Great new location in White Oaks, where another sit down joint was desperately needed. This place is new and clean and the staff is friendly. The menu is what you'd expect from TGIFridays, with lots of options - salad and soup, burgers, steaks, ribs, and a great kids menu. My oldest son loves the ribs. My youngest loves the kids pasta with marinara. I like the Parmesan chicken, and the lemon broccoli is delicious. In short, this is a good, solid option for lunch or dinner in a convenient location 2 minutes off I-79. read more

First of all, we waited 15 minutes before someone came to get our drink order. Something bright green on the tortilla chips, Dr Pepper was almost all carbonation, and the waitress never apologized for any of this. We decided to go somewhere else and they still wanted us to pay for the chips. read more

the food was good here but the bartender/server was unable to answer questions about the different types of buns for my burger, and was not knowledgeable about cheddar cheese as an option on my burger either, and even worse she didn't seem the least bit interested in finding out! She even stated that she had worked there for five years and that no one had ever ask her these question! As a former restaurant worker for over 20 years I find that to be highly unlikely, and seemed to be the easy way of avoiding the real issue, that is the sincerity of customer service, and avoidance of learning your menu and product knowledge! read more

Terrible We ordered food to pick up as we were at UHC to visit our Mother. We arrived and the food was not ready, however all the food was cold my mothership stickers weren't cooked fully, all 3 orders of green bean fries were cold and old . Wonderful experience today! As soon as we walked in we were warmly greeted. The person who sat us made sure our table was clean and let us pick where we sat. The server was professional and quick. The food was very good. My wife had the Dragon Fire Salmon and I had the Bourbon Glaze Sampler. We also had the cheese sticks (always awesome). The restaurant was clean and well maintained. Every few years I think, "I'll give this place another try." And once again I am extremely disappointed. I got the Whiskey ribs basket. The ribs were so tough I could barely cut them with a knife. The mashed potatoes were so dry that they had to have been scooped long before I arrived. The shrimp were so crispy that they tasted like cardboard. The broccoli was actually good. Went for lunch right when they opened, food was gross and tasted microwaved, bathrooms weren't clean. Waitress was nice.

The atmosphere was great with decent service. The issue was their main courses. The Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta came out on a hot plate but was barely Luke warm. The smothered chicken (slice of American cheese) wasn't even hot enough to melt the cheese. It was almost like we just picked up the meals from the frozen food section and microwaved them ourselves then threw on a few items and said $20 please. The beer tasted like beer and the restaurant appeared new and clean. Just need to make sure the meals are served after they are cooked (or heated up). read more

Handy place with outdoor dining on our way to Weston. I had cheesy chicken and peppers, hoped for more veg and juicier chicken but it was fine. Service was nice. I don't like Fridays as a rule but it was close to the hotel and we were tired so how badly can they do a salad? I'm pleasantly surprised. The interior has been completely redone at this location sans the 70s and 80s kitch and it was actually professional. Our food was fine and we each had a good craft beer. The service was very friendly and good. The brand is obviously retooling itself. Good! I won't look for a Fridays in the future but I won't avoid them like the plague any more either. Came here for dinner while on a business trip. Good food and close to hotels. Waitstaff was friendly and attentive. Location has a more trendy/newer industrial type feel than some of the TGIFridays I've been to in the past, but that's not a bad thing. It was relatively quiet the date and time I was there (approx 7:30 on a Monday) but all seemed to flow as predicted. Will return here when back in town on business. read more

4 minutes ago I ate at TGI Fridays in Bridgeport, WV. tonight and the food was less than desirable. My Cheeseburger was burnt and the onion rings were so dark brown that were tough. I had to send my salad back because it had more cheese than lettuce in the bowl. Worse meal I have had in a long time. I most likely will not eat at this location again. We got seated fairly quickly but our waiter took way too long to come take our drink order. He took our drink and appetizer When he brought the drinks, he neglected to ask if we were ready to order our meals. When our appetizers came out, we hadn't yet ordered. He dropped them off and started to leave so I asked if we could order. He didn't ask any of us about what sides we wanted. We had to ask him, again, as he was trying to leave. He already couldn't keep our orders straight 1 minute after having taking them to determine which of us got a side and which didn't. It then took a good 35 minutes for our food to come out. I got a surprise side dish because he didn't tell me how many I was supposed to get and the kitchen just added something on. They badly over cooked one of our steaks that was ordered as medium-well. Other than that and the surprise sides, everything was prepared as requested and tasted fine. Definitely more expensive than I was anticipating but over all it was ok. It was just the waiter who was a little awkward and not on top of things at all. He was seemingly never around when we needed something. The place is still pretty new so I'll give them another shot in a few months but for now, I'm not impressed. read more

This is the worst Fridays I have ever visited. These trendy chains get worse and worse. The wait was interminable for 2 sandwiches and fries plus a side of onion rings. When the orders finally came, only one order of fries and they were at least an hour old - horrible. The onion rings overdone and hard. The bread on my sandwich was tough as a boot. My husband said his burger was good. There was NO presentation for the food at all - slung all over the platters.
