They were several items that they were out of such as the watermelon cubes, the wasabi ranch sauce, and the mix for a lemon drop martini so I went with the watermelon lemon drop. I come here a lot on Mondays for wing night and tonight I had the worst service ever (kevin) he took forever to take our order did not even get it right and then ordered drinks right before we closed out check...got out check and only one drink and we told him to just take the other drink off and he said ok still charged us for the drink had to get a manager to get my drink 15 min later ridiculous. I did order the sauce on the side because I didn't know how spicy it would be but the tortilla strips are just broken up chips and the rice was stuck together and everything just looked like it was slapped together. I also had like 4-5 small pieces of avocado. The portion size was tiny overall and while dish itself was good, it could have been better- nothing stood out that makes me want to come back. She was barely attentive until she stopped showing up. She was cleaning up at the bar while I had to ask another server for help. No communication, no refills. Just left us after dropping off mediocre food. The lady also tricked us, saying the Bucket of Bones came with 2 sides. I trusted her since she's a waitress, just to see I got charged $6 for my side salad. I felt betrayed, as if she took advantage of me and my hungriness. I would've complained, but I just wanted to get out of there asap. The food was not worth it. The ribs and chicken wings were so dry, I had to ask for extra sauce. The chicken was comparable to over baked frozen wings. A few parts of the ribs weren't bad. My slushy was not the real one I usually get from any TGI Fridays place. . It was just water with syrup. It usually has some carbon dioxide, but this drink just felt lazy. I can understand the understaffing like most restaurants, but I would like some communication. This was a lunchtime visit, prompt seating and drinks. It was not busy here and a family with feral children were raising...well. Our server was nice, she knew the menu well and was helpful. We ordered the sizzling chicken over cheese (bottom of it was burnt), and my husband acknowledged it and did not draw her attention to it. I ordered a cheeseburger with Swiss, bacon, and raw onions, med rare. It was fine, the French fries were bordering on warm. The burger was good. Service was a bit spastic, she worked hard rather than smart. She did check on us once, and that was enough. It is annoying when it is time to go and you have to ask several times for a to go cup, a bag to put your take-homes in. My family and I have been trying restaurants that we typically wouldn't go to because my children see commercials and want to try some of the restaurants that they see in the commercials. If they don't see the commercials then we ride past the restaurant and they're interested and request to go. We have good children so we try to honor their requests when we can. This time we ventured to TGI Fridays in White Marsh. When we arrived we were seated in about 10 minutes, there was a about two other families waiting at the hostess stand and for reasons I couldn't see we needed to wait a few minutes to be seated. There seem to be plenty of seating available, but there may have been some confusion between the two hostesses that were at the hostess stand. No big deal. We ended up sitting in a booth in a bar area that was reasonably comfortable for the four of us, we all had enough space to feel comfortable but it didn't feel too big to make us feel like we were dining individually. We ordered the pick two for $28 for our children. My daughter had chicken alfredo my son a bacon cheeseburger. They both had surely temples as their beverage and with the pick two special, they also shared an appetizer of mozzarella sticks and dessert of a brownie and ice cream. My children were very satisfied with their meals. They were adult size males so my daughter had plenty of leftovers. She thought that the chicken alfredo tasted good and that she would try it again if we would ever return. My son had a bacon cheeseburger and he enjoyed it as well. He ate more fries than burgers, but that happened sometimes. They really love the mozzarella sticks and truly love that dessert. My wife had the ultimate sampler which included ribs, chicken strips and fried shrimp. I had the three wing roulette which was a mixture of different wings and their sauces. My wife and I shared an order of fries. We thought our meals were okay. We didn't have two high expectations being that is a family restaurant, but overall we thought that the mail was relatively good. Our servers were kind. They did get a little distracted at times and we felt as if our food took a long time to come out. But as I mentioned we did sit in the bar area and the bar area can get pretty crowded. So the service also served as the bartenders. I used to really love Fridays when I was a younger man, I don't love it anymore but still like it. I would return. After I sat at the bar for about 10-12 minutes, she finally acknowledged me to tell me she'd help me shortly. A different person ran ALL of our food but my burger that came out last because I ordered mine 15 mins after my friend. By the time the appetizer came she still never arrived to ask for my order . My best friend asked her for an intial cup of water TWICE that she never got we again had to ask the girl who ran our food for the water when my friend got her ENTREE. This entire time we're watching our server behind the bar just talking. She never came to the table to ask me if I wanted an entree so I had to get up and ask her at the bar. She also didn't ask my friend the temp of the burger so we couldn't even find her again to ask for it medium because she wasn't spotted until MY burger arrived that came 20 mins after the first one. When my burger did arrive it was a hair in the avocado. I didn't even get my bill discounted for the hair after I informed my server I paid full price for a hairy burger . She never came to ask if we needed our checks so this time my friend got up went to the bar to ask for our checks. She probably took about 7 mins to come get the cards and the whole time were looking at her at the bar. We still tipped because it's how she makes her money but still I'm a server as well and that was just TERRIBLE