They're located in the heart of Downtown Williamsport and bring their A game when it comes to food and brews. The Good: *Great location right across from the theater (we were there to see a graduation) *Friendly service *Small dog-friendly front patio *Live music *Sunday Brunch *Fried Pierogis were delicious and served up hot and fresh. I wish they were a little more seasoned, as the mashed potato filling needed more salt. But ain't that the way taters always is? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ *Carissa loved her Korean BBQ Salmon Salad, as the fish was cooked perfectly and the house KBBQ sauce was delicious. *Huge draft list of housemade beers, ciders, and even sodas. *My Pittsburger was epic! Overall/ maybe worth stopping by again, but it'll be a tough sell to my husband, especially with other establishments in the area we know we like better, or would try. Had this been any other day, I could have seen us giving up and going elsewhere. Ambiance/ Very brewery-esque with tanks, natural vibes, etc. There was a live jazz trio playing who sounded lovely, but I just wasn't in the mood to try to talk over music, and asked to be moved further away. It seemed like the general feel, many were sat in main bar area, and asked to move back. Staff/ Every single staff member was super friendly, helpful, prompt, and trying to make your experience go well, so super shout out to the staff. Food/ We were stopping through the area around lunch time, so we didn't need anything crazy, but if you weren't getting breakfast or a burger, there wasn't much else. We both ordered a burger (All American and the breakfast/fried egg one). The All-American was good and I upgraded to fries. Breakfast burger was "good enough" I'm told. The chips that come with the burgers are just bagged kettles chips and not homemade. Beers/ We actually came in thinking we weren't going to drink, but were suckers for trying new things. Husband had an IPA and I had a fruited sour. Neither of us liked our beers, and I purposely made sure to drink mine before finishing my food so I didn't have to end with it. Price/ I don't know the area well but beers were $7-$8 for 10 oz pours. For two burgers, one with bagged chips and one with upgraded fries, and 2 not good beers, our bill was $50+. Super great food! The wait staff I have had the past couple visits have been super friendly and attentive (even during dinner rush during graduation season). The inside has a cool ambiance, and they make good use of their space. The drinks are kinda pricey for the area but they are unique and well crafted. The food is special, no Sysco junk here (iykyk). I recommend the Special Dubbel if you like malty dark brews with a smooth finish at 7.5% ABV. From the food menu, we ordered a few selections. If you like wings, that bourbon bbq sauce is slappin! Very much enjoyed my Pittsburger. I could only eat half because it's massive. I remember being impressed that they achieved crispy bacon without making it look burnt. The hand-cut fries are better than the battered fries. I see why people stay for the beer and food, but don't sleep on the dessert. Was back home for the weekend and after spending time with family we were starving. Decided to try an old favorite and it did mot disappoint. We were seated immediately, it was not very busy which is surprising because the food is good. We got the pretzel logs with honey mustard and beer cheese. The pretzel was so warm, fluffy and crunchy. Absolutely lived the sweetness of the honey mustard. As my main I did get their vegetable chili mac n cheese, the menu did say that it was spicy. But honestly it wasn't. Still super good though. This place is adorable with loads of character, and a nice little outdoor patio in a cute downtown area. They have a lot of dietary needs marked out on the menu, which I always appreciate. I had the burger which was quite delicious, but it did take an hour for food to come out, which was never addressed by the server which was off putting. I enjoyed Edgar, their double IPA, and a Barleywine. Both very nice. The gnome ordered a cosmo. The first is was good pub food. I had the jerk chicken dinner that came with rice and broccoli. She had a Pittsburgher burger that was a Primanti Brothers knockoff. We both enjoyed it ur neals. Interesting spot as the surrounding buildings had great murals outside gf buildings. We've been coming to Bullfrog Brewery twice a year for about four years, as part of a twice-annual road trip. The service is always friendly and they have a good selection of interesting beers to try. Recently we had the veggie mac and cheese, and it was absolutely outstanding -- full of delicious roasted veggies! My son and I joked that we wanted to lick the plates clean, the beer cheese sauce was so tasty. Their Korean BBQ stir-fry is also a reliable choice. Be warned that if there is live music inside, it is impossible to hear the people you are seated with because the music is *so loud.* The outdoor seating is a nice alternative in spring and summer. read more

I had the burger with cream cheese and everything but the bagel seasoning on it. While those are two things I love, they didn't quite work with the burger. Fries were really good though. 1. Food - good All-American burger - good Pittsburgers - good You get a choice of french fries, sweet potato fries or battered fries. Battered fries were amazing! Highly recommend that one. They provide FREE beer per meal. We had disco and some ipa, both were fine, but not that great. The famous LE ROAR GRRRZ was not at all good. I didn't enjoy it and there were far too many variations. Couldn't all variations have won awards. 2. Service - not that good The servers were nice to talk with, but our burgers took about 50 minutes to be cooked, I had to walk up and check twice. Despite they said they will bring our food to our table, they never did. On my last check, I had to carry all our orders back with me. 3. Outside Seating/ COVID accommodations The brewery had outdoor seatings available if you're not comfortable with sitting inside. They also wipe all pens when you sign your check. 4.
