The bike he wanted was not assembled completely or properly. The original sales person said he wanted another associate, Donovan, to check the bike and make any necessary adjustments. Donovan did a complete inspection of the bike, finding several missteps by the person who had originally assembled the bike. However Donovan remained pleasant and informative and did not criticize the other staff member. He checked every feature on the bike and fixed any deficiencies. We appreciated his knowledge and professionalism.

Also, if you follow their Facebook page, they do post and let you know when they do (not as often as anyone would like) get .22 LR in stock.

It was time to renew my CCW, so I reached out to the original place I used, twice, and got complete…read moreradio silence. I hopped on the Monterey Sheriff's Department website and saw that Uncle Ed's offers an online course in addition to their in-person classes. I paid for it, started right away, and was pleasantly surprised. It was super informative and nowhere near as dry or monotonous as I expected. I finished the material, passed the online test, and got my certificate. When I contacted them about the live-fire certification, they responded immediately with available dates and let me pick what worked best for my schedule. ​On the day of the range test, I caught the tail end of their in-person class and was blown away by the difference between Uncle Ed's and the original place I went to. I almost regretted not taking the whole thing in person, but doing it online was a lifesaver for my work schedule. ​Once class wrapped up, we headed out to the range. Jake went over all the ground rules clearly before we started. During the live-fire test, both Jake and Tracy were incredibly patient, helpful, and friendly. We all had a great time and shared a few laughs. You could tell they genuinely wanted everyone to feel comfortable asking questions without any judgment, and they were truly invested in helping everyone pass. ​All in all, it was a fantastic experience.
