First time here and I promise I'll be back so much more! Customer service is AMAZING ! Restaurant is super clean as well as bathrooms. The atmosphere gives off " family " and I love that. I was served quickly and my food was to die forrrrr lol. I ate it so quick I forgot to take pictures. 10/10 highly recommend

I order through DoorDash and the food is always amazing! This is my go-to place for Thai food. I love the yellow curry and the spice is perfect! The spice is legitimate so you have been warned. If you like spicy food, ease back in the intensity until you try it and go up if it wasn't enough for you. I usually like it at 4. The spice really clears out our digestive system if you catch my drift. You've been warned. Yellow curry and pad Thai is my favorite! Since I always do DoorDash, I don't know how the in dine service is but they could treat me like crap and I'd still come because the food is that good Enjoy!

Great Soup! My go to when sick is always Thai soup. I decided to drive a bit further to try this new place. So glad I did. Best Tom Kha soup!!! I got the veggie version. Sooooo good. The crab puffs were a bit disappointing-not sure there was a lick of crab in there, just cream cheese. All in all, I'd recommend and definitely go back.

Always a pleasure ordering from here! Thank you to the staff for consistency, kindness, and truly being a much needed staple in the community. I order from here every year for my birthday and once or twice in between when I feel like spoiling myself.. so good! Thanks again, and please don't go anywhere!

From look at exterior, one would never know what is behind the dark tinted front door at Thai Thais Kitchen. It's a hole in the wall, mom n pop, hidden gem oasis. I went for lunch on a weekday. Every table was packed, sound bounces off the high ceilings and brick walls, and the smell of curry traveled up my nose and reflexively my stomach began to howl. Everything on the menu looked so good. I kept it simple- panang curry with tofu. My taste buds exploded after the first bite. Rich, creamy, and flavorful- this dish had it all. Kudos to the young wait staff at the restaurant. They were so warm and welcoming. They were fantastic. I will be a frequent flyer here for lunch. Bonus they have Uber eats

Seating and wall

Food was very tasty, fast service and lots of menu options. Clean and definitely would come back.

We love their pad sew noddles. They have a good selection for food, vary menu. They also give you a good portion as well so that's a plus.

The worst Thai food ever, from the pad thai to the red curry it had no seasoning or flavor. I will never be back.

Given the landlocked area and dearth of Asian markets, I have so much respect and awe that they dont hold back on lemongrass and all the thai spices in both of the food and cocktails. Loud, modern, and hip scene even on a Wednesday night. 45 min to 1 hour wait if you attempt walk in but we did reservations just a week prior. We opted for indoors since we visited in June heat and that was a great decision as we were sat in the back clubhouse which felt like a secret cocktail club. Btw, if you reserve indoors or outdoors, they will hold you to it. Save room for their hibiscus and lemongrass creme brûlée that has the perfect crust and smooth texture. Even if you can't take a lot of spice, they did a great job sharing what dishes would still work. Appreciated the thoughtful text ahead of time to arrive early for parking because yes, it's extremely challenging in that area even though my dad has a disabled placard. Just go here. So worth it. A highlight to any trip to Phoenix

It tastes even better with that Thai chili sauce. I didn't take the photos of all the other dishes but they were all super delicious. The first time when I came, the service was impeccable - they were nice, attentive, and patient. The second time was a bit disappointing. It took a really long time for one of my friends' dishes to come. But when we checked with them, we were told "it will come when it's ready." I understand that they were busy at that moment. But they could have told us in a better way. Overall, I always look forward to dinning here. And this is definitely one of the best Thai restaurants in Phoenix!

As a proud Yelp Elite, I decided to give this place a chance because the reviews were the best I saw in the city! The place was busy on a Sunday night and it is small but I never say customers waiting too long. There were two larger parties seated so the food took some time but nothing outrageous. We started with the calamari, spring rolls, and crab wontons. The calamari were the biggest I've ever seen and very delicious! Unfortunately, I did not enjoy the spring rolls or crab wontons. I feel like those are hard to get wrong but I was not a fan of the cream cheese that was used and it was a lot of it, barely any imitation crab. For entrees, I had the spicy basil and substituted ground chicken for chicken breast, my personal preference. I ordered level 2 spice but it was still a bit spicy for me. Trying a new Thai place is always hit or miss with spice levels so I actually thought I was being safe with 2. Additionally, the chicken was so bland. Some Thai places season their chicken, some do not and unfortunately Pad Thai Cafe missed that mark. My partner ordered the short rib curry dish and my goodness, it smelled like heaven and tasted just as good. I don't eat beef but had to taste it and it was divine! He also ordered spice level 2 and his dish was not as spicy as mine. Overall, the rest of the party enjoyed their food and there were good flavors there so I'd definitely recommend the entrees, not so much the starters.

I expected the restaurant to be busy during lunch time, but I certainly did not expect how small it is. It felt crammed inside, but no big deal. Parking was also tricky. It's pretty limited, so I had to park a bit further away. In terms of food and service, Thai Basil did a great job. Our server was very patient while we figured out what to order. I went for the Chicken Pad Thai and stuck with water as my drink. I was pleasantly surprised when the food started coming out because I expected it to take longer. I'd say it took about 15 minutes, even during lunch rush. My Chicken Pad Thai was delicious. The serving size was good and it came with a spring roll on the side. The price isn't bad at all either. It was basically $16 after tax for my lunch. I'd definitely come here again on my own.

Parking was easy, but unfortunately the service was the worst part of the visit. I sat down to look at the menu and place a to-go order, only to be told to move to another seat. A simple order of pad thai and spring rolls took exactly 42 minutes. After several follow-ups, no one told me the food was ready until I walked up to the counter myself. Overall, a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend it with other Thai restaurant options nearby.
