After the service was completed, I observed debris remaining in multiple sections of the gutter system and took photographs documenting my concerns. Based on what I observed, I did not believe the entire gutter system had been fully cleaned as described in the scope of work. I contacted the company on the day of the service and requested a follow-up visit. Although a return visit was discussed, it ultimately never took place, and my concerns regarding the completeness of the cleaning were never fully addressed. Because of this, I did not feel the work fully matched my expectations for a complete gutter cleaning. To be fair, ASF did perform significant work, including gutter repairs and cleaning in other areas, and the company ultimately worked with me to reach a mutually agreed resolution of the matter. Future customers may wish to inspect the gutters carefully after service and document any concerns promptly.

They worked for about 5 hours altogether, without a break (we have a large house). They wore booties in the house to protect our carpeting. The windows have spots and streaks, their tech left with the windows with water droplets and streaks on them even after I stated that to him. He stated that they use DI water so they would not spot WRONG. He did not clean the window tracks, did not clean the screens well, and left one screen in the bathroom completely off. At $425 for a 3 bedroom 2 bath single level home I expected quality work that is not what we received. Next time I'll hire someone from Home Depot as that is the level of workmanship we received.
