The food was simply okay to bad. The appetizer combo was acceptable. The burger I order and Luke tasted terrible. The beef quality was terrible, order medium and received a gray burnt piece of meat, that made me doubt weather it was real meat or nots service was alright, acceptable. We use to love TGIF in Hauppaugh Once that went down hill and close we tried going to the CI location. We were seated at a table that had ants all over it , we said something to the waitress and she just wiped the table off. We had to ask the manager to move us, which she did. The next group of people that came in were then seated at the "ant" table. They didn't complain, but were killing ants the entire time we were there. We come to this TGI at least once a week Mainly because of the service. Have never had issues with the food, service, or cleanliness. The Bartender CHRIS is amazinggggg. Allen is pretty good as well - don't see management too often. There is decorations for holidays and things to do (photobooth, etc) but it's really not brought to life from this management team. Especially not according to the promo emails I receive. So yeah TGI for the win really only because Chris holds half the restaurant down so effortlessly. Okay so I don't think any of us really expect too much out of any Fridays, but the way this one disappoints is just too severe and too often. Normally I let it slide or whatever, but my latest encounter was too ridiculous. The service was pretty good. Our waiter was fairly attentive and genuinely apologetic when the kitchen forgot some things we ordered. I ordered a bucket of bones which features ribs, wings, and fries. The ribs were burnt, which you can clearly see in the photo, wings were incredibly small and dry, and the fries tasted old. I also had a side salad and it was pretty decent. Now let's talk about the "ambiance" that was polluted by a mother and her two girls poor behavior. The girls who were old enough to know better, treated the establishment like a playground and decided to run and jump barefoot across several booths and seats, climbing over dividers, and hang from ledges. As if that wasn't enough, no one, parent nor management, found it necessary to address the inconsiderate behavior. Honestly, if you mustttt get Fridays then order to go/pickup to avoid the inevitable foolishness. read more

I hate to leave this review but I've given this Fridays so many chances and this last experience was the final straw. Visited about 7:30pm on. Sat night. Place was not busy at all maybe 6-8 tables and a handful of people at the bar. We were seated immediately at a table in the bar area. We waited for about 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Finally our server arrived and right away, after asking what IPA beer was on tap found out it was her 3rd day on the job. We were patient with her. We received our drinks, placed our food order after it arrived we had a few issues which we planned on letting the server know but she took so long to come back that a member of our party notified the manager... He, the manager (Lorenzo) came to our table. We asked if he was a little short staffed as it took an unreasonably long time to get service, he replied oh no we have two servers on tonight.... On a Saturday night?!?!? Anyway after all the food issues were resolved we then again waited for the check....when our server came to the table a member of our party asked if we were going to be compensated for all the issues we had. The server went to get the manager again, when he came back they again told him how unhappy we all were I will admit this person was very unhappy and did use an expletive here and there. Our surprise was when the manager replied using the same language and very unprofessionally grabbed the check only to return to slam it on the table again repeatedly that we wouldn't have to "f@cking" pay the whole bill... Never in all my years with customers would I use language like that or lose my cool in front of a trainee and the patrons! This was the last time we will ever come here!! The saddest part is that poor server on her 3rd day probably got reamed out when it wasn't her fault... had they had enough staff tables would be waited on in a timely manner... Service is at a snail's pace; desserts are not served as advertised. I went there twice and I now vow never to go back. I ordered a well done burger. It was undercooked. I ordered a cheesecake with a strawberry drizzle. There was no drizzle and the cheesecake was frozen. We ordered cinnamon sugar pretzels. We got no sugar and caramel on the side. We had to ask for the sugar. The server was nice but this restaurant should be ashamed. I had to take my dessert home to thaw. read more

Since this place opened it honestly has struggled with keeping up with the guest and the atmosphere. But these past few years this place has become a spot I can come to for a wind down from a long day, or just a great spot to have a good time with friends. It absolutely makes the greatest difference in the world when you have AMAZING SERVICE FROM JARID, TONY AND my favorite Bar manager DYLAN! THESE GUYS ARE PHENOMENAL, EVERY DRINK PICTURED WAS MADE BY ONE OF THESE 3 THROUGHOUT THE YEARS! Alyssa was great and the food was excellent! She built great rapport and was very tentative. The food was really good.

Edwin was my server and I had a great time there! He's a great conversationalist and wasted no time getting me my drink and food. Usually I ask for a Coke with no ice, but none of the other servers actually listen except for him (he also gets me an extra plate so I can eat the fries). He also introduced me to the Blue Raspberry Slushie and it was so good! The store is decorated beautifully and I love coming here once a week for their fries :) read more

I was greeted by a young professional named Alyssa. She was kind, courteous and organized, all excellent traits for a young woman in the service industry. From the moment, I was greeted by Alyssa, I KNEW it was gonna be a good night. She had the strawberry lemonades ON DECK. My thirst was quenched the entire evening thanks to her! I told Alyssa I was feeling a bit homesick, I'm originally from Philly (LETS GO FLYERS). She heard my concerns and truly listened. The Worst! I had gone here about 2 weeks ago with an old friend. It was pretty much empty. We got our food in a timely manner and it was great. Fastforward to Saturday a little before 5pm. Go back with my Husband after shopping all day. There people seated. 2 tables (5 people total) We order a beyond meat burger and a salmon dinner. Get our drinks right away (I ordered sprite got seltzer water). 5:17 no food. No server. 530 no food no server. I get up to go se what's going on and out server comes over and says you ordered the buffalo wings right. No. We repeat our orders. He says that's right they're going in now. Excuse me??? After a 30 minute wait in an empty restaurant you're just now putting our order in? He says how people called out there's only one cook in the kitchen. Understandable but let's now rewind to the table of 5 that came in 15 minutes after us and every single person got their food before us. I was done at that point. Here's the Scoop: Since this TGIF became part of this mall I never really liked it because service was eh and food never served fresh or hot. Well, today my daughter and I went shopping and was near this Friday's so I decided to give it another shot. The service was great and the upgraded decorations are on point. Love the new feel. Upon entering nice welcome from hostess and quick seating. Definitely like the upgrades. There's live music on Friday's and Saturday's that I hear is great. Must come to check it out. This place sucks! They are severally under staffed. It's like a Martin episode where he plays all the characters. Our waiter practically greeted us at the door as a host, at one point he was making the drinks, saw him telling jokes at another table like a comedian, I'd bet money that he made the food in the back as well, it was ridiculous. On top of being every role, he also had a weird attitude but I guess that's what happens when you're wearing too many hats.
