Steve answered the phone, was friendly, helpful, and never made me feel rushed even though it was the end of the day. What impressed me most was that my regular eye doctor actually referred me here because they didn't have what I needed in stock. From the moment I called, everyone I spoke with was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. I haven't seen the optometrist yet, but based on the customer service alone, I plan to make them my eye doctor going forward. After discussing with my husband his experiences, we noticed that it was different from mine where his optometrist placed the photos on the screen and deep dive into his eyes, while I never discussed mine. I had an overall good experience and I understand if people make mistakes. But it rubbed me the wrong way when I had to reach out days later when I wish it was proactive on their part to make sure I was getting the service that I paid. I wish they called me to inform me first about the mistake versus finding it out by my husband days later that I had to call. Imagine if other people paid for the service without even getting the true service done. I still overall had a good experience with everyone with the friendly staff and I'm glad the optometrist spoke with me over the phone about my eyes, which then informed me I needed to see a referral. So if you're paying the for the extra cost photos, make sure the office actually service you for those.

Wish I'd been coming here to get my eyes examined all along . . …read more When another eye care facility located next to Costco (where I get my prescriptions filled due to their incredible prices) was a bit too rigid regarding their protocols, I did my research for an alternative. Excellent reviews at Eyescript prompted me to go ahead and make an appointment. Great location, plenty of parking. Very thorough and courteous office staff. Dr. Nguyen is wonderful! She did a complete eye exam, not only for me to obtain a new prescription, but to adequately check the health of my eyes. She questioned me extensively about glaucoma (family history, especially) and asked whether I had been informed previously about my apparent indications of glaucoma. Stumped, I told her that nothing had ever been mentioned to me, and I had just had my eyes checked a little over a year ago. Apparently, there are indicators that I may be developing this eye condition and these indicators have been present for years. Wow! Immediately made an appointment for a glaucoma screening. I did get a new prescription that will hopefully help me see better than I do now -- thanks to Dr. Nguyen for taking such painstaking care to make sure I was happy with her recommendations. I will be back (obviously), and I would not hesitate to recommend her and this location to anyone needing an honest, thorough eye exam.

When you do go to him do not expect him to answer much of any question you might ask ? He just doesn't ? He is an [ eye machine doctor ] In other words he is a robotic Machine that does exactly what he Terms best for medicare ? He does not care about what you think nor about questions you nay ask ? He doesnt have time for that ? " getum in getum out dr. " Fast as possible ? But then this us our medicare system that tells doctors what they may do or may not do ? And what they may not do is anything above standard in an out that might cist them a dollar ? If doctors do not do as medicare tells them then they are dropped from the list of preferred doctors and even more are blacklisted among the medicare companies ? However that still does not explain his behavior pattern ? He simply does what he does and if you try and ask anything it just goes ignored ? His one main nurse there, will jump in and take the load off the old doc very quickly and when you go to deal with her : " she is a trained assualt tiger" Yes, youll loose every time and go away with howsoever this clinic wants you to go away ? And they do want you to go away ? But not before they do just enough to get what money they can from your medicare ? So, go there sit in the lobby like a disorientated " wino " and keep your mouth shut ! Get what you get and be thankful you got anything ! Good luck # your gonna need it
