The ONLY thing I'd trust this place for is a DMV smog check, since they don't have to tinker with your vehicle to do it, and their price is substantially better than most other places. For several years, in-between factory service I had at a local dealership. USA Auto was the *only* place service place touching my car -- doing routine oil changes, radiator drain & antifreeze refill, and diagnosing/trying to fix a AC coolant leak. Despite a couple visits & about $200 to try to fix the problem, they never did get the air conditioning fixed, so I drove for several Summers with NO AC, until I replaced the vehicle. I sold the vehicle last year to a retired Master Mechanic & we actually become friends. He told me the AC coolant leak had just been a simple issue that was a known problem for the make/model/year of that vehicle & cheap & easy to repair. Perhaps more importantly, he'd noticed that many of the plastic pieces used to hold things like the radiator cowling, etc. were either completely missing, or damaged in a way indicating brute-force was used to pull things apart to access things in the engine compartment, instead of taking a few seconds to properly undo them. They can deny it all they want, but I do blame USA Auto for this, and in my opinion, one of the ways their prices are low is because they save labor time by not always doing things the correct way. Since discovering all this, I've learned a lesson and now take my newer vehicle to other places for routine servicing -- yes, I pay more, but I'm convinced I'm better-off in the long run.

I went back the following morning, they said I needed a new transmission, $7,000 estimate (I have a 2020 Nissan Armada with NO transmission problems). I took it to the Nissan Dealer, and I found out their job was so poor that I was now leaking gas (check the video!), also the fuel pump was NEVER replaced, same the speed sensor, as you can see in photos. They are AUTHENTIC CRIMINALS. I took legal action against them through WellsFargo. Got my funds back. Nissan said all my car needed was the replacement the fuel connector. That's all, barely $700 parts and labor. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS
