    Pad Kee Mao (Drunken Noodles)

Came here on a Saturday evening and we were in and out so quickly! We were seated promptly and the service was excellent. Our server was very kind and checked in with us often. The kitchen staff checked in with us as well and were extremely friendly. The food came out so quickly and tasted good! I got the drunken noodles level 1 spicy and they were pretty spicy! But I did want to try something different than normal. My husband got the chicken pad Thai level 1 spice and it wasn't spicy at all which was what he likes. I liked the flavor of the pad Thai but I really liked the wide noodles. We also ordered the crab Rangoon and they were very good!! Lots of filling and it was really creamy. The place was cute inside and clean for the most part! We will be back again!

I'm so happy to see another Thai cuisine restaurant opening in St. Charles County because there are only a few. This one is located next to the ICD church. It's in a small plaza next to an Indian restaurant and all of the parking is in back. You can enter the establishment from the back lot or around the front. They offer dine in and takeout. They have some open tables and a few booths as well. They have only been open for a few days so the ambiance is still a work in progress. The services is 5 stars! They make you feel welcome and like a valued customer. They couldn't have been any nicer. They have a menu filled with typical Thai dishes with rice or noodles and vegan variations as well (tofu). They are waiting on their liquor license and they will soon offer alcohol. On my first visit, I ordered the cucumber salad, and all of the veggies tasted fresh. I would have liked more of the marinade on it. The crab Rangoon was very good, it's a bit on the sweet side and it really doesn't need the sauce served with it. My main entrée was Pad See U with tofu. It had wide ribbon noodles, broccoli pieces, crumbled egg, bite-size pieces of tofu and a delicious spiced sauce. I got the level two spicy which was perfect for me. There was a spice in the dish that I have not tasted in a Thai dish before and I couldn't figure out what it was. Everything was good. Please be patient as they just opened days ago. It does take a few months for a restaurant to work out everything. I think they have the potential to be quite an amazing spot. I'm looking forward to a future visit soon and I will be bringing friends!

I love pad thai and have tried it from places all around STC and STL. I was super excited to see a new addition had opened so close to home. We ordered online and picked up. The restaurant is cute, clean and modern - very inviting. Service is noteworthy, also. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I ordered pad thai with chicken and shrimp. I asked for extra sauce but it was still very dry. Not my favorite but still a solid dish. Crab rangoon was a very good mix of sweet and savory, a must for us. Hubby got teriyaki chicken which came with white rice. He said it had a good kick of spice, nice flavor, great portion size and he would order it again.

Great ambience. The food and service was very good. We tried several different items on the menu. Beef was flavorful and tender. The drunken noodles were top notch. Highly recommend. We will be back

The food was delicious. The crab rangoon filling was sweet but not overly sweet like some places. The potstickers were crispy and came with a soy chili type sauce. The Pad Thai had great flavor and the spice level was right on. The ladies working were super friendly and helpful. We will be back to try some different dishes!

Everything is new and clean. The food is awesome. The wife had Pad Thai with chicken, and I had the Pad Kee moo with chicken AKA as Drunken noodles. Both were cooked to perfection. Wife got hers with #1spice level and I got mine at #2 level. . We both happy with our spice level. We also had a order of Spring Roll as an appetizer. They are very small a order 4 was a little lacking. The dipping sauce was good just wish there was more of them . When I paid my bill I was offered 10% discount if I paid on cash. Overall we left happy and will be returning with cash. Ready to explore more of the menu.

Drunken noodles were amazing, as were the crab Rangoon. The food was super hot, even by the time we got home with it.

They had some very nice pieces of Asian Art all throughout the place. The food was great. The presentation was exceptional. The soup was delicious. The spring rolls were delicious. The heavenly beef was very good. It was some type of beef jerky. The pad Thai rice was good with just enough spice. I asked for a 2 for the spice level. The customer service was great. Our server did a great job. I believe they said he was the owner. He checked on us often. He offered suggestions. He kept our drinks full. He was very personable. Additionally he had a wonderful since if humor. I left very impressed and full. Everything was reasonably priced. There is parking in front. The one area in which they need some improvements was the restroom. It needed to be updated to reflect the rest of the restaurant.

Seriously, I drive up and…read moredown Rte 157 and never noticed this little strip center that sits off the road and down in a hollow. It kind of makes it a hidden treasure and I'm glad that I found it. My visit was during a Saturday lunch and I was impressed. I started my meal with Fried Spring Rolls filled with vegetables and served Thai Sweet Chili Sauce. They were a thin crisp shell, that still gave a nice crunch when bitten into. The sauce was a accompaniment. For an entree I chose, Drunken Noodles and added Beef for my protein. I was torn between Pad Thai and the Drunken Noodle and when I asked my server, she said their most popular dish was Drunken Noodles. Then when I went to add my protein it was between chicken and beef. She said beef was her favorite add, so I went with her recommendation. Once my entree arrived to the table I was surprised by its size. It was huge. It was so big, it could have been a meal for two. Guess who had leftovers for lunch the next day. The noodles were flavorful and lots of tender beef and had plenty of veggies. My spice level was 3 out of 5 and I still was sweating along my hairline. Next visit I may have to scale back to a two. The service was attentive and the young lady who was my server, had a bubbly personality. I also had a young man who brought me my order, checked on me and I wasn't even his table. Now that I have found this hidden treasure, I will definitely be back. When: March 7, 2026 Why: Lunch

Personally, I recommend the Pad See Ew. The food is truly Thai spicy here (which is very telling of the authenticity of the restaurant), so be very careful. Food always comes out pretty quickly, waters are always refilled regularly, and there's always a video playing above the counter to keep you entertained. You do have to pay at the counter, so don't expect anyone to come up to your table with a check. Definitely worth checking out! Siam Thai is definitely underrated!

The drunken noodles were the top favorite for everyone, and the pineapple fried rice was a close second. Personally, I loved the khao soi curry, even though my family wasn't as big a fan. The flavors in every dish were fantastic! I recommend trying their mango sticky rice as well. The only downside was the service: everything came out quickly, but our server seemed a bit annoyed with our table, which caught me off guard. That said, they were really sweet with kids and provided toddler plates, utensils, and a booster seat, which was a really nice touch. Overall, great flavors, and I'd still come back
