Good customer service. Cute inside. They need to put the air conditioner on. First time during a massage I couldn't relax and had to take the towel off my head. Way too hot in there. Woman who gave me my massage never got around to massaging the front of my legs? It wasn't a 60 min massage which I paid for. Between the masseuses leaving the room several times during the massage and ending at 5 minutes too it was probably closer to 45-50 min massage. I bought a Groupon and showed the receptionist before the massage. When I was done she tried to charge me for the massage knowing I had a Groupon. Also made me feel uncomfortable about the tip and asked if I wanted to tip on the pre Groupon rate. They need to tell employees/customers to be quiet or turn the spa music up higher. When you're relaxing you don't want to hear constant doors slamming and people talking in the hallway. I'd try elsewhere. Good prices but you get what you pay for. read more

I booked the steam treatment body scrub with infrared body wrap and added a spa pedicure. I had a great time! The steam treatment body scrub came with a massage before the scrubbing. Turns out I could have gone with a higher temp for the infrared body wrap since I didn't sweat. It was really nice and warm and comfy. I didn't realize it should be hotter. Noted for next time. The spa pedicure was such a treat. I went with the gel upgrade for an additional $10. The service from check in to the body treatment and pedicure were all great. I was able to add tip on my credit card so I didn't need to bring cash for the tip. I look forward to coming back for other services at this spa. read more

Great establishment. Very warm and inviting. Very aum feeling. Soft music playing, and very low lighting, very relaxing. The massage room itself was also very nice. Very clean, the beds were made up for us. We did a couples massage. They had stand-up saunas. If I had one critique it would be that the hot stones, oils, and steamed towels should all be in the same room versus having the masseuse's constantly leaving to retrieve them. We had a 90 min couples massage and wife had a 30 min facial. One of the most therapeutic massages I've ever had. We had ours at 9AM to start the day. We had loose plans afterwards but the massage was so deep it released many toxins we camped out and watched chick flicks in the hotel all day. We never left even for dinner. I booked a couples massage on Groupon, and went a couple of days ago. My review isn't as high because it was an uncomfortable experience. Both of the massage therapists were sick? It was worse for my boyfriend because apparently his masseuse coughed a lot when he was asked to face up. We wish they wore masks or something at least. In terms of pressure, I requested for deep pressure on my back with the paper they handed us, but didn't get it until I verbally asked for it midway through the hour. I don't think they had time to glance at the paper they gave us. Anyway, I kind of feel bad for the massage therapists because they just seemed tired and sick. At check in, they provide you with a sheet that is super informative for your masseuse. It allows you to select areas to focus on and how much pressure you want, as well as an opportunity to warn them about any "no touch" areas or previous injury sites. My husband and I booked through Groupon for a deep tissue hot stone massage. We went this weekend 02/07/26. A man ended up massaging me and a woman was for my husband. It was supposed to be a relaxing day to destress. Instead, I was tensed and on edge and alert the whole time due to several incidents, it started when he started massaging my back. He would massage the side of my ribs (inside my armpits) and I felt uncomfortable because that was too close to my side boob. Then when he was massaging my back and glutes he put his fingers in my buttcrack several times, I lift my head up and he asked if everything was ok, I said no, can you not touch my buttcrack. He then acts like he doesn't know what I'm saying and the female masseuse tells him something in their language and they both walk out. Then they come back in and continue, but I felt like he felt offended because he then started throwing the wet towel on my back and it didn't feel relaxing anymore. When it was time to turn on my back, I don't have a bra on, there's a thin sort of see through sheet on me and a thin brown blanket, once he was done massaging my arms each time, he's by my head and he lifts both the sheet and blanket to place my arms in, I was speechless, my bare breasts are exposed. I thought the first arm was an accident and then he did it with the second arm, At this point I place the sheet under both sides of my body. But it was too late, the massage was done. Worst experience ever. Also to add, several times while face down, there was a lot of whispering of other people walking in our massage room and talking to them. I just kept hearing the door open and close several times and talking, I'm like this is supposed to be relaxing and it's not. read more

My friends and I decided to have a girls day and got two couples massages. I know the other group of girls loved their massages and said the therapists are awesome but I wanted to write my experience. The rooms were just the right amount of space for a couples massage and the lighting wasn't too dark or bright, just the right amount of ambiance. I don't like posting reviews of places that aren't as great of an experience but I will share so people can decide for themselves. We bought a Groupon to get a massage thinking it will be a nice relaxing day to get all the knots out of our bodies and feeling like new. We walked in and it was a nice place and the lady in the front was very friendly which was a good sign, but then they had us fill out a form to tell them where you would like them to focus and stuff like that. But at the bottom of the form they ask how much tip you want to give. I don't remember ever being asked how much tip you want to give up front at any establishment including at any massage parlor. Not that I go very often. All the more reason I hope it's a great experience. I made the mistake of putting a lower amount on the tip. I don't remember what I was thinking but I was thinking I'll be conservative and if it's a great experience I can always give more, I don't to say I'm going to give a lot and then not want to give it by the end. And my wife didn't fill that part out. So when we were getting ready for the massage we could hear them talking outside the door about not expecting to get much tip. Which is fine, in service industries everyone talks about how much tips they get, because that's how they make a living, I get it. So I requested for two female massage therapists but was ok with a guy and a girl too. And that's what we got. Originally the girl was going to work on me and the guy was going to work on my wife but my wife didn't want hers to be too strong so she asked them to switch. Turns out the girl was stronger than the guy, so I didn't really feel like I got the massage I wanted. I wanted them to go deep to get the knots out of certain sections on my body. To be fair, I didn't speak up and ask for what I wanted as they were working. So that's my bad. Lesson number 2. Always ask for what you want instead of regretting it after. But overall we felt like they didn't even really look at our charts to see what we wanted them to work on, they just gave us the basic massage they give to everyone and didn't really apply much pressure so didn't get very deep into our problem areas. Again to be fair I basically circled areas all over my body because I got knots or pains all over but I don't feel like they really worked on any of them. It was a very generic massage and I didn't really feel all that great afterwards. We were both pretty disappointed afterwards. Cus we don't go to get massages very often but when we do we usually come out feeling amazing and refreshed afterwards. Not this time. I don't know if it was because they didn't care to give too much effort because they didn't think they were going to get much tip anyways and we got our package through Groupon or what but was not a very good experience for us this time. I bought my husband a Groupon for his bday and finally redeemed it a couple months later. Booking was via text, as the phone number didn't seem to work. They respond once a day, I guess, so it can take 24 hours before they respond. A good friend of mine was a massage therapist for some years and there def wasn't much technique here. Like many people say, it's a rub down with oil. It's normally like that with Asian massage places, so that wasn't shocking for me. It fit my husband's needs, however, there was too much talking in the lobby area. I heard some man go on and on about the Albertsons on flamingo, and the hot stones and towels are kept in the hallway so our massages were interrupted with the opening and closing of the door several times. With a 25 tip from each of us, it ended up being 65 each- which isn't terrible. The front desk woman was kind and our massages did start and end on time. Parking was plentiful. read more
