He agreed to take partial payment and return the next day to clean it. He signed a note saying as such. Today when he was supposed to return at 2:00pm he did not I called him and he returned my call at 2:30pm and stated they would not take responsibility for the damage. He swindled his way into receiving payment under the false pretense of correcting the situation and then reneged on the agreement. They are not a trustworthy business. I will share will my social media followers as well. The ladies did a good job and were nice until it was time to be held accountable. The wife cursed and left angry. They did not speak English so I am not sure what they were saying. They first quoted me $300 and once they got there increased the price to $450 based on the work required. I agreed To the $450. once the work was completed Daniel agreed to receive $300 at the completion of service but would come back the next day for the remaining balance once he fixed the countertop. He now refuses to return and is lying about this experience. Id Daniel came back today as agreed upon this would all be rectified. He is not a trustworthy business. Please see a review below where he stood up a previous owner as well, unfortunately I did not see that review until after my experience. Save yourself the headache.

After the service was completed, I observed debris remaining in multiple sections of the gutter system and took photographs documenting my concerns. Based on what I observed, I did not believe the entire gutter system had been fully cleaned as described in the scope of work. I contacted the company on the day of the service and requested a follow-up visit. Although a return visit was discussed, it ultimately never took place, and my concerns regarding the completeness of the cleaning were never fully addressed. Because of this, I did not feel the work fully matched my expectations for a complete gutter cleaning. To be fair, ASF did perform significant work, including gutter repairs and cleaning in other areas, and the company ultimately worked with me to reach a mutually agreed resolution of the matter.
