Brandon with Best Tech LLC is the worst contractor I have ever encountered. He's extremely rude and unprofessional. Very aggressive and defensive with just basic scheduling questions. Brandon actually cussed me on the phone....Told me to "F*@& Off" and that he "doesn't care about my issues." I question if this company is a reputable business or just one guy with a cell phone. Majority of his business seems to come from home warranty clients, yet treats them as a hassle and lower rate customers. Stay far away from Brandon and Best Tech LLC. read more

My guess is the only business they get is through the WORST home warranty company, Select Home Warranty. They have been to my house twice through a home warranty company and it was a terrible experience. Tech showed up with his wife. Immediately asked if they could both come in and use the bathroom. Then wanted the check made out to his wife. Very unprofessional and only trying to milk you for more money out of your pocket. Use someone else! read more

If there was a way to give a zero, I would. The property management company that manages my property is how I got stuck with this company. I have been without air for over a week now. This company came and identified that a coil and condenser need replacing. They took their time sending a proposal for the work, so then I was stuck over the entire holiday weekend HOT AND SWEATING! They were finally scheduled to come fix the air today (SIX DAYS LATER), but two techs came to my house just to look. They said they didn't have the parts and that their one and only dispatcher sent them in error instead of sending an installation person. They said she was on a boat somewhere unreachable, and all the techs were flying by the seat of their pants. Said they were sorry, and they would be back Friday! What the heck!??? This is a sorry, unprofessional company that has awful communication and follow-through. I see why they only have 1 star. I'm certain that the property management company keeps using them because they are cheaper. I believe they just didn't want to do it today and lied just so that could pass the buck to another crew. You can't tell me, that they saw me house on their schedule, drove to my house, and had absolutely no idea why they were coming here. BULLCRAP! DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOR AND DO NOT USE THEM! NEVER use this company. My home warranty company hired Brandon to do AC work on my home. Brandon was always very rude on the phone and sounded like he could care less about me or this job. I called Brandon for an itemized breakdown of all costs, he hung up on me. I called him back and he said he will get one to me in 5 minutes. He then called me back and said he will not get me an itemized break down! He told me he does not do that so "the IRS does not take extra stuff"! I refused to pay until I know what I was paying for! Brandon refused to write an invoice up so the subcontractor nicely wrote one up so he could get paid. Long story short, NEVER USE BRANDON WITH BEST TECH HVAC. My warranty company set us up an appointment with this company. I tried calling them a few times a days before the appointment to confirm the details. I finally called at the end of the appointment window on the day of the appointment only to be greeted by a nasty rude male. He said he tried calling my number when he was in the area. Neither number he tried calling is accurate -never ever had that phone number. He was just really rude and unprofessional. I canceled the appointment with my warranty company so that they can find a new more professional option. If they are unprofessional now who knows what I would have got when they showed up. read more

This is by far the absolute worst AC company I've ever encountered, the technician they sent out Brandon lol that guy that's as nice as I'll be so I'll move along, but then there's Cathy she completely hung up in my face then called back to play victim, Brandon called and told us he'd be by within a hour and after 3 hours passed I called him to be told " my bad I had the schedule wrong I'll be there tomorrow " mind you it's Texas and 96 degrees so it's 86 inside then Cathy called to reassure us it's not his fault it's hers, i honestly could keep going with the whole situation but long story short GET SOMEONE ELSE TO DO IT, I'm sure they are more affordable but at what cost trust me save yourself some time and get a credible company for your heating and cooling needs, I mean they have a 1 star rating which is only because you can't give them zero, im choosing not to select a star and see if it allows this review to go through if not I'll give a star just so this review will post in hopes of saving someone else some headache...... so yea it made me give them a star read more

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. Where can I start. I am in Texas with 90+ degree heat with high humidity. It's miserable. My AC stopped running so naturally I reached out to my home warranty company to get this fixed. A technician was assigned *BEST tech LLC* to me. A red flag right off the bat, I call them *the contractor* and they need to ask for my city, address, zip. How do they not know this info already? Don't they do stuff like this a lot? I ignore it and happily give my info. He says he'll be out Thursday between 11-3. Thursday arrives and 11-3 passes, I call and he says he is running late. He finally shows up, looks at the AC and says there are two parts that need to be replaced. These need to be a specific brand so he can't just go to the store and buy them, they need to be ordered. I will have to wait till Tuesday to get the AC fixed. 5+ days in Texas summer without AC. Awful. I agreed and said fine. He also said he needs approval from the warranty company to get the parts. I immediately call the warranty company and ask for this to be approved ASAP because it's kind of important to get this done quickly. On Saturday they *the warranty company* email me telling me it's approved and good to go. Monday rolls around and I call Best Tech LLC to confirm we are good to go. They tell me they never received approval. I am stunned. How could this happen? I call the warranty company, they said they sent it. I call Best tech, they give me the excuse their email was not working. HOW CAN YOUR EMAIL NOT BE WORKING? HOW ARE YOU RUNNING A BUSINESS? I get the warranty company to send another confirmation to a different email of theirs. Best tech said they got it and that it wasn't a big deal they could get these parts easily and have them next day. So this tells me they were lying from the start and it makes it hard for me to believe anything they have said or will say. BIG RED FLAGS. So they say Wednesday they will be out and can do the fix. I call Wednesday, at this point I have to hold their hand, to confirm we are FINALLY good to go and are on track. And I get this wonderful answer, sorry all the workers are sick, reach back out to warranty company and they will assign you a new contractor. This was absolutely ridiculous. I cannot trust what they are telling me. I cannot believe this has happened. How is this a real company? How do they have a license? So please, avoid this company at all costs. When you have to say you are the "best" you most likely are not. Do not go through the same stress I have had to. If you ever get assigned this contractor, ask for a new one. You'll thank me later. It should not have been this hard for something a company specializes in. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Side note* I noticed they are giving 5 star reviews to themselves (ie brandon Trimble owns the company and Ruby is the secretary) on Google. They can't be trusted. read more

Used these guys through home warranty company. They were thrown off the Warranty company list. Never completed job. Had to hire a real contractor to complete job. The owner Brandon is most unprofessional contractor I have dealt with. Says he hates "boomers" because they are entitled. Would stay away from these guys, won't be in business long read more
