Steve told me I was totally in the wrong aisle and he confidently took me where I needed to be. He took the nasty used pipe out of the old grocery bag I had it in, and got to work. Told me they did, however, have the spare auto key in stock, but they were too busy unloading the truck for anyone to help me. Came back a couple days later, and the young male clerk without a name tag told me they did not have it in stock. Asked to speak to the manager. He found the key and cut and programmed the spare key for my car in short order. This place is fine as long as you deal with the manager. The young male clerk without a name tag was clueless and did not care about providing any level of service. Store has a big sign on the front door saying help wanted. It is obvious they need some better employees. There is also a sign on the front door stating that facemasks are mandatory, yet the clerk had his mask down around the bottom of his chin the entire time with every customer he was dealing with.
