Jose was helpful every step of the way. The estimate was fair and the project did not stray from the original estimate. They passed every inspection without any issues and were clearly familiar with the permitting process in SF. They proactively identified issues with my new roof installation and replacement windows. Addressing these issues delayed the project, but ensured that the work they were doing wouldn't be compromised. There was also an area of damage that was not identifiable until the walls were torn down. Luckily, Jose had warned me ahead of time that this was possible, and the change order was reasonable. All the workers were respectful when entering my home and knowledgable in their craft. I asked many questions along the way and they took the time to help address any concerns I had. The place looks immeasurably better and is in much better shape. Rafael was great at communicating throughout and flexible, taking the time needed to get the work done right; he worked to ensure that the crew were neat; and when the crew missed something, he followed up to ensure it was fixed. He even threw in some caulking where it was needed around the kitchen sink. The job wasn't cheap, but the price was fair. I would definitely hire Rafael and the crew again.
