I paid for the service where they use brushes on long poles to reach the upper levels. That seemed to work. They were very professional, friendly and on time. Their prices seemed reasonable. We got quotes from other companies. They missed one window (it's up high), but they came back very quickly after I noticed it to clean that window. Don't expect spotless windows with this method of cleaning your windows but it worked well enough for me. I would use them again. Note to owner: You should probably let customers know that your people need access to a hose and that you pay after the service is done. In other words, you probably need to be at home even if you only having the outside of your windows cleaned.
