I went to get an assessment on the reason why I have been having a cough for such a long period of time. I let them know I tested negative for COVID, and I'd like to know what it is based on my symptoms and how it can be cured? The physician was in and out in 3 rapid minutes, did the usual checked blood pressure looked at my ears and throat and just plainly said "I will have your medication at your pharmacy", I stated what is it maybe bronchitis and she said simple it could be. So what's upsetting is I went there to have a license physician assess my sickness and let me know if it was contagious, how to treat it and things like a physician should cause that is what they are paid to do. Well to say the least that didn't happen and they ensured that they got all my insurance info and copayment for sure. I would not recommend this clinic at all!!!! I have excellent BCBS insurance. The office informed I needed to pay $125 before seeing doctor because I had not met my deductible! I told the assistant I had reimbursable funds to cover the in between and asked them to file to my insurance. She said no not their policy leaving me in a position of being out $125 and then having to deal with paperwork and not being refunded for several months. I walked out the door. I am staying in Katy temporarily which is the only reason I considered an urgent care. Now I know it is not an option. It's ok if you don't have insurance I suppose. But what's the point of good insurance if they refuse to file? Turns out, however, that $125 is reasonable. They all do this, and the other center was $140! read more

I went here bc I haven't found a primary care doctor yet because I just retired. I explained my symptoms, and I know my body very well. I knew I had a sinus infection due to the fact my mucus and is GREEN. The doctor or whoever I saw told me I had allergies, yet there is no high pollen etc. count. She, Jacqueline A. I was recommended this location to see dr bunrith for weight loss to get on phentermine and B12 shots I called 3 weeks ago and they said they take in walks in and I walk in yesterday and they tell me they stopped that and are only taking appointments and I understand things change so I made an appointment for the following day and filled out the new patient paperwork online and the reason for my visit the next day i arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and they check me in and say they will call me when they're ready for me so I go back to my car and wait and I get a call saying they are no longer taking new patients for weight loss they had multiple times to inform me of this but no I wasted 2 trips out to this clinic and I don't live next door either what a waste read more

I had to leave work early after feeling pretty sick and lethargic. Stopped by InstaHealth. Brand new office and very clean. Very impressed. The staff super friendly and efficient since I was checked in and seen by the doctor immediately. Got myself the Energy IV drip and some shots and I was feeling so much better. They had their opening special 25% off so the drip was only $112. Definitely will come again for the IV drips or if I get sick again. Way more convenient than seeing my own PCP. read more

First time coming here for a well visit to get my yearly health form done for my insurance. I was running short on a deadline and InstaHealth came to my rescue. Not only did they get my paperwork done on time,I also had a pleasant experience. Dr. Koy was very accommodating takes time with his patients and provides thorough explanations with excellent bedside manner. The receptionist and tech Annalise was very nice and sweet. Lots of pros: convenient, walk ins welcome, excellent Dr and staff, little to no wait time and my well visit was not charged as urgent care because they are also family practice providers. I made an appointment with this place trusting the 5 star reviews on google. I specifically asked to see a doctor. However, I was seen by a very young person and when I asked if she was a doctor, she told me she was a nurse practitioner. There was no doctor in the premises that day, or any day I have called since. This is misleading business practice. For $100, I could have seen my PCP, I would never have wasted my time or money if I had known I would be seen by a nurse. No wonder google reviews are all good, I am not able to write a bad google review, it won't let me. read more

I had a great experience here! I walked in off the street due to ear pain. A friendly receptionist helped me check my insurance to see the best way to pay - I chose out of pocket at the $75 exam fee - and the wait for the doctor was minimal. Dr. Koy was knowledgeable and friendly and he knew the exact procedure to clear my ears and listened to my history of antibiotics to choose the best one. We will probably sign up for their monthly plan at $50 per month per person for visits such as these since our deductible under Blue Shield is fairly high. Insta Health will be our go-to for minor injuries and illnesses to help keep health care costs low while still getting excellent care! read more

Unfortunately I have referred at least 10 people to this clinic since and have returned twice myself only to be greeted by absolute rude receptionist.
