BEWARE! Charged $400 for $40 in parts. Destroyed black $1500 wheels that were barely a year old (Purchased at the Sherman store) by scooting around on the ground on front and backs of 3 wheels! I have photos taken just days prior of the wheels that were supposed to go on my truck but they said were too big for my truck without proper lift. I was called a liar to my face by the new Mgr Sam. Tried telling me that the wheels had never left the back of my truck. Yet they had to take TPMS sensors out of the factory wheels to put in the damaged wheels. Then take the sensors out of the damaged wheels and put back in the factory wheels according to the other employee Brandie while on the phone telling me the wheels wouldn't fit my truck but the tires on them would fit. Then when wheels wouldn't fit my truck they took the tires off damaged wheels and put on factory wheels. Then they gave me an old worn out trash set of tires to put on those damaged wheels so I could put them on the truck I took them off of because I jave it sold..... Now I'm no genious, but how did those wheels stay in the back of my truck????? Along with the leveling kit, they did an alignment. As I got onto the highway I noticed the steering wheel was to the left about 3in and the truck pulled to the left. Sent them a text because it was right at closing time. I was told to bring it back the next day by one of the employees Brandie At this point I jad not yet seen my wheels were totaly destroyed. Sam also told me that there was nothing wrong with the alignment and that I must have done something to it. Once again Im a liar. Yet here I sit after being called a liar, at another REPUTABLE tire shop in the area paying for a proper alignment!​ I've been a repeat customer at the Sherman store for tires and wheels for my other lifted truck over the last 4yrs. The sour faced woman (mgr?) behind the counter at Sherman Texas tire has terrible customer service. And they directly lied about service performed. On tires I bought from them, I had two repaired and rotation done. Drove smooth before, after repairs we had terrible vibration. Went back to have fixed, which would be balancing. Even those it was fine before she wanted to charge $100 saying balancing is extra. I reluctantly agreed even though they caused the problem. Waited, got it back and they said no charge for the balance. "Good to go". Hit the road and still had vibrations! Next morning I went to Discount Tire and noticed my tire key was exactly in the spot I had left it BEFORE the claimed balance job. We then noticed with the tire wear it was clear and verified that the rotation was never done two days ago. Discount then did the tire balancing for me (no more vibrations now) and showed that tires were way out of balance and that the existing weights were very old. TEXAS TIRE DID NOT do the balancing that they were supposed to do. LIED ABOUT SERVICE PERFORMED. Sidenote: while I was waiting I saw a guy come in and was told, "we can't help you, you need to go somewhere else." Only after he started to walk out did she say "let me check with my guys to see if they can do that," he waited and she came back and at least explained why they couldn't. But with her tone and attitude I guarantee that guy will never return. And this store burnt the bridge with me too! I'll never do business with this dishonest business again! read more

I wish we had shopped around. We had a couple things wrong with our truck, now we have more. They were supposed to remove our existing lift kit and put a smaller one on. They did not have the right parts so they left the back three inches higher than the front (estimate of $900 at a different shop to repair). They told us it will "settle down", no when there's a block there it won't settle. especially when the front is where the weight is. they also sent the home with us in the dark so a good inspection wasn't possible, the next morning we saw more craziness. they had one of the parts of the kit resting and rubbing on the exhaust. terrible work. their mechanic clearly is inept and lazy. read more

They were so helpful and curious I had searched high and low for Balistic center cap screws that had backed out even ordering them from Balistic with no luck. I went to Texas Tire they had them right there on hand Thank Y'all so much we will come see y'all again. read more

they installed a bumper on my pick up when I got home and did a better inspection they failed to put two bolts that mount on the bottom of the frame. because of health problems I was unable to just get up and drive 35 miles to their shop a few days later I wrecked my truck. I was doing about five or 7 miles an hour, and when I hit it folded the top of the bumper in if it would've had the bolts, the main bolts to support the bumper, it would've cost two or 3000 to fix it but since all the bolts weren't properly installed the bumper folded forward at the top and cost me $9000 in repair when I talk to the owner of the company he told me to pound sand I put a reviews on their site and Brandy took it down within a few hours. When I asked her about it she told me she didn't want bad reviews that I should have talked to her. First, so she took pictures of the bumper told me she would send them to the manufacture. This was at least two months ago. I just called her and she told me that her lawyer again this makes three people tell me to pound sand. I am blessed I wasn't going any faster. It could've been a bad situation. I talk to a lawyer about it. He wants 10,000 upfront to take the case but he said I would break even I don't have $10,000. I am disabled and disability. Don't pay enough money to drop 10,000 for a lawyer your only thing I know to do now is file with Better Business Bureau. read more
