exceptional. Grace is a great server and very attentive. The reason I gave a 2 Star...I ordered my steak Medium as I usually do and Grace explained that would be a bright red center. Not what I wanted, I wanted a pink center so I ordered Medium Well. When I received my steak it was beyond Well Done. Grace was very apologetic and offered to remake the steak but we had already eaten our sides and my husband had all but finished his meal. Grace offered to speak to a manager in regard to a discount. That was apparently denied as the bill came and it was the total amount for both meals. I had the worst experience ever at the Williamsport pa location. First thing walking in I noticed a larger male manager I'm assuming he was,he was very creepy and touchy with a few of the very young female employees and it really turned my stomach and was very much of a red flag in my opinion. The upside is the pay is good however what the real downside is that this place is so unorganized and they don't have two shifts so they make you work extra long hours unnecessarily. They never have enough coverage or people in kitchen prep which makes more wait time for the customers if something runs out.Hire more people! Then you wouldn't have that problem! Every restaurant I've ever worked for had two shifts, morning and afternoon so why doesn't this restaurant?? And they need to have set schedules for every employee instead they change them every week making it hard to plan for appointments on days off. And every restaurant I've known had rubber mats down to prevent slip and falls so why doesn't this restaurant? They have already had one person fall and hurt himself within a month of opening! I have never been treated so bad in my life in any public institution. I've been in here a few times and while the food is good, the management is absolutely terrible. I honestly feel bad for their employees and i would never encourage anyone to work there after hearing the things ive heard. the one night i was there i watched our server try and talk to the manager and the way this manager spoke to her in turn was absolutely terrible. you could see the sadness fill her face. later i heard that same manager scream in the kitchen telling the servers to "get your s*** done and get the f*** out" so Asia, if you are seeing this. from one manager to another. do better. every single time ive been in there ive seen you treat an employee like crap. you have no business being a manager. read more
