Local friend rec this family owned spot when I asked for a good local Thai place. We came around 5:00 on a Wednesday and easily found parking. Some reviews said the parking was not good but at this time there were spots. I'm glad I read the reviews because somebody mentioned trying their Avocado Green Curry. I've never heard of those things combined so I also tried it and glad I did. It was GOOD! Full of veggies (green beans, eggplant, carrots, zucchini, bamboo shoots, and Avocado) in a delish curry sauce. We got the fried dumplings and they were really good as well. My friend loved her pad thai. Mango sticky rice was a perfect way to end the meal. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The server was friendly, our order was accurate and the restaurant is clean[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Despite the previous reviews said I found the menu to have a large amount of selections.

My new favorite Thai restaurant! Have had a hard time finding good Thai in Phx area. This place is amazing. The Owner really cares about the quality, fresh coconuts, no MSG, many organic ingredients and made with love. Classic Thai dishes, great service. The curries were awesome and I loved the young coconut juice, incredible! Comes with a spoon for the meat, really fresh and cold. If you do like it spicy order "Hot" v. the usual "Medium".

I was in the area for an event at the church up the street and decided to come here afterwards. It's a small and modest restaurant but I had the Thai fried rice with tofu and it was delicious! I like it a little spicy and asked for fish sauce with chilis on the side. Wow, so good! I ate the whole thing! My friend ordered mixed veggies with beef which looked very good too. I would highly recommend this restaurant for great food!

4/17/2026: Dinner had here but have already dined several times before. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great food, service, & atmosphere (hole in the wall).[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Food has been so fresh & flavorful. No frills but great food! Lots of customers favor takeout! If you're looking for an authentic Thai restaurant, you've found it!

Came here for lunch with a friend. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant is on the smaller side, and parking can be a bit tricky.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Inside, the air diffuser gave off a strong scent that I personally didn't care for.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] That said, the food was legit! We ordered from the lunch menu, Thai basil, Pad Thai, chicken satay, and of course, the must have sweet sticky rice with mango. Every dish was flavorful and satisfying.

Hidden gem! Was famished and forgot to take photos. Ordered seafood pad thai, Thai Basil Chicken stir fried, and yellow curry. My family inhaled the food. They especially enjoyed the pad thai and yellow curry. So flavorful! Everyone working was very attentive. Looks like a family ran restaurant and deserves a visit. Don't be fooled. It's that good!

The soup when you get there is so good and refreshing. The pad see ew was on of the best I have had. It's a very small place with limited seating. Everyone was nice.

Dumpling, Thai ice tea and Chicken satay!

Most restaurants with outdoor seating allow dogs to accompany, does Thai Coconut?

all they have is one picnic table out front on their sidewalk, i am pretty sure it will be ok to bring your dog as long as it doesn't bother the people walking in and out of the front door

We tried to go to Thai Coconut on Saturday at 7:00pm and it was 100% dark with no cars to be seen - tried calling the number and it's no longer in service. Permanently closed?

I just called them and they are open. They said they had to close on Saturday for a family emergency. But the number is still good and they are open today

Our drinks were refilled at just the right time, and each dish arrived perfectly paced. We never felt rushed, yet there was no unnecessary waiting. The portions were generous, and the spice levels were well balanced to our taste. We especially recommend the Tom Kha Gai--particularly the seafood medley version. Overall, we had a very enjoyable dining experience.

She's from Korea and lived many years in Los Angeles. Currently, she lives here in Phoenix. With our backgrounds, we know Authentic Thai Food. One bite, I was disappointed. The second bite, confirmed the taste was NOT authentic. Many complex ingredients were missing! Where was the tamarind subtle flavor? Where was the Kaffir Lime Leaves? Where was the fish sauce? Where was the thick gravy sauce? No use of cornstarch.... If you want Authentic Thai Food, please do not go to this restaurant. However, if you are a person who likes plain food, with no depth of Thai flavors, this is your place. My friend and I just played with our food after the second bite. Even the Thai Iced Tea tasted like a premixed drink that came from a carton. It was like a Chai Tea watered down by water and ice. I took the food home, hoping that I would be able to doctor it up. Nope! I didn't even bother to put it in the refrigerator and immediately place it in the trash. Very disappointed. As for the service, it was very questionable because no one even SAW that we went eating. Finally, after 15 minutes or so, I say our food was okay. I lied!! And asked for the check, like we wanted to escape an establishment that was based on a sham. The decor was nice and the location was quiet for an afternoon weekend. That should have been our clue to avoid the place. You can definitely get plain Americanized Thai food from this place.

Legitimately the worst Thai food I've eaten in Arizona. I am shocked at the number of good reviews…read morethey have. The pad Thai literally had zero flavor other than the chili they put on it. No lime, no tamarind, nothing but soggy, sad, sterile noodles and chili oil. The drunken noodles were slightly better because there was a hint of basil. No love, no flavor, nothing Thai about this garbage. The Deep Fried Veggies Rolls were obviously premade and microwaved. Garbage. The bbq pork fried rice was the only thing that was "ok". It barely qualifies as acceptable but it is way better than the noodle dishes. The fact that this place has so many positive reviews means that people either are being paid for reviews or have never had remotely decent Thai food in their lives. Stay away.

The servers were quick and polite an had the order ready to go when I arrived for pick up. There were plenty of seats, light music, and cozy lighting, definitely feels like authentic Thai food. Chicken Pad Thai (no tofu): 5/5 This one is the reason you come back. Perfect comfort balance of sweet/savory, chewy noodles that don't go weird in a takeout box, and solid chicken in every bite. If pad thai is your go-to order, this is a very safe (and very happy) decision. Pad See Ieww: 3.5/5 Not bad at all--still hits that cozy, savory noodle craving--but it didn't have the same, "I need this again tomorrow" magic as the pad thai. More of a good side character than the main event. Flavor just didn't hit as well as the pad Thai. Deep Fried Veggie Rolls: 3.5/5 Sauce is definitely what makes this dish! The outside was crunchy and inside was cooked perfectly, just not what you'd expect from a veggie roll. The flavor for me wasn't as full. Pro tip: order the chili sauce! It's the little add-on that turns "this is good" into "wait...why is this so much better now?" I'm already plotting a round two... and yes, the chili sauce will be coming home with me again.
