As an adult, I keep track of my appointments and dont want to be infantilized. If you don't confirm an appointment by the time they want, they will cancel your slot and make you an 'anytime appointment'. I understand needing a schedule, but I really dont like threats. Additionally, they just didn't show up for an appointment they pestered me about and when i contacted them at 6pm, i got an 'oopsie' reply from a third party person who said i'd be contacted by the office. That was several months ago so.... All in all I just didn't appreciate how I was treated.

I called to let them know that I did not want pest control and could not afford it. They still came out did what they called yard pest control ,debited my account for $193.01. I had to call and speak with several people before I got my money refunded. Manager Reese Cantrell advised me if I didn't do additional pest control they would not be doing follow ups. But they already have my $1900. This is just another company taking advantage of another senior citizen. I have since spoken with several people who have had bedbug treatments for between $600.00 and $800.00. When the salesman saw a female senior citizen using a cane to walk with he took fill advantage of me.

We got a bid from a competitor that was almost 4 times what I paid to ABC. ABC examined the problem and ordered the parts and fixed the plumbing problem we had. The competitor didn't even look into the problem (dripping faucet) and just quoted us $2,000 to open the wall behind the shower and break out the tile and $385 to remove the faucets. We would have had to contract out for the fix in the wall and tile separately. ABC ordered the parts to replace the handles (hot and cold) and installed. We also use them for pest control (for 32 years) and sprinkler system maintenance. Excellent company!

"The company that did this work doesn't know what they are doing. I am being polite when I say it like this..." I called another pest control company because it was clear that truly Nolen was incompetent they didn't even screw in one of the garage gaps. We'd been having a problem with mud daubers coming into our house, so I requested them come and see if they can find where they're potentially coming from. Our technician (I think his name was Trey, I'm horrible with names) came in, sprayed the basewall of the house, and didn't really say much about the issue. Afterwards he worked on the outside of the house, but I can at the very least tell that he missed a nest that I specifically told him about, and left without saying a word. (again, was expecting him to come in and give the run down of what he did / found, contacted cs and they left a note for the next technician to do this before leaving) We'll see if the issue still persists and probably call for a follow up if it does. At the very least customer service is quick and helpful with their response, and I'll update this review if the problem does not persist *update: They responded to our review with a follow up regarding the services provided. I received a call from Mike explaining what happened, and got a lesson in pests which was nice because googling was not as helpful as it could be.
