My CT was labeled STAT and he even got the Radiologist to read the Scan so I knew for sure that there wasn't any other internal problems from a fall and rib fractures. I was scheduled to go out of town, and he said the Radiologist said I could go! The Reading was sent to my MD right away and I had a confirmation call from his Office right away. 5 STAR EXPERIENCE ALL THE WAY!

I was only in my seat for about 2 minutes before being called in to the lab area. Fabia (I think that was her name) was so fabulous. She made me feel at ease, and I didn't feel a thing. She didn't have to hunt for a vein. She knew exactly where to go the first time. I usually get some kind of bruising around the injection site, but not this time. It was a breeze. I will be back in the future if I ever need more lab work.

My technician ask if it's hard to take my blood and I said YES! After explaining that they need to use the smallest needle, I sat there waiting for the painful poking to start but, there was no pain. She stuck me once and I didn't even realize the needle was in my arm. Thank you for your professionalism ma'am. I hate going to have my blood drawn but you made my experience painless and pleasant.

They were busy busy today and everyone was super friendly and good energy in this place. Well staffed with friendly faces and nice clean waiting room and patient bays. Love the colors and decor. TV needs replacing because monitor failing but thats ok. It was all good. I had another great and talented phlebotomist, Madelyn, because my veins are tricky and she got me on the first try no issue at all, I was in and out quick because of that. My veins are a testament to her skill level. I like that once you ck in your initials go up on tv and you can see your appt time and where you are on list. Labcorp needs to step up their game.

Not ideal when you're fasting -- hungry, headache, and definitely feeling it. It was clear the issue wasn't the staff, but understaffing. There are three draw bays, but only two phlebotomists were working, and the front area felt overwhelmed. Lonwana was the bright spot -- incredibly kind, apologetic, and very skilled (which matters because my veins are tricky). Unfortunately, scheduling and staffing are on Labcorp, and this location seems overbooked for the resources available. I won't be returning.