service she was not even busy at points just blatantly talking with her coworkers behind the bar we had to ask NUMEROUS people to get her (hostess, food runner, and some dude that worked there idk what he does). Oh and she took EXTREMELY long to glike way after we got our food and I needed them out the way do my 9 month old didn't keep messing with them as we are we even stacked them do she could get them I would say her name but I'm not even tryna go that far you guys just need to train them better period. So, my cousin and I met up to do some catching up and we really didn't know where we wanted to go. Since Fridays was across from his hotel, we decided to go there. There was a considerable amount of people there for a Tuesday night. Even so, it wasn't too crowded. I felt for the waiter. He seemed to be running all over the place. It seemed as though there were short staffed. I ordered the Salmon dish with steamed veggies and mashed potatoes. My cousin got the chicken quesadillas. My food was average. When the waiter brought out our food, I had rice instead of mashed potatoes. Donte, our waiter, was so gracious that he brought me some mashed potatoes and didn't charge us. That was a plus. This was probably the worst overall experience I have ever had at ANY restaurant in my life. From the server that sat at the table to take our order almost falling asleep with her head propped on the menu, to her acting like she had an attitude to everything we asked. She clearly didn't want to be there, in fact it didn't seem like anyone did. Even the food runner slammed our food on the table. Not to mention the food was AWFUL!!! The Dr Pepper was undrinkable, the breadsticks and nachos were burnt, and our mozerella sticks tasted like fish. My husband and I literally took a single bite of everything and asked for the check. The server looks at our full plates and asks "do you need a box?" to which we say no. Instead of logically asking, "was something wrong" she takes the card and runs it. The way we were treated from the moment we walked in didn't make us comfortable enough to speak up about our issue. Only waited about 30 mins on a Saturday night. Service was fast and friendly. Our server Courtney was very sweet. Food and drinks were good overall, but the tortellini alfredo was dry. The cheese inside was not melted, and there was not enough sauce. The inside was not too loud or crowded, and the bathrooms were clean. Only issue would've been me trying to use Yelp for a reservation, but the restaurant saying they don't take reservations. We have not been here since the new renovations or new menu choices. We came in after the movies to wind down and was seated in the corner with a view of the street. Not a bad view. Our server came over and we order 2 cocktails and 2 waters. After our drinks came we given more time to check the menu. Was having a hard time to find the Jack Daniel's sampler, then the server said that is was renamed, which I do not recall. I ordered the sirloin steak (medium) w/ fried shrimp incl. mashed potatoes and broccoli, my husband had the salmon with rice, fried shrimp and broccoli with spinach. As we unwrapped our flatware, my husband's fork was covered in sort of paper. My shrimp was missing when our food was served and had to wait for it to be served later, and the shrimp was cold. I didn't make a fuss after this point. I doubt it if we will return, but it was just a ok visit. Drinks were good. And servers need to go back to the original uniform. A few of us decided to stop in Friday's in White Marsh for a fre drinks over the weekend. The Bartender was superior, the serivce was great and the food was terrific. This Friday's location is really nice. I've been to a few others and I can definitely say this was the cleanest. We came around 11PM so there were not many people around. Our server, Alicia, was absolutely amazing. She was so kind and funny and energetic. Give this girl a raise! Anyway, I ordered the Bourbon Barrel Chicken and it was fantastic. It was so juicy and the sauce it was cooked in was delicious. My sides were also really good. The jasmine rice pilaf is a winner. The only thing I want to say that I did not like was that there was a crying baby at the booth next to us. I don't know why there was a baby so late but it was really disturbing and loud. Ok sooooooo I'm sitting here and it's not crowded....sure we have a party of 12 but our service has been extremely slow. Christina our server was kind but not the most attentive. I had to ask for more water on two separate occasions which weren't a big deal but she didn't come and check on us. Anytime someone had a request for something additional we had to wave her down. I had a 7 pm reservation and was advised we would be seated immediately if at least half the party was there and it was. After talking and catching up on things with family and friends it was now approximately 8 pm and no one had received any food. Then out comes 1 person 's food out of 12 and it was just wings and fries. We all assumed the food was taking long because there were so many orders and they wanted to send it all out together but most of us only got small apps, heck I only had soup! It's now 8:17 and our party was starving. Christina, as usual, wasn't around nor had she checked on us or bothered to explain the long wait so I went near the kitchen where there were 4 people standing and inquired about why the wait was so long. I was told because all the food had to come out together. I then rebutted with the fact one person in our party got their food. Then Premus, the manager proceeded to say it was because he had an app. I then rebutted with the fact half of our table ordered apps. The now flustered and what appeared to be annoyed with me Premus then stated he was going to see how long it will be and did I want him to do it or "not". :-( Approx 5mins later everyone's food was brought out. Can't even lie everything was hot and fresh, but it should have been after an over hour wait time. It was my daughter's birthday and when it was close to the end of the evening I requested a cake and candle from Christina. Her response was "we don't do candles and we don't sing". I was in shock, due to the fact the reason we came was for that and I've never been to a Fridays that didn't. Not her fault tho I guess its the rules at that location. I didn't bother to ask.
