He asked for my insurance, which I showed him I had it on my phone. I've been showing the same insurance ID when I went inspect my other cars, never have problem. Then he kept pointing at the picture he had on the wall as an example of ID card, told me to show him the same thing. It doesn't make sense since I have different insurance provider so they don't look alike!! He kept raising his voice in front of dozens of other customers like I'm stupid or something. And believe me, I'm not the only person complaining about his attitude. There are handful of reviews already mentioned this problem. Please take your business elsewhere.

However, today's experience was so over the top, unprofessional, and insulting as we've ever had with any business. Ever. My husband and I took our daughter's car in for inspection. An older man that we've seen prior was there along with a young kid that looked like he was in training. A few minutes into the inspection, they waved my husband out to the garage. The young kid had unplugged the theft tracking device AND our OBD2 port, without asking us about it, then threatened to fail the car as the plug in device they use was reading an error as it was not getting any information from the car. By the way, the car is a 2023 Nissan Sentra with about 20k mi on it and it spotless condition. When my husband asked him to in the future please ask prior to doing any of this, the kid replied that he didnt need to ask us about anything. Um, yes you do, it's not your car. He then told us he was failing us and then told my husband he needed to stop drinking and driving because he could smell it on him. Wow. My husband rarely drinks and hasn't even had a beer in over a month. I'm sure what he supposedly 'smelled' was hard work and an intolerance for a boy-child's bull****. We left and went to a different place and oh yeah, it passed with no problem. Zero stars if possible.
