Steve told me I was totally in the wrong aisle and he confidently took me where I needed to be. He took the nasty used pipe out of the old grocery bag I had it in, and got to work. He found everything I needed. He had to cut the pipe as mine was not able to take a kit piece. By bringing the old piece in he was able to cut what I needed to size. I was in and out, so quickly! He found the key and cut and programmed the spare key for my car in short order. This place is fine as long as you deal with the manager. The young male clerk without a name tag was clueless and did not care about providing any level of service. Store has a big sign on the front door saying help wanted. It is obvious they need some better employees. There is also a sign on the front door stating that facemasks are mandatory, yet the clerk had his mask down around the bottom of his chin the entire time with every customer he was dealing with. I needed a special tool and went to pick it. There were three registers open. All three were checking someone out. There was someone else behind the person checking out at two of the registers. So I walked to the third register. Tall guy at the register snaps at me, "We're just running one line". So I turned around and headed toward the aisle near the middle of the store where another guy had just walked up and got behind him. Tall guy finishes with his customer after the guy in front of me makes it to another register. I expect to be called, but he shut down the register instead. Turns out that was the store manager. I get it if you're helping get a line down, but don't tell me something stupid when there were clearly separate lines at the other two registers. Tell me you're closed or something, but treating me like an idiot isn't going to help. If you truly believe your store pulls customers getting a single line, put up a sign. Granted, sometimes it does work that way. But it wasn't today, so don't lie to me.
