We've been coming here for all our vehicle inspections for 30 years with no complaints. The gentleman that used to own/run it was always fast, friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. However, today's experience was so over the top, unprofessional, and insulting as we've ever had with any business. Ever. My husband and I took our daughter's car in for inspection. An older man that we've seen prior was there along with a young kid that looked like he was in training. A few minutes into the inspection, they waved my husband out to the garage. The young kid had unplugged the theft tracking device AND our OBD2 port, without asking us about it, then threatened to fail the car as the plug in device they use was reading an error as it was not getting any information from the car. By the way, the car is a 2023 Nissan Sentra with about 20k mi on it and it spotless condition. When my husband asked him to in the future please ask prior to doing any of this, the kid replied that he didnt need to ask us about anything. Um, yes you do, it's not your car. He then told us he was failing us and then told my husband he needed to stop drinking and driving because he could smell it on him. Wow. My husband rarely drinks and hasn't even had a beer in over a month. I'm sure what he supposedly 'smelled' was hard work and an intolerance for a boy-child's bull****. We left and went to a different place and oh yeah, it passed with no problem. Zero stars if possible. read more

For me, it's that dreaded time of the year. The sticker countdown that's on my windshield that has instilled a growing sense of anxiety in me throughout the year has finally come to share it's wrath. It's inspection time. I hate inspections. I like the idea of them, but I hate actually doing them. You have to find a place, get repairs done, come back, and if you're tags expired, you HAVE to drive your expired vehicle around to get to all the places to get the things done you need to in order to get in renewed. It's a mess. So I found this place while driving by, and I go here simply because I know for sure that they do inspections. And they usually do them pretty quickly, because I believe that's all they do. No one is usually here, but there's a reason why. There's no air conditioning. The place is super dirty. The paint on the walls is peeling. The ceiling leaks water when I'm not even sure if it has been raining, even the fake plants look like they are dying. The restroom looks like a couple of people have been murdered in there and they forgot to clean up. BUT they get the inspection done pretty quickly. You usually aren't in the heat too long. The guys who run the inspections aren't the friendliest or most welcoming, and there is usually just one dude at the facility. He's not there for customer service. He's there to get your car inspected and get it out. If you fail, you have two weeks to fix the issue and come back for a free inspection. That's nice. But it's only one free inspection, so make sure it's all fixed. I had this happen to me in my other car, I fixed the issue, and came back and the kid that was working there wasn't putting the plug all the way into my car. He kept telling me that my car was having the issues. I assured him it wasn't. I came back the next day after refusing to let him register this as my second failed attempt and a different employee was working. He hooked it up and it worked. I told him about the previous day, and he said, "Yeah, that kid's an idiot." So if you're looking for a nice place to relax, get a manicure done while you're car's getting inspected, take a pass. There are better places out there. If you're looking for a grungy place that's pretty quick, under $30, and well get you on the road, this might be your stop. Boredom won't kill you here because of the speed, but if you slip and fall, the staph infection might just do it. read more

Fast in and out. A little confusion at the entrance but the attendant was courteous. Inspection took about 15 minutes from handing over my keys to getting them back. This location has been around for a LONG time and it shows on the outside. The place could use a power wash. The waiting area is fine though. No unnecessary frills. read more

Their posted hours are 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. I arrived at 5:55 for a reinspection, which is a shorter process. All doors were closed and the tech refused service, and refused to give me his name. read more

This was my first time going to this business and I was unaware how to enter. I pulled up to ask but I saw no one. Then this white car comes flying around a man jumps out and says can you fucking read? I said what, then he said the damn sign says no parking. I then said who are you talking to like that. He told me I can't read and went on to call me out my name. I lost it at this point. I asked for the police to be called but he would not. So by this time another employee came up and ran up on me I asked what was you going to do? He said stop the fight he came for me and not the man. I beg everyone if you read this all do not go here EVER.. This shop needs to be closed down. read more

Well they do what they are supposed to. Inspections for the state. Wouldn't hurt to give you instructions when you pull up or maybe to say hello when you look at then wondering if they realize you are there. But oh well. At least my car is inspected. It was odd because the guy stood about 6 feet from me and then asked for my insurance. I brought it to him. Then he asked for the keys. I went back to grab those. Then he just wandered off to get my car. When done he just said 39.75 and then handed me the change and wandered away. I asked if he had the paperwork and he said " in the car". Well thanks. Weirdo. Been going to this place for many years and the older gentleman does a good inspection but the newer younger guy was inexperienced, rude & nitpicking on insignificant things....like failing my inspection because he said my front top windshield tint was 1 cm over 5 inches at the left corner of the windshield but he doesn't even have a measuring ruler to proof it! With no ruler how do you even judge that it's over 5"???? Guess someone is having a bad day and now he just cost his boss another customers. read more

I arrived at 4:45pm on a Saturday & was told that I had to come back the next day because they were "closed" . The sign said they closed at 5pm but the manager said he needed 10 min. to do the paperwork. I told him his sign said that they closed at 5pm and it wasn't 5pm. He said sorry that is the way they do it. I've worked in the service industry before and it does suck when someone comes in right before we closed but I had to wait an hour plus because it comes with the job. This would have only taken 8 min and it wouldn't have even been 5pm when he closed. It was a bunch of nonsense to me! read more

I said ok, sorry . then park over there, I said ok, Then give me your insurance, I said ok, then get off the car, give me your keys, that's when I had enough and said sir I am the customer, you should say please, then he said you no read it says no parking by that time I had enough and said I will just go somewhere else. They acted like they were doing me a favor and spoke to me like I was worthless. please don't go there it is not worth the aggravation! read more
